821  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Creator Dead on Covid-19? on: July 06, 2020, 02:30:11 PM
No, that's absolutely not true. He's still alive. I'm sure of it.
How can you be so sure about that?

How many people are leaving this Covid-19 every day, from the rich-poor to the Prime Minister and not being able to survive this disease, on the other hand we still do not know who is Bitcoin Creator, / satoshi nakmto! Is he still alive or dead? Do you think he died in this Covid-19? And if She/he die, what impact will Be on Bitcoin?  What do you Think
We all know that this COVID-19 is affecting everyone and has already caused thousands of deaths and anyone can get infected. But even if you will keep on asking this question, no one can give you an accurate answer because we all don't know whether he is still alive or dead even before the pandemic strike, or even if he got infected by the virus.

There's already a lot of speculation about Satoshi yet we can't confirm anything. I don't really know the purpose why you still asked this question because even us, don't know the answer.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which currency will popular in next bullrun? on: July 06, 2020, 01:57:58 PM
I still believe in coin top like ethereum and bitcoin both coins look good in every way always has a good trend when bull run come, although both of these coin prices look high but it is very good for long term investment
I agree with this one, but I know there are other cryptocurrencies that will be popular other than those coins. AFAIK, there are more trendy coins in the market and most of them already have good prices. That's true, Ethereum and Bitcoin are good for long term investment and if you're going to invest in these coins, always prefer to do it for long term investment so you can able to enjoy the huge profit once the bull run started. Probably, along with Bitcoin and Ethereum, the other top 10 cryptocurrencies in the market will also become popular in the next bull run.

However, I guess there are some low or not known coins in the market that can also become popular in the next bull runs, and who knows if they will also hit new all-time high prices in the market. But right now, try to focus on investing in Bitcoin and take this time to invest because you will totally regret it once the bull run comes.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any successful and relatively new casinos? on: July 06, 2020, 11:20:44 AM
Looking at how the competition in online gambling, it will be really hard for new casinos to even reach half of the old and trusted casino's reputation and the number of customers. I think it's just the same with other businesses when you know that the product or service is popular and there is a lot of competition, it's hard to compete with them unless you can offer something they don't have.

Aside from scam casinos, I also think that a lot of new online casinos failed to gain attention is because of the lack of promotion? I mean, since it's a new casino, it's already given that it will be hard fo attract gamblers that is why you should work hard in promoting your casino. Innovate the site and what they offer, or they can do a lot of promos, contests, and such. A great marketing strategy is essential especially in a wide and growing competition of online gambling.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend passed away and he have Bitcoin in his wallet on: July 05, 2020, 03:34:23 PM
First of all, sorry about the loss of your friend. But it's better to let his parents know about his bitcoin. I don't know when did your friend die, but if it's just recently, better let his parent take time to grieve first before telling them.

Since you are in another country, you can make a phone call and slowly tell them about his bitcoin for them to understand. Or if your friend has siblings, it's better to tell it to them since they are more capable of understanding it. But if he's the only child, it's better to ask his parents directly if they know someone who they have trust that can help them with his wallet. It's not that I'm doubting your other friend, but since it involves money, let the parent choose to whom they will ask for help.
825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can online gambling help to kickstart the global economy? on: July 05, 2020, 02:43:23 PM
Well, online casinos are just like any other business running. They pay tax, but aside from tax revenues (which is really big help in the economy especially when the casino is one of the major taxpayers) and jobs, I think we can also add having a good relationship with other countries when a foreign gambling site is operating in other countries. It's part of globalization. But the online gambling industry also has its major downside, especially if the casino does not have licensed to operate so basically, they are illegal which is not helping the economy.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should i invest to this project ? on: July 05, 2020, 01:44:04 PM
In my opinion, if you want to invest, then you are better off investing in the top 10 altcoins than investing in a bounty project. But if you want to invest in the Curio Invest project, that's good. because to my knowledge the Curio Invest project was good even the price was high in some exchanges. You also need to analyze it again before investing in a CUR token.
That's true and agree with @awakpane, and it's quite less risky if you're going to invest in the top coins in the market unlike investing in ICO projects or on that project but still remember, in every investing there's always a risk. By the way, I guess it's my first time to encounter this project and I don't have any background about it so I can only suggest you do further research about this project and think carefully before making a final decision. OP, if you're going to invest in cryptocurrency, why not try to put some of your money in bitcoin because it is profitable but also too volatile that's why sometimes there's an instant profit and loss in bitcoin. Also, I really don't know if the Curio project will be profitable for you.

And just what like others say here, DYOR and hoping you will find other good projects that will really bring you profit.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you wish you could do the most with your Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2020, 12:00:40 PM
I'm sure 90% of people just want the price of Bitcoin to break through resistance at $ 19,000 and be ready to go to the moon new all time high, that's already inevitable, I also want that to happen  Grin
Most people choose to wait and hold their BTC, but why not try to trade with their BTC so you can still make a profit before the $ 19000 price reached. We can still get profit by trading daily. Indeed, I also agree that waiting back to price $19k is our hope, but we should also use the moment for trading.
They prefer to hold it because they know how valuable bitcoin is and we can't remove the fact that bitcoin is very suitable for long term investments. That's why they prefer to hold than to trade it. Actually, I'm currently holding a small amount of bitcoin and I just add some amount of it when I have extra money. That's true, we can able to make a good profit if you're going to use your bitcoin in day trading but for me, it's better to trade other cryptocurrencies than bitcoin.

