Why don't you just buy Bitcoin to pay the order?

Wow, people are really paying crazy high prices for the D3, especially September batch. I even saw one listing at Ebay with current price of over 11000 USD. ELEVEN THOUSAND!

I dotn see where it says that an A4 preorder will magically be upgraded to an A4+
Innosilicon needs to state that on this thread
You need to listen through that video that was linked in this thread earlier.

There is a new miner coming.. Innosilicon A4+Hash rate 520 Mh/s, power consumption ~700W. This seems good, I would like to know more info. See this video: "【INNOSILICON A4+】The Most Powerful Miner in the World" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9z-haTm7nY

Question on the bitcoin address on where to send your payment (and please don't paste addresses here)... I was finally able to order last night, but Avalon does not specify the bitcoin address to send payment. It isn't on the order form or on their site. I filed a ticket but am still waiting on a response. Is this normal for Canaan?
Yeah wait for their answer about payment details.

Sorry, but I'm located in Finland, so that is a no-go. But I do recommend contacting Hotmine and making your own order. I have not yet received an answer from Hotmine but I will update here.

About 60 to 75 dB depending on which Antminer we are talking about.

You can't mine here to your e-mail address. Where in the world did you get that idea?
|
|
|
You mentioned the 2400W 220V PSU from parallel miner and I know I'll get at least one of those, but what should I do for the third? I like the idea of getting a second 2400W PSU since it makes it easy to add another miner in the future, but I'm wondering what I'm losing in efficiency if I run it a PSU at less than 50% of its rated output.
The 2400W PSU with half load will still have the rated power efficiency. You have understood the power supply principles wrong.

Bitmain almost always ships right on time, so I would contact them if my shipment would be very late from the schedule.

Anyone know whether the A741 can be operated without a RPi controller, if you're only ordering a few for a home mining operation? Also, how do they compare to the R4 as noise and heat, anyone have experience with both?
No, even one A741 need a RPi controller. A741 is almost compared to the S9 with the noise level.

I sent you a PM.

CE Certification is available at their web site www.bitmain.comGo to the support section in that web site and then see the "Product Certificate". In Germany you need to only pay the VAT (19%) of the total order sum. My miner was shipped as "LITECOIN MINER L3+".

|
|
Yeah please go the altcoin section where this kind of discussion belongs if you are interested in graphics card based mining.

Sorry newbie question. Someone offering me antminer s9 for bitcoin mining, is that worth for a newcomer like me to get started mining for the first time? Or better get a lot of vga for mining? I know a little bit about how the commands work on PC mining but don't know with the s9 . Thanks if anyone reply on this
How much is your electricity price? Also for starters you should know that S9 produces a lot of heat and noise.

Time for a warranty repair with Bitmain and if there is no warranty time left then it's time for a repair with Bitmainwarranty (different company than Bitmain). See their repair guide for more https://shop.bitmain.com/workOrderGuide.htmYou must carefully follow their instructions in the repair guide for the shipment and everything ... b. For the miner, if your miner is: S9: Shipped before October 1, 2016, please ship the defective part Shipped after October 1, 2016, please ship the whole machine

Anyone from the EU knows how much the fees will be for 3 pieces? 3k order so I think around 20% --> 600? Sales starts @ 4:00 in the morning (CEST UTC+2) in my time, it sucks a bit but lets hope they are not sold out within the first few hours. You only need to pay VAT for the miners, so it depends on your country's VAT percentage. In Finland we have VAT 24%, which is really nice. " "
