Regardless of the issue, or if it's just a PR move or not, it's still great that Bitcasino made an action towards op's problem although it was really not their fault and they are not really liable about the hacking. Also, the way they responded and offer free spins to op is a good move.

And I guess, it's a lesson to op to set up 2fa. Better be careful next time to avoid this kind of scenario again. Even if it's disappointing for OP  that his account got hacked, he's still lucky with the immediate response he got from Bitcasino.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots are better than Dice. on: July 10, 2020, 03:41:23 PM
It's still a matter of preference for every gambler. Others may agree to OP that slot is better while others may prefer dice over the other game mentioned. We have different reasons why we like the game better than the other one.

I have been gambling for quite a while now so personally, I have tried both. And I don't really know what to pick since both games can be fun to play depending on my mood. I don't have a specific liking between the two since I usually just play different games when I feel bored already with the other. But if I have to choose between the two, I might choose slots since I feel like I'm enjoying it better.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any successful and relatively new casinos? on: July 10, 2020, 02:33:47 PM
I think yes and it will depend on the competitive package of that casino. Im not sure if roobet just release this year or maybe the year before that but they are definitely a new platform compared to other, we can see how users attracted to this casino because they always launching a very good promotional bonuses on their platform and even here on forum. If all casino can do that they can stay longer in the business.

Other casinos problem are lack of reputation or simply involved on some issues they are not accounted for ending up losing players on their platform.
It really becomes an essential part of new running businesses to maximize the use of marketing strategy and promotions because that's what they need to attract customers. Promotional bonuses can also be their investment if they really want to gain attention or get recognized by gamblers.

New casinos may find it hard to build a reputation and gain enough attention, but if they would really work hard and try their best, they can have an opportunity to do well in the market just like with other old and trusted casinos.

805  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [UPDATED]Watchlist for Active Filipino Posters/Campaigners on: July 10, 2020, 12:38:59 PM
Good Day!

I already added you on the list. Sana pagpatuloy mo ang pagiging active sa local and sa forum. Marami kang matutunan dito sa forum, ugaliin mo lang iexplore ang mga iba't-ibang section and thread.
806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: 2020 Rise of Crypto Travel - Bitcoin & Altcoin Expansion? on: July 10, 2020, 10:35:15 AM
I think some agencies were already accepting bitcoin for payment, however, not all will accept this kind of payment since there is still a lack of mass adoption. People traveling would still see fiat or cards as more convenient when booking for flights.

Travel agencies and tourism are a great factor in the economy and are also widely affected by pandemic because of the lockdown. Also, the government is limiting travels going inside and outside the country because there is a threat that the virus will spread more. So with the current problem, I don't think using bitcoin or crypto payment will really help in solving the issues in the tourism or travel industry. Yes, it's great to adopt technological innovation but I don't think it will be that easy since not all people are still ready for crypto payments and we are still at the beginning of mass adoption.
807  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of fake YouTube giveaways on: July 10, 2020, 04:32:43 AM
The problem is people think it's an advantage, what they don't think is that it is a technique of a scammer to attract attention. Given this, the only people that will fall for this kind of tricks are the fool and greedy people because they don't think wisely when it comes to things that may benefit them. People should not establish any huge expectations on the issue of too wonderful to be true promises because it can be a fraud. Hence, we should also educate ourselves, so we aren't illiterate when it comes to this kind of matter.
808  Economy / Economics / Re: Rising tensions and effect on global trade on: July 09, 2020, 03:12:32 PM
Both economies will be affected by this conflict if this will grow more. Since both of them are benefiting from each other. Just like what OP mentioned, they have a big population which will have an impact on both economies since China is acting as the producer while India is the consumer.

