I do not want to burst your bubble there but I just hope that you have a good journey in there because a lot of bounties and airdrops might just go out as a scam. You're still not sure if you're still in the forum in those years. I just hope you don't slip and make mistakes that will ruin your 5-year vision.

Changed my mindset on how bank slavery happens. Back then I am really into those cards issued by bank, well ya know credit cards/debit cards and all that kinds of stuffs. I realized they were really a lot of work to get one and one would think that they're fully secured with banks but then one would realize that one day they would even freeze your account.

Well somehow they can still work together to become one though. I recall that there are even blockchain games existing around here and I quite recall it being discussed in here. About the gender thing, I just personally think that when it comes to these techy stuffs. I just think that women aren't up to it. It quite sometimes being perceived as "nerdy stuffs".

Will definitely, it is a part of their plan. They'll be sending you some links that will direct you to phishing sites and let them control your email ad once it was supplied by your login credentials. This is a common tactic and that is a need for us to carefully click links that we know it is necessary and emails that come from the person we know or else, we are letting somebody hack our account and leads to a worse scenario. [/quote] Well yeah. Newbie's luck for me back then cause I could have just let my private key get into their fake MEW website. I use the wallet file generated from the site which is the not recommended way and unsecured way as some hackers that could potentially get into one's pc could just snoop around and steal it.
I hope nobody fell for that trap before. Just thinking of it makes it a lot scarier.

You got caught, OP. Check lovesmayfamilis' reply. From that I do not think you even have the place to even say that kind of stuff, if you by yourself did it anyway.
It is either these people just throw bunch random stuffs to boost post count and activity or plagiarize in attempt to earn merits anyway.

It would be just a pump and dump of a social group/circle that could do that although describing it as a social circle seems small to even manipulate price of something big. It won't happen to Bitcoin due to how expensive it is right now plus the market value. Could happen for newer projects though.

You know that in the end of the day, they don't care being unethical as long as they are under the radar of whoever they are messing with. Governments, patrols, etc. You mention it. It is money that they are after. I'd like to just throw it that there are many people willing to do something shady just for money.

Well yeah we can't deny that he is an influencer, but meh for me. I am not easily influenced by these people. I respect the guy for his inventions just like what I mentioned already gazillions times, but I just hate it when people blindly follow the guy. It is either he need to shut up or people should make up their minds.
Fancy getting replies from you btw. Didn't expect anyone to reply to my thoughts lmao.

Bah. I do not think so. Just because they are quite reputated around the world does not mean they're enough to being followed by crypto holders. We already had enough of people that you can describe the same thing as above. Starting from McAfee to Buffett.

There are more than worse than that. Some would even attempt to steal your wallet from you through their phishing site. Not sure if not part of their team, but I only gave my email to the airdrop i joined long time ago then I just got emailed with their phishing site.

So OP thinks that just because Elon Musk goes and talk to someone and discuss anything Bitcoin-related that it will cause the price to go up? It is like someone talking to his neighbor about the same thing, then thinking that it will pump the price. So no, OP. My thoughts about the meeting? I hope that he'll finally stop tweeting about Bitcoin after it, that's all.

I'll just put this bluntly and I am not advertising this nor shilling this whatever it is said, but I heard lately even more that NFTs are being used in games now these days. There is this game called Axie something? It is flooding a lot attention here in my country just because someone claimed they earned a lot from that game. Did require an investment so it is a meh for me. Not interested in it at all, but hey now that people will gain awareness what NFTs are.

Might call BS on that one, unless you almost sold all your info to all of those KYC airdrops that are popping up before. Not sure if they're still a thing these days. Never heard of anyone even getting rich from free money around crypto.

Well not too anxious for me that I would not consider finding alternatives of how can I get more Bitcoin actually. There are more ways to get Bitcoins even if the government prohibits it. Use VPN or just do a P2P trade with other people around your area. With the combination of both, it will feel like the ban never happened in the first place actually.

Also worth mentioning that carbon copies of coins are quite common ya know. Many of these coins are just up to for quick $$$. Not something that could last long that one can expect. This is why many of them are gonna be just useless overnight due to dumps of investors and also of course, bounty hunters.

I think OP is talking about those crazy doge meme token!
same question for me, where do they get the news of the launching of those tokens!
It easy to pump 10x or 100x for a new meme token if you buy from beginning these days!
..And 100x loss of money when the dump happens. Launching of tokens are mostly here in the forum. You can see it in the Announcement board it Altcoin section.

Uhmm no or it could be just people are thinking that Elon invested in that coin already since he just mentioned the name. There are many overreactive person these days you know. Don't be surprised about celebrity making his/er followers just go and throw all their money thinking that it will go up just because Musk mentioned it.

Not feeling confident with those coins you mentioned though. The volume is just a bit off. Shiledex somehow increases a lot right now, but I am still skeptical if it could be just a pump and dump coin. Either way, if you're talking about airdrops anyway. I already had my worst experience trying to get phished in airdrops, so I will pass on those airdrops.

The first one though. You would not be surprised anymore, as it just does not happen in crypto but it also happens to businesses these days to destroy other business. There would be FUDs to destroy a certain business and the other side would retaliate. It is just those who dominates the market does it all. Oh worth mentioning also that there are simply carbon copies of those project. Thing is when those scams get reported, they just keep coming back. It is still the best to use their own diligence of their own rather than depending on people. There are even those people that still fall for doublers.
