1681  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you guys think is the best crypto signals group on Telegram? on: August 11, 2022, 01:50:48 PM
None of them are legit and truly willing to help you out by giving signals but not for free of course. Paying them the fee doesn't mean that you'll get the technical analysis you're looking for, sometimes you guys who are supporting this kind of scheme are just life savers. When they enter a trade, they will hype that certain coin to pump it out for them to make profits because they entered a long trade.

They are making huge profits while you guys are just making a little, if you really are.
1682  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little profit for $17k+ buyers on: August 11, 2022, 01:00:00 PM
It could be a bull trap, or not, but it's more like a bull trap for me since it's not that long since the fluctuations happened when it hit $17,000 and now in $23,000. But if you bought 1 Bitcoin at $17,000, a $6,000 profit is a very good one, however, if you want to hold until it hits $50,000 or $60,000 it's much better and worth the time or waiting.
1683  Economy / Gambling / Re: A New Era for Betting - (After Corona Circumstances) on: August 10, 2022, 01:07:11 PM
After the global epidemic that started in 2019, there were problems not only in football but also in all sports branches. However, sports branches that appealed to the audience live, such as football, were more affected.

Even if normalization begins towards the end of last season, we are getting ready to enter a season that we can call normal.

In this process, especially for football, I think that the big teams lose more power in general. Because supporter support is one of the most important criteria. This season, we will have a more normal season and I think we can watch better matches. Of course, we may also be entering a more enjoyable period for betting.

We are now transitioning in the new normal. I think eventually, everyone will bounce back and go back to the pre-pandemic routines. It's just that sports has been widely affected by the pandemic crisis which made them go into some kind of hiatus in playing personally for security reasons. In this case, it could be said that the teams somehow weaken over the span of time that they had no practice. It can't be helped since it is for the safety of everyone.

However, right now, some matches has been approved and we are slowly seeing them on the field and in the screens. Hopefully, this will continue since covid-19 cases are slowly decreasing as time passes by. It's still better to have normal and actual matches after all.
1684  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: August 10, 2022, 12:12:52 PM
The history of gambling has been interpreted in many ways. Gambling is said to have originated from ancient times. At that time, the more people got together, the prevalence of gambling increased. At that moment there was no recognized place for gambling where gamblers could come together to play. Venice in Italy fills that gap. The city authorities there opened the world's first casino in 1638 called 'Casino di Venezia'. But this casino was opened only during the festival. could legally gamble there. In this way gambling was spreading ‍at that time.

Gambling in the sense of waging something of value against other stuff considered of value for a result that is uncertain is probably previous to even formal writing. It only requires a very basic communication and it can be done pretty much in with anything... rain, a crop, the fall of a coin or any event out there that has the potential to create a "prediction market". The key is the uncertainty of the result.

Gambling can really be done in almost anything as long as there could be a prediction towards how things or situation would go, anyone can make an arrangement for them to bet on together with other players. In ancient times, it was even witnessed that people bet for fun by means of watching violent situations such as gladiators where people place their bets in gruesome events which involves people being brutal to each other. I think the colosseum was one of the biggest gambling platform way back when there was no technological advancements yet. Which is why it isn't really surprising that we have different kinds of gambling games because it was rooted and it already existed long ago.

Although right now, lesser violent to none is required in gambling because human rights is prioritized. We became more civilized and well-aware of the situation and everyone's right, hence games are now just based on good pass-time activities which can bring enjoyment and satisfaction.
1685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rise of Streamers in Online Gambling on: August 10, 2022, 11:39:55 AM
IMO, that doesn't matter anyway since slot only has 2.6% of the total viewers. It still depends on the age of the viewers as they might have different interests, or maybe Fortnite is not that popular for gamers that's why they have lower viewers compared to slots which is easier to play and understand.
While that percentage may not seem to be on the high side that puts slots as one of top 10 games that people are watching, so it is not a small amount if you think about it, what interest me is how slots got so popular all of a sudden when it comes to streaming? I know they are very popular as it is the most common casino game that you are going to find at a psychical casino, but to think that even online their popularity is so high is something that amazes me, as not only people like to play slots now they even like to watch someone else to play them.
I do agree with it. There are so many categories on twitch but slots is able to be the one of most watched. This is also a very good achievement so far. People are looking for something entertain that can makes them feel funny when they were watching it.
To be honest when it was watching streamer and it seems like i were also playing slots. That may make people started to feel that if slots were good enough to be used as entertain.

