Yes it was a pretty impressive gain but you won't get gains like that everyday. Plus there is also a risk associated with it.

There's always a risk. If there wasn't, every major investor in the world would be all-in. But if you want to make money, you have to risk it. There's three ways to get money:

1) Someone giving it to you (or stealing)
2) Work
3) Risking it in an investment of some type

Since we're talking about investing, #3 is the only option. Trading is a risk. Investing is a risk. Buying a business is a risk. Running a business is a risk. No matter what you do, you're risking.

Investing in Bitcoin casino is like gambling, But investing is better than gambling because house always win. Just remember when investing in casino that it is normal that you lose in a certain period of time. But do not divest when you see you are losing because in the long run, house always win and if that happens your investment will grow.

I think this is good advice.

I believe that the best way to invest is to deposit and forget about it for a specific period of time (of course still checking to make sure the site is still active and legitimate though).

Less stress and you should have enough time to experience a larger sample of volume which should (statistically) put you ahead.
That is coming from you, so I believe it, I will invest in moneypot because majority of the people I met suggested to do so as moneypot is so profitable, you are right we just don't think of our investment all the time and we should treat it as time deposit.

OK, it may be profitable, but it has already a huge bankroll. How much money you are going to make from your investment with a few bitcoins?

To put it into perspective, if you had invested 5.5 BTC just 48 hours ago, you'd be up 0.13 BTC already.

Really? That sounds good. But that's the highest Kelly level, right? Because I don't understand how else you can have such a high share in the bankroll.

It's all based on how well the BR does. That is definitely NOT something to be expected on a regular basis. Some days it's up, some days it's down. And there's no Kelly-based investing in MP -- everyone is on the same level.

That is true but it seems like those last 48 hours were exceptionally good. I really don't understand how your profits can be so high with such a huge bankroll. Do you also know the average in a month with 5.5 btc?

Profit is up over 15% over the past 30 days. Probably closer to 20% or so but don't have the exact figures. And that's based on the current BR. Again, though, this isn't something that can be relied on. The best plan is to invest and leave it. Or take out profit randomly or whatever.

First of all earning 2 Btc a week with only a investment of 200$ is seems impossible but you can earn 0.2-0.5 Btc maximum a week. No Higher than this amount, but if you want to earn high amount then you have to invest more....
Ways of earning Bitcoins:-
1. You can invest them into Investment programs that are stable and a probability of making profits.
2. You can trade altcoins with this amount on yobit.net
Note:- Don't put your all money in one investment program because there is a risk of loss....

I wouldn't try trading unless you have knowledge of how it works. There are many sites you can invest in, though, that are mathematically (theoretically) going to return a profit, such as MoneyPot or other user-bankrolled casinos.

1345  Economy / Lending / Re: You cannot get a loan here? Move to getline.in on: July 06, 2016, 05:55:11 AM

Invest in somebody for test or withdraw it.

To invest in somebody you need to find borrower (they are listed under "invest" section)
Then add somebody as a friend and assign him a credit line.

Also we have a telegram channel for borrowers and investors

https://telegram.me/joinchat/CI2NED-lmMmUdIggit-t9w

It's easy to just go there and ask
I tried to withdraw the bonus but it tells me that the minimum BTC to withdraw is 0.001. so when I reach 0.001 and then later that day I want to invest to a borrower will I have to withdraw the minimum threshold and deposit back in to my getline wallet account so it lets me lend to borrowers?

You are encouraged to reinvest it in getline until you have minimal withdrawal amount available.

Your first post makes it seem like you do tips daily. I got one a few days ago and invested but nothing since (I do check daily to see what investments are available and such still).

Just keep in mind that there's swings up and down just like with anything else. Those who benefit the most (historically) are those who stick it out through both ups and downs. That said, MP's profit has been climbing fairly steadily for a while now.

What are the moneypot policies in the following cases:

(a) Users advertising their apps with a clearly wrong house edge or other false information/fairly obvious lies, aswell as any different kind of fake advertising?

(b) Users advertising their apps with giveaways/promotions/rakebacks/etc. and not paying what they promised?

