Hey zengryT! I'd like to take the flat-rate if it's still available (should be 0.05/week, correct?). If so, confirm and I'll swap over, Smiley.

Hiya,

I feel kinda stupid about this, but...I completely forgot about bitcointalk and realized I should probably mention this...

So, a bunch of old-schoolers and I (I'm not quite old not quite new school) got together and made www.sealsclubhouse.com. The main draw is that we collect tourney results and have leaderboards, but part of the inspiration was finding the community so nuanced and cool that we kind of hope to bring more of that into the fold, along with a bunch of other plans for the site.  On Wednesday nights, Spitecheck (Seals Vixen) Glitch and I do an alcohol-infused twitch show (twitch.tv/sealsclubhouse) with SWC players and have a special 2 chip tourney with 100 gtd following the stream. There are always bounties on the clubhouse players, and each week I see some random bounties get thrown in too.

Here's the team:
LuckyAnt
potmo
carlo88
Kissapig
SpiteCheck
BonxBonxBonx
glitch

All of the content available right now is free, and we did not do this with a formal business model in place.  It's just six people who enjoy the site and want to see it grow. Glitch joined us in the late stages of development and has been an extremely helpful intermediary.

That is all...we do have an affiliate account:   https://swcpoker.eu/?ref=clubhouse
Just wanted to let you guys know.
See ya Wed. night hopefully!

I'll do my best to make it -- listened to some of #4 and was entertained, :p.

For the tournament, do we just get info for it during the Twitch show, or after? Essentially, I guess I'm asking "are we supposed to be in the Twitch channel at 9PM?"

I don't think there's anything relevant at the moment that Needs to be listened to for the tournament, although we are giving 5 entries away if you do listen and follow on twitch...but the tournament is posted and open already for 10pm.  My trivia idea didn't fly because it leads to dead-air, so no bounty add-ons. (I thought it was a perfect idea at the time too). I didn't realize I didn't post a time either.  Twitch show @ 9pm.

Trivia is easy enough once you have more listeners. Do it radio-style: give the question, then move on to another topic while you wait for someone to "call in" (in this case type it in Twitch). Cuts out the dead air and still allows for trivia to be done.

(well, except that windoze-only thing of swc, but other than that ...).

Luckily, I only really use Windows. I wish they'd get an Android app out again, though, for when mobile. Just a minor inconvenience at the moment, though.

These are risky, I rather put my btc in lending at poloniex that I can withdraw anytime and earn every 30 seconds.

How do you earn from Poloniex, without doing trades?

They have a lending option much like BitFinex, but I believe you have to give forms of ID and such in order to use it, although I could be mistaken.

What re getting from this Polo option compared to HaoBTC?

IDK, I haven't used it.  I logged in a few times to take a look, but it seemed pretty confusing from a first glance and I never took the time to learn it.  You should be able to login and take a look at the rates though I would think.

There appear to be few takers, if any. It doesn't show the total # of active contracts out, but there's tons of people on the offer side and none on the request one, which seems to me that there's very little activity.

I can't login since 4 days and no respond from support.

Yea, looks like Sector is away since 4-5 days.
I also waiting for an answer.

What is the problem with your account?
Show it "wrong password"?
Did you tried to reset it?

Yes it shows wrong password. I tried to reset it. But i get no email.

Check spam. I have 2fa up and have never NOT gotten one of the emails.

there is a problem with system i got over 5000 hits and got only one payment 0.00028186...

Sounds right to me. That's $0.10, or ~$0.02 CPM. Mine were all $0.01-0.02 CPM so you're on par with expected earnings.

To be fair, for me they'd be 21-22 on Amazon (tax FTL). But for people in other countries, he's already including shipping. That could make a HUGE difference depending on where people are. Good deal for some, not for others but I support it either way, Smiley.

Ahhh, you're right! I forgot about that. I used bitfinex's but not Polo's. When I looked at first there were like no borrowers... how often are balances updated there? With bfx it's every day or when an option is closed.

Hi guys,
I wanna ask if how to earn a bitcoin except on promoting a website(signiture campaign)
Like on faucet that you can earn few satoshi's but it's just a cents
Can share your secrets that you can earn fast and easy?
or doing a long term project that you can earn lots of bitcoin if you do it successfull.
Please share your secrets..