I know the feeling mate, it seems that you would like to be that guy to beat huge and max bet like $10 or more per spin. Nevertheless we have to understand that this is promotion for the casinos and if ever you get attracted and want to play like the streamers then you fall for their trick already. That's why even watching them, you really have to control yourself and not to gamble because you wanted to win big as well.

Self-restraint is really a must if you don't want to get lost in gambling. You can try to watch different streams to check how the casinos have their games set up and how good is the processing of transaction as well as the quality of service they offer overall. These streamers are often paid to do their job which is to promote and encourage their viewers and followers to try and gamble as well in the hopes of winning. Despite all of the good feedback they provide, you must still be wary because their task is to attract new players and depositors. If you will be reckless, you might end up regretting because of expectations vs. reality set-up.

It's still much better to always countercheck everything you hear, read, or watch so that you won't fall victim to their tricks for them to profit.
1686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An alternative to gambling with money. on: August 10, 2022, 10:55:19 AM
Deeply saying is just like a demo app where one can practice but I will say something about my experience when trying to use app to practice. For instance I was actually trading on demo but when I went live it wasn't the same as on demo.
I was making cool cash and building up my account with that skill I thought I have mastered it and wanting to go live, which I did but same week I lost all my funds and was left with nothing

In summary, such app can be made easy and simple to use since they are real cash using for betting and there are lot of technicalities involved while betting with real Cash.
Fake money can be gamble with or without fear, tension and anxiety to win so there are lot advantage while using the app compared to real cash gambling.
I guess anything involving money always works differently than demo mode. I once studied trading and started on a demo account too, and I had good success from the start. Then I thought I knew how to do everything and opened a real account and made a deposit. That story ended identically to yours, I lost money very fast. I guess in gambling it's not much different from trading.

I think it actually depends. Because to some people, playing in demo mode helps them practice and be better. Demo mode do not involve money so you can practice and strategize without the fear of losing so much because you are just a newbie. Although the nature in demo is different from actual betting and trading. Of course, this is because there are already external forces that act upon the entry made. But incorporating what you learned in demo practice could help you make profit in trading and could help you win if you will execute it right and in perfect timing.
1687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can change of environment have an effect on gambling addiction. on: August 09, 2022, 01:22:35 PM
^

I agree with you. I always thought that he who really wants to deal with the problem and not run away from it and not blame everyone around him for his mistakes will sooner or later get rid of problems... As long as a person has a sense of dignity and a head on his shoulders he is capable of a lot - you just need to have the desire and move in the direction of your goal.

While this is also true, that a person who has the sense of discipline and integrity can solve the problem on his own and not point-fingers, it is also true that changing environment can actually help or even alleviate a situation someone is currently in. I think running away isn't really a bad thing especially if it is the environment that negatively affects you and your well-being. If the situation doesn't sit right with you, you are uncomfortable with it, and it does more bad than good, then leaving is one way to resolve your problem. After all, a toxic place couldn't be a safe haven. You have to remove yourself from it so you can relax and be stress-free.

The same way applies with gambling. If you know it to yourself that you can't handle the surroundings that you are in, then time to go someplace you can unwind and perhaps change for the better version of yourself. We owe it to ourselves that we become the improved narrative of our past self.
1688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Fengshui on: August 09, 2022, 08:54:46 AM
what i do believe is that Not only in China but in the whole world as we knew that Chinese scattered around the world and if there is chinese then there will be a fengshui believer and follower.

and also there are fengshui experts now that offers their skills for the businessmen and yeah many are subscribing with this.

