I haven't tried yet as I'm keeping it at the 684M frequency as it was delivered and the hash rate is a decent 570-580Mh/s.

Minimum order is 100 pieces? If I got that right from the FB page.
If that's the case, anybody interested in a group buy? I'd get 10 to 20 of them.
Thanks
Yeah, you need someone to do a group buy. But it is not that impossible if there is from 3 to 5 guys that want 10 to 20 pieces and then like 10-20 guys that want less quantity.

Very nice review, seems to be a good competitor for the L3+ Wonder how did do 900W @28nm instead of Antminers 800W @16nm... Really would like to get my hand on some of these Also send you a PM PM replied. I'm pretty sure that BM1485 chip in L3+ is 28nm node process too. Highly doubt that. Most likely all their lineup is L3+/S9/D3 is done on same process to cut costs. Most likely they are also very similar, most differences coming into chip codebase. Your argument is invalid, it is actually cheaper to make 28nm node process chips. Bitmain is not mentioning the node process any where visible. If it was 16nm they would use it in advertising just like they use it a lot in the Antminer S9 advertising. I tried a lot of Google searching but I was unable to find which process BM1485 is done.

Phil have you tried contacting Ebang if they could sell their hardware more easily than Canaan at the moment?

nice review, i hope they give it to you a bit more for some "in depth testing" Too bad they don't lower the minimum qty. Would be nice to see some competition for bitmain in the small ops segment. Any word on warranty-handling from their side ? Thanks. In the introduction video BW.com mentions that there is a six month warranty, in which you can send it back for them to do the needed repairs that are because of quality issues.

Did you test any other pools than Nicehash?
Yeah, I moved to Prohashing.com and it is working ok as well.

It's a sad fact that most of the 3rd party resellers advertising here at the Bitcointalk are scammers. Eastshore.xyz and Holybitcoin.com are the few that I know are trustworthy. Hi, I was able to access the eastshore website but I could not reach holybitcoin, is their website down for maintenance or something? Regards You need to ask Holyscott about that.

Ok, sounds good

I'm mining.. BTC with BTC ASIC hardware BTC via multipool Prohashing with LTC ASIC hardware BTC via selling hashrate at Nicehash with X11 ASIC hardware. BTC all the way.

I would recommend doing what I said in the previous post before selling the house.

HW stands for the hardware error. But your HW number is so small that it is nothing to worry about and it does not affect the hash rate.

1. No 2. No 3. do not use you won't get profit
End of the story.... Sadly it kind of looks like that..... I'm wondering if they will be so restrictive with the D3 ( if they bring it to hashnest ) since they don't have a X11 pool.... My guess is that Bitmain won't host miner in the Hashnest that are pointed to other pool than Antpool. They most likely will come up with a Dash pool in the future.

Well it's not like they haven't done a bunch of empty block before. I'm not surprised. I'm disappointed.

Hello Everyone, anyone working Avalon, on 1200W PSU? can you tell me can it handle?
Its risky - the specs want it to run at 1150W with up to a 15% variance, which would put you at 1322. Use a 1500 to be safe. No, 1150 W is the power consumption measured at wall. HP 1200W server power supply is sufficient when your mains voltage is from 200V to 240V area. End of story. With the 93% PSU power efficiency in the Avalon specs the consumption in the 12VDC rail is about 1070W.