(c) Users clearly copying other apps, in a way that goes beyond reasonable similarities?

Visiting this just after I replied to the neodice thread.

We don't support A, B, or C (unless given permission from the original user or taken from an open source with license stating it can be copied).

From the other thread, I will be going through all apps and unverifying any site that seems to be copied without permission.

Any sites that perform in actions that are misleading/deceptive to players will also be unverified.

I support this decision. MP should not be a platform for shady tactics, but rather offering more legitimate options for players.

Has anyone else taken the plunge  Huh I am really interested buy customer service is key. Cheap service with no customer service has value to me.

They are most likely servers from https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/
They are cheap because azure offers a free trial. You are paying for a trial vps. You could get a trial from azure directly and have microsoft customer service.

This is the part that bothers me... OP, is this just a 30-day deal, or how long are they good for? Wondering if we could run a public-facing site without having to keep setting up a new server each month, as that'd be a lot of downtime.

You could just write a bash script to set it up. The only downtime would be from cached dns. I still think it is not worth it because the server might get suspended without any notice and you would just be out of luck.

Yeah, I don't like that. Downtime costs money. If it were for a play-around site or something it'd be different.

If you can submit an actual game design document to me, I'll look it over... if I snag this, I'd cover the entire requested amount (10m DOGE) and help with promotion.

Do you have an email you'd like me to send it to? It's a bit primitive, and it's constantly being updated but it's full of information about our game.

PM sent! Looking forward to hearing from you, Smiley.

1356  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I've got $20k to invest. Please recommend! on: July 03, 2016, 04:55:25 AM
I'd buy BTC and then invest it in a business that is poised for growth. For example, https://moneypot.com is a large group of casinos, where the house edge sets you up for long-term profit. Had you invested in December of 2015, you'd be up 100%+ on your investment already.
1357  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn bitcoins quickly on: July 03, 2016, 04:10:23 AM
Well IMO I think it is impossible to earn 1 BTC per day. Well you can earn at least 0.01 per day in trading thats the fastest way to earn bitcoins. Try it man you won't regret it.
Under that idea, it is possible to scale up to earning 1 BTC and more per day!
Also, what is recommended for trading (what is best to buy and sell)?
Altcoin trading is also considerably risky and there are other costs involved!

Nobody would tell you what to buy and sell because it would affect their bottom line. They might as well hand you free money instead, as that's what they'd be doing.

A somewhat safe (compared to trading, but still risky) way to earn is by investing in a bankroll. Like http://moneypot.com -- it hosts many different sites that all utilize the same core BR. When players lose money, you gain. When they win, you lose. But the general idea is that because of house edge, you will, over time, gain. That said, there will be swings up and down as time goes on.

Hello friends,
I am looking for an investor to start a project.

...

I will not share the concept with anyone publicly, I think everybody can understand "why?".
Just for an idea, the project is something like "multi feature service" and it is related to bitcoin.

...

I have made a rough estimate about how much it will require for the project (development + working capital).
Which is around $8,000-$10,000 roughly for the awesome project I have in my mind. Just lets assume that $10,000.

I cannot give a exact time frame about how long I will take to return the principal amount.
Because it depends on many factors. It may take me around 6-18 months.

So you want 10k for an unspecified amount of time, for an undefined project that will "serve the world"?

Not enough details to arouse curiosity.Good luck with this.

I think you would be better off approaching a bank for a traditional loan, since you want fiat, and a single large investor.

A bank would want a much more detailed document explaining everything. Considering his post here, you can make a pretty accurate assumption that he has no idea where to even start with that.

Are you also interested in a professional editor/proofreader? My job would be to ensure everything is grammatically correct, fix sentence flow issues, and just overall make everything much more solid.

What is the minimum cashout, and how do you determine the amount? Like at the moment I have 19.xx chips.
Why would you feed a scammer ( negative trust )  when he represents nothing. He is offering 50% of the revenue for referrals, which no site would offer.

Yahoo is holding funds in escrow. I trust Yahoo.