Well, you're quite right about that but that is in the old times because nowadays, not all Chinese people are a believer in Feng Shui nor used it in their daily lives or as a lucky charm. So, I think it's not certain to say that all Chinese folks that have scattered almost throughout the world are Feng Shui believers or a follower.

Personally, I don't really believe in these kinds of things but don't take it wrong because I understand and respect their beliefs about it. It's just that I see Feng Shui more as a business for the Chinese people. Just my thought though.

Not every Chinese really believes in Feng Shui. It's still a personal choice. To some, it just became a part of their tradition and maybe upbringing as well.

I guess everything is about business nowadays. Charms and other things that are believed to bring good luck and abundance are being sold to the market which some people are fond of. It's not really a bad thing as long as they don't scam or utter false promises for the sake of profit. some people just like those kind of things after all because it is aesthetically pleasing and perhaps because they were influenced to. Either way, to each his own.
1689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you stop gamble if your girl friend insists ? on: August 09, 2022, 07:09:09 AM
Many people obey their girl friends more than anyone else.

What if their girl friend insists you to stop gambling  Huh Will you Stop  Tongue

This depends on the situation. If my girlfriend is being reasonable in making me quit gambling because she is seeing massive changes in me that negatively affects my well-being, our relationship, the people around me, and financial aspect, then I will listen to her. Because I believe that our partners will eventually become our lifetime buddy for richer and for poorer and they just want us to become the best version of ourselves. They have good instincts and gut feeling as well as observational skills which makes their claims reliable. But of course, this still varies.

If you also know it to yourself that gambling is doing so much bad than good to you, then it is your cue to voluntarily stop before things get even worse.
1690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Discussion] Should Gambling be Banned? on: August 09, 2022, 04:42:21 AM
its really funny if any gambling site require KYC for their members.  most of gamblers want their identification hidden from any one , so if their gambling platform ask kyc to use services, i am believe most of them prefer find another platform.
Some gambling sites already treat KYC and other platforms will gradually follow the rules of KYC requirements so you have no other choice but to follow the rules, although I also don't agree with KYC but I don't have a solution when your favorite casino also requires identity verification.

The casinos are just following the guidelines that's why they are implementing KYC because their license to operate could be on the line if they choose not to do so but sometimes, these KYC procedures are being overused by some casinos because they suddenly ask for verification when we decide to withdraw our winnings when in-fact they could see us making deposits in their platform, it's like that they don't want us to withdraw it and they only want to spend it on the platform.

Sometimes, it's really much of a hassle when the gambling site or casino asks for KYC another time around during you are withdrawing your funds or winnings. But this is just their precautionary measure to double check whether the withdrawal is made by the account holder himself or another person is withdrawing on his behalf. I think it's good to ask KYC after some time to make sure that you are still the one using the account. That way, you can ensure that your fund will not be lost even if someone get your gambling account because he has to undergo a verification. Because depositing is still different from withdrawing. If they wouldn't follow the protocols intended, they might face punishment and sanctions. It could backfire to them and will make them liable over the incident.
1691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To build your Professionalism on casino on: August 09, 2022, 04:09:33 AM
A person needs to think deeply about a few things before starting gambling in online. Adherence to these principles a gambler have more chances of getting success in gambling platform which can make a gambler responsible from the start.

Things to obey:

1. A gambler should gambling as an entertainment, not as a way to make money or the earning source of money.

2. Don't try to bet with your everyday life leading money which is very much needed or can't afford to lose  like billing, rent, food or something like that.

3. You should Understand the potential of the game, embrace it wisely and predict your chances of winning at that particular game.

4. It is more important to read the terms and conditions carefully other wise everything will be invalid.

5. No betting on YouTube reviews or anyone's advice. Prepare yourself to understand the advantage or disadvantage.

6. If you lose your assets then don’t pursue the losses.

I think your success in gambling will definitely visible if you follow the these instructions. Here  you can add your knowledge and experience for the flourishing to this concern.

For sure gamblers already knew these things. However, it appears that most of them do not really practice it. This is where they eventually get lost in the process.