However, I don't think there's something to worry about banning Chinese apps. I mean, we've been seeing issues recently about the Chinese app (TikTok) is used in spying its users. And why would it be an issue if India decided to ban Chinese apps when in the first place, China bans a lot of foreign apps in their country. And I've also heard that due to the current pandemic, India is promotion local to help their economy, and it's not just about the conflict between the two countries.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how big? on: July 09, 2020, 01:44:56 PM
We may not exactly know the market size but definitely, online gambling is earning a lot. Just like in a physical casino, they pay a huge amount of taxes because they are earning a lot. So it's kinda same with online casinos. If a single person can actually spend such a huge amount, what more for hundreds or thousands of players they have. Since there's still anonymity, some crypto gamblers are not afraid to spend tons of money on gambling, especially if the money they are using is not actually their own money.

It's just shocking how that person used his knowledge to fake transactions and transfer money in his personal account. With that huge money, it's obvious how he will get caught.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: One game vs a variety: which gives higher potential to a casino? on: July 09, 2020, 12:54:43 PM
Obviously, I will choose those who offer various games. As a gambler, people usually get tired of doing or playing the same thing over and over, it would be better to have different choices to enjoy. Some gamblers like to explore different games while playing so they will stick to a gambling site if they feel contented with the games they offer.

And if you are operating a casino, you will attract more customers if you have a variety of games since you can gather those customers even if they have different tastes. But if you will just stick with a single game, you will only attract gamblers who like that game.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: July 09, 2020, 12:07:48 PM
Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?
It's always risky to invest in any-kind-of-coins. Well, I can say it is good if you know how to jump in and jump out the market at the right time. As you said, a lot of coins pumped and then dumped dramatically. Then the problem is your skills in trading. It's "safer" to invest in coins that don't pump and dump surprisingly (big coins such as BTC, ETH, BNB, etc). However, the more risks, the more profits! It's your choice!
Of course, there are always risks in any kind of investment and I know it's part of investing or trading. It is quite good to invest in new coins/tokens if you know if it's legit and has a strong community and developer team. It will have huge risks if you are going to invest in new coins that randomly popped up in the market. If ever you have problems with your trading skills, you can learn it by just reading some guidelines/books about trading or you can even watch some videos tutorial on your Youtube. For me, it still not safe if you're going to invest in Bitcoin because it's too volatile. Like if you are going to see it in the market and sometimes in just a few minutes or hours you can see a big dump or pump on its price. But even if it's too volatile, it's still the number 1 cryptocurrency for me. Aside from that, it's too good for a long term investment if you are willing to earn good profit.

That's true, that's why many people are always risking because they know it will have a big profit for them. But it doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes you will lose a lot before you earn good and high profits.
812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines SEC warns against crypto investment. on: July 08, 2020, 01:51:45 PM
I think Philippine Sec just did his job right, every Filipino deserves this warn because there are so many ponzi scams came out recently and many Filipinos are victimized. Hopefully the number of scammers in the Philippines will decreased through this.
They are. People always get into rich quick scheme and always defend themselves if they have been caught investing to scams like this. If there's no advisory from the SEC and they are only getting a reminder from an individual, they won't listen.
This is how hard-headed people are.

Indeed. They get blinded by the idea of earning a huge amount of money in a short period of time which is totally too good to be true. They easily get swayed by what they see on social media as if everything is real. Even if someone will warn them about investment schemes, they won't learn until they get scammed.

SEC is just doing it right. But it would be better if they will also be active warning people in popular social media platforms because that's where usually people get victimized. Cause personally, I don't think it's enough to reach to other people about this warning.

Welcome to Roobet World! A fun and exciting place to be.

Used Ibispaint X in creating the artwork. The idea is simply using a hologram effect to show how fun and exciting Roobet is. Even if it's just online, you can still have fun playing in Roobet.

814  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID AND INDIAN ECONOMY on: July 08, 2020, 12:17:07 PM
Aside from working about the economy, it's very important to improve the medical and health care system. Even if they will keep on looking for a solution to prevent the economy from crashing, if COVID cases will keep on increasing that much each day, it will still be a tough fight for India.