Trading is my method, but I sometimes gamble just for fun. because trading really have to be clever in analyzing the coins, I was still learning and sometimes lost on trade.

in fact to earn fast and easy? I think only the signature campaign in my opinion.

The highest-paying signature campaigns end up resulting in a payment of MAYBE $30/month for a few hours of work. You can make MUCH more in the real world. I have no idea where "fast and easy" comes from when it's anything but.

I can get 30-45$/month in the signature campaign, it was small enough for living expenses. but you have to work smart, like playing trading. I can at least make more than $50/month. so I do not have to work outside, if at home better and closer to family and each day meet the family:)

Where do you live where $50 is enough for a month? I had looked in the past but the cheapest I could find was ~1400/mo for a decent living.

I think he's talking like 3rd world countries.  There are some that honesty a small amount of money might make you feel rich at.  But they can be FAR less then 1400 a month for decent living.  I'm guessing your talking about pretty developed country for 1400.

If you need more info it might sound stupid but look at those add's on tv.  Where it's like save a kid for what a cup of cofee costs a day.  Or places with factories of people doing jobs for very little pay, sadly things like sweat shops.  It's places like that where 50 dollars might be huge.  But if in US or lot of countries... yes 50 dollars wont get you much and run out much quicker then a month.

Even cheaper places in China are much more than the 50. India and others as well. Wondering where he's from. He's got Internet so can't be too bad.

Did you prune a lot of websites? Noticed the publisher list shrink a lot and like in my case, my gaming site was deleted.

It's great to see that you removed the contracts! I'd like to vote that you add HYPER to the staking as well, as that's the only of the staking coins I currently own. There are many more in the HYPER thread that have also shown interest in this.

Im a moderator at this casino and i can say that this site has a lot of potetial for anyone interested in purchasing. Im sorry to see them go but i hope if the site sells the new owners can make it into the site the current owners want to see it become

+1. I also want to add that if the new owners keep it on MP (we hope they will!), they will also benefit from the expansion MP will be going through soon, as well as marketing on behalf of each individual site -- BB included! It's a great time to be around, and we look forward to seeing who the new owners are, Smiley.

2-of-3 multisig doesn't help you if the holder of the server seeds is corrupt because he can use the server seeds to win the majority of the bankroll and then the other multisig key holders have no choice but to allow him to withdraw the coins.

Ultimately, the server "knows" what rolls are coming up, and so the guy with access to the server also knows, and can abuse that knowledge. It's crucial that the investors trust everyone with server access.

are you saying that there is no 100% bullet proof solution to secure the investors coins? IMO this would surprise many investors because many investors believe that their only risk is the person they trust their coins/investment will run away with the coins

In other words we cant have a perfect solution to this and it is not a secret anymore that the holder of the server secret will have access to the "funds" in other words he can win since he knows the upcoming roll , doesnt really matter whoever holding the funds
This should never have been any kind of secret. I was under the understanding that it was generally well known that if a casino owner was going to cheat their investors they would more likely gamble knowing the server seed rather then simply run away with investor funds, as this gives them somewhat of the ability to deny they actually stole from their investors.

If you were not even aware of this risk, then you probably should not be investing in casino bankrolls

The tl;dr to this is really just that... if you don't trust the person running a business, don't invest in it. Gambling or not. Virtual or B&M. Stock or bond. Loan or raffle. It doesn't matter what it is -- either you trust the person running it or you don't. Owners ALWAYS have access to everything. If they didn't, they wouldn't be able to control anything.

Sector, can you confirm whether or not the auto clicker also snags the daily bonus ores, or will we need to manually get those every day or two?
2098  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from the new 🌟🌟MoneyPot🌟🌟 staff on: December 07, 2015, 10:45:49 PM
You should consider adding Florincoin - FLO, Vericoin - VRC Hyperstacke - HYP and Fluttercoin - FLT

What would that give them? As you can see that most of those altcoins are dropping in value. Besides those coins don't provide a decent amount of players

On this note, as of right now, we had a discussion about altcoins and are currently putting them on the back burner. As it is, there's little value to adding them, but a lot of overhead with regards to their addition (development, security, processing, etc.). That said, it doesn't mean that it'll never happen, just isn't on the to-do list at this moment.