I guess it really varies from person to person. Some know where and when to draw boundaries for their sake. But not everyone has the capability of doing it. Some fail to recognize where to stop and where to continue that causes them to lose big in gambling and eventually get addicted in it. It's saddening that there are many people getting lost in gambling, but only themselves can rescue them in that damnation. Because initially, they knew what they are entering. They knew there are risks, but pushed through anyway. Which means they are aware of the consequences. If only people wouldn't be too greedy and will know where to set limitations, then they would enjoy what gambling brings and its reward without the hassle.
1692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An alternative to gambling with money. on: August 08, 2022, 02:40:28 PM
I live in the community where money is very very hard earned. Lots of people live below the poverty line so they are always struggling to make their ends meet.
So we don't have much left to spend on entertainment. The most - people do is eat out and go to cinema.
We dont gamble and we cannot throw money away life rich people and people living in developed country does.
If so, it would be better if the people in your community did not gamble because you know that gambling will not give you the money you want. It is better to make ends meet for our survival to survive than to gamble and you are already doing a good thing by not gambling and using the money you have well to buy the necessities you need. People have been able to find things to cheer themselves up by buying food and going to the movies and I think that's more than enough. At least, there was something they got by using the money.

Setting the boundary clear between your needs and wants exhibits a discipline. If someone do not really afford to gamble because of financial constraints, then they shouldn't really engage in the first place. Gambling is addicting and if you don't have the money you can afford to lose, then better not bet at all. Just prioritize the necessities instead of spending it over games that cannot make your stomach full.

While gambling can bring you money if you win, we should also acknowledge the fact that not everyday is a good day. So basically, it won't really be sustainable to bring food onto your table and pay your bills. It's always better to spend your money in something else more important most especially if you are in a tight budget and cannot afford to lose money in a snap.
1693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running household expenses with gambling on: August 08, 2022, 02:03:24 PM
Is it possible that we can run our household expenses with gambling ?

I am asking for those people who don't have any skill or job ?

I do not see this idea feasible in the long-run given the nature of gambling that is highly unpredictable.

When we mean by household expenses, this include everything from your food, lodging, electric bills, and all other monthly expenses. These type of expenses are what we call running expenses since they consistently incur every month. If you attempt paying them with something that is unpredictable, chances are that you will incur more obligations and credit in the long-run.

I very much agree with this.

Gambling as a source of income is not really sustainable for the long term. It could be another stream of income, but it is risky if it will be the main source of income and will be the primary thing a person to rely on to sustain their way of living. Gambling is highly unpredictable. You can win great today and lose big tomorrow. You will never know when is the exact time you will get and accumulate profit that will cover all of your households expenses.

It is true that a person planning to live by with gambling winnings has a high possibility to incur more loans and debts. It isn't really a smart move for me and personally, i wouldn't do it because necessity should be prioritized and shouldn't be mixed with luxurious activity. It could be an additional source of income but not really a good primary source of income to establish your household needs.
1694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐️Share Your Winnings Story. Why do people gamble?⭐️ on: August 08, 2022, 01:10:42 PM
I have a friend who has a remarkable winning situation. He do gamble for fun since I think he is financially stable and don't have any problem about money, I think he just seek the adrenaline of risking his money on playing gambling. Way back, I remembered that he won max profit on a crash game before, The amazing part here is he is streaming it with us and he go all in with all the funds he has on his account on that time and told us that he will aim for the max profit and won't stop bet. It was so crazy that night and he was successful on that gamble. I was so amazed with the braveness or rather craziness of that guy.

There are really people who are just after the thrill, excitement, and fun that gambling brings. I know some people who are like your friend as well. They bet for the sake of enjoyment and not really after the money. The money is just a bonus and only serves as reward, but their goal is not really to win prizes. It's really awesome when we witness a massive win. Because winning is their pride in playing the game.