I don't know how India is handling the pandemic in terms of medical and health care, but have they done mass testing or tracking people? Because I see that a lot of countries who are successful in fighting the virus have done this strategy. It's still good that they are promoting local because it will also help them. Also, the cooperation and trust of people towards the government will also help in handling the pandemic.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: NEW STYLE OF CAMPAIGN on: July 08, 2020, 10:07:46 AM
This is often done to reduce burst posting, many participants usually post more within seconds although I know it seem a bit strict kind of rules to apply on a campaign, because often someone can just make 2-3 post within 4 hours, I think it would have been better if the bm make it an hour each, 4hrs in between post is just too much in my opinion, but again the bm have the final say on how best to run his campaign.
That's true, this rule can really reduce burst posting. The campaign only required 10 posts per week so I think the rules are quite suitable for the campaign. Just like what others say here, only the bounty managers have the right to create/change the rules in the campaign. Being a bounty hunter, we are obliged to follow the rules in order to earn the rewards. And I agree with @VDraci, it's better to find another campaign if you are not satisfied with the rules of the campaign.

Some of the people here hate seeing spam post and they even report it. That's why having that kind of rule is quite good for me. Who knows if the bounty manager will change the rules.
816  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Biflex.net is a SCAM on: July 08, 2020, 08:34:58 AM
Ang lakas din ng loob nung user na nag invite dito with some promotions para lang makapag scam, Imagine if it is put up in facebook or other social media sites. I'm sure dudumugin yun sa dami ng naghahanap ng pagkakakitaan ngayon. This is really alarming kasi dumadami nanaman ang ponzi schemes na lumalabas ngayon.

817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What or how does it feels to grow in rank?! on: July 07, 2020, 02:05:53 PM
Of course, you will be happy since you have achieved something but that feeling will only remain for a short time. After that, things will be the same as before. It's like the same feeling working hard for homework, and after getting a satisfying score, you wipl be happy because it just shows that someone appreciated your hard work.  But after that, it will just become part of your journey since what really matters is the thing you have learned from doing the homework, not the score you got but it will also encourage you to do even better.

You can also earn merit if you know you are deserving of one, you just need to give quality in your post. Soon, you will also be able to know how it feels. Good luck.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the benefits of Bitcoin ... on: July 07, 2020, 01:00:31 PM
Of course, bitcoin will have its own positive and negative side. We all see the benefits of bitcoin that is why we remain using it. What you said about bitcoin payments, the traditional currency still remains convenient for most of the people since it is accepted everywhere unlike in bitcoin, most of it is just online but still rare to use it in buying on a physical store.

But other than that, bitcoin is indeed beneficial in many ways just like what others have mentioned. The more we see bitcoin adoption, the more people will recognize the advantage and usage of bitcoin in our lives.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Luckyfish accepting kids on: July 07, 2020, 11:59:51 AM
I don't know how your son got into that gambling site and why is he interested in online gambling at that young age. So as his parent, I think you should talk to him. We don't personally know your son so it's you who can talk to him and discipline him. In fact, I believe that it's not only the site's fault why your son is gambling because it's also your responsibility to monitor your child and what he is doing.

While it's still early, you need to teach your son not to gamble because it might lead to a big problem especially he is still a minor and can't handle emotion very well. However, like what others have said already, gambling sites don't really accept minors. I guess your son knows about that, yet he still chooses to explore and gamble so better talk to him why he did that.
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines SEC warns against crypto investment. on: July 06, 2020, 04:21:47 PM
I have already seen a lot of warnings given by SEC (even made a local thread for their past warnings), so I don't think it will give such a huge negative impact on crypto adoption here in the Philippines.

People should also know and understand that schemes are rampant on the internet, that is why SEC is always telling people to be cautious in dealing with investments. I think they are just doing their job advising the public, but it does not mean that they don't want people to get involved in crypto-investment generally. It's also a warning for those who are involved in these schemes and the possible consequences they could face once they got caught.

This kind of news might cause doubt for other people but if you are really interested in learning and investing in crypto, you will be willing to learn to avoid Ponzi schemes.