But the grief is just the same level when losing. When they lose, especially if they expect to win, it's really depressing. But if the money is not really an issue, it'll just pass just like another bet that has slipped. I guess we just gotta do the way we are comfortable in. That way, we minimize regrets and we enjoy the opportunity.
1695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man Collapses after Allegedly Losing a $400 Loan at a Betting Shop on: August 06, 2022, 05:25:12 PM
Gambling in general is not really a wise choice of risking your chances of getting your life in the rubble, it's the other way around. Rather than doing a high risk high reward kind of move, I'd rather do a small business, at least I know that I have something that will eventually give me something in return. Also, never ever trust loan sharks, because you'll never get out of them unless you get lucky enough in betting.
1696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Many people become binance futures full time traders as job on: August 06, 2022, 02:09:22 PM
I don't really see it as a full time job because if you're new on futures, mostly you're gonna be depress and frustrated because most of your trades are losses. You can't expect a good return in futures, so it's not good to quit your job and be a full time futures trader, but if you don't have a job and decided to trade in futures full time, then you have to be patient and have a plenty of money in order to have plenty of experience that will be the key on making profits on it.
1697  Local / Pilipinas / Re: GCash offering crypto services soon on: August 06, 2022, 12:40:21 PM

I agree. Malapit na talagang i-release kasi meron na silang notification sa app nila na "cryptocurrency coming soon". Sana naman maganda ang magiging services nila when it comes to cryptocurrency, at mas murang fee kapag magtatransfer to banks or money transfer outlet like Palawan, Cebuana, or M-Lhuiller.
1698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading then switching currencies on: August 06, 2022, 12:00:49 PM
Converting ethereum to Bitcoin isn't necessary just because Bitcoin is pumping, Ethereum would follow, trust me. But if you want to switch to something stable, convert it to USDT and use that in futures trading if you know it already. Though I can't guarantee you that it is a good place for newbie traders. Just make sure that you won't get addicted with high leverage with no stop loss trade using a 50/50 technical analysis.
1699  Economy / Economics / Re: TOPIC: Pros and Cons of saving fiat versus saving Bitcoin in this current econom on: August 06, 2022, 08:52:16 AM
Given this current state of economy here in our country, I can say that it's not really a wise move to just save your money in banks. Specifically speaking, the traditional ones. Because the inflation rate in our country is getting higher and higher as time passes by. If someone will just rely on the banks for saving and its interest, they'll just be disappointed. Since inflation rate keeps increasing and not a bit decreasing, the interest is pretty much lower compared to the tax imposed.

This will left you a fund in your account that barely earned an interest. An interest that will not even gonna pay for one transportation fee. And mind you, that interest is already good for a year. You need to have millions in your account so that the interest would be felt and noticeable.

Hence, it is better to just save with digital banks that offer higher interest rate than the traditional ones. For those who don't really like or know bitcoin, digital banking could be your option. But as for me, I keep most of my earnings in bitcoin. But i also make sure that I have a spare and cash on hand apart from my savings in btc to be sure in case of an urgent situation.
1700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Early Adopters rich? on: August 06, 2022, 08:20:03 AM
It depends if they managed to resist the temptation to sell or spend.  It's conceivable that many of the people who got in super early when BTC was <$1 may have assumed $10 or even $100 would be the highest it could ever go and sold the lot.  If they held, then yes, they're pretty rich.

I agree. This is a subjective matter and it will really depend on someone's ability to restrain himself and of course, the situation that person is into. If that person managed to believe in bitcoin, invested continuously, and held his coins up until this day, then yes, he is and would definitely be wealthy. Given the value of bitcoin now, if someone managed to dive before when its price is pretty much lower than $10, he's definitely profited so much already.

Meanwhile, if someone didn't really believe that bitcoin would skyrocket and sold his assets early on, then definitely he's one of the many people regretting selling their assets too easily. It would be too bad seeing the price position now. But perhaps some people really needed money that time. Hence, resulting to selling their coins. If it helped them way back, I guess it isn't much of a waste. After all, there's really only a few who trusted btc so much when it has so little value and I can't really blame those who were shaken.