And what I wish for my bitcoin basically, is to be more valuable and to have a successful life once the bitcoin reaches the moon again and the most thing that I could do with it is to use it for my family needs.
828  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [MEGATHREAD] Pilipinas Coronavirus/COVID-19 Thread on: July 05, 2020, 09:39:32 AM

829  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we rely on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency? on: July 04, 2020, 04:00:49 PM
We cannot always expect that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency will always be an answer to every problem we face economically. Let's be honest, crypto is still at its starting point for mass adoption and how can we expect that bitcoin will be a big help in preventing the economy to collapse? If you are working in the "crypto world", I guess it may help you to sustain your needs for now or for a short term, but there is no assurance that it will last for too long since jobs and even bitcoin itself isn't stable. So don't depend too much on Bitcoin income if you want a stable and longer way of sustaining your needs.

Covid-19 is already a big threat to every one of us and I don't think we are still capable of handling another threat to our health and economy. I hope this won't grow like the current pandemic we have.
830  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Note to newbies on: July 04, 2020, 02:11:36 PM
Newbies should learn that gaining knowledge must be the area of their interest because they will encounter people with bad intentions and their thorough understanding will help them to evade it. There's plenty of scams that sound extremely good to be true and eye-catching, so we have to be wary. As I see it, many of you get easily tricked on because you have not made a great effort on investigating before risking. It is strenuous to start as a newbie, but there's a way to help yourself to move forward.
831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery help? on: July 04, 2020, 01:11:27 PM
We all know already how hard it is to win the jackpot prize in the lottery because it is that difficult. It's once in a Blue Moon when people do actually win a big jackpot prize. I guess it will be hard for you if you will keep a prediction theme in your lottery blog.

I don't think you will get enough suggestions here on how you will going to improve your prediction skills. Even if you study it, I don't think it will be enough for you to make a good prediction, especially if you are planning on making a daily prediction. You can still continue your blog, maybe include lottery facts like some lucky people's story when they won the lottery.
832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what way you’ll inherit Bitcoin to your loved ones? on: July 03, 2020, 05:10:21 PM
I have not really think of that. I don't know since I think I'm still too young to think about death, although we never really know when will our time ends. And it's kinda scary to think about the idea of dying. But if ever, maybe a letter or a note in a flash drive? Then I will probably let my siblings know about it since they are the ones who have an idea about these things and my parents probably won't understand it.

I just hope that I will have a long life so I can prepare for this since as of now, I don't have that huge amount of bitcoin that I'm holding. And of course, my siblings are still at a young age so maybe when they get older enough, I can finally teach them how to access it.

833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: July 03, 2020, 01:21:08 PM
There are already some sports had already resumed out which you would able to make up some bets and i have seen one in boxing or even in football.

When in talks about online gambling and yes, theres a significant rise up but not really that much imho(this is my own view). When it comes to e-sports,

well these things is always there since it can be done via online neither via remote or into a venue place. It doesnt matter because it can be done without

much that supervision.

The sports game is already resumed, and I see that can be a starting point for every sports game to come back after they cancel all of the tournaments or events. This time will be different than before, and they must follow what it needs and follow the government's protocols before other people get infected.

Online gambling will be the one that takes advantage of the Covid-19 because people who want to playing gambling will try to search the gambling website, and they will try to play the gambling games until the gambler can back to place their bet in the sports games.
Sports events are starting to resume again after months of lockdown, so does sports betting. It may be different from the normal events we are used to, but it's still good that some organizers are now trying to prepare for sports events. The pandemic may have affected sports betting but since we're now at the restarting phase, we can slowly see sports betting again. Following protocols are always there since we now have to practice new normal.

Well, it's really an opportunity for online casinos since most gamblers were left with no choice but to gamble online.
834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some college students in Alabama bet money to see who gets COVID19 first on: July 03, 2020, 12:36:19 PM
That's very immature of them. Everyone is afraid and being careful about the virus, yet they are making a contest who gets infected first for the sake of money. They are not only risking their lives, but they are also risking the lives of people around them. They do it for fun but it's not even funny at all since it is a serious matter. They are also not helping the government. Governments are having a hard time handling this pandemic but these students only see this for entertainment.

They have over 40k recorded cases yet are not even scared of what is happening in the world? I don't know what kind of mindset they have, but they should be responsible for this action they made. They are threatening the safety of the people there.
835  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Motivation on: July 03, 2020, 12:08:51 PM
Some people are afraid to deal with new adventures because of a lack of understanding and the risk that they will likely end up with nothing. We should analyze that the result should be unpreceded by any action taken. It is best to do research and consider the decision to make because it will give you a different perception. After all, you won't make any progress if you choose not to do anything about things that you want to achieve. If you will ask me, my concrete goals helped me to continue the path that I'm currently taking despite the risk because I know I'll be able to handle it if I do proper research and be educated.

837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My suggestion on Bitcoin adoption on: July 02, 2020, 05:17:24 PM
So what you're trying to point is that you are fine and contended that bitcoin still is not widely acknowledged across the world? (Kindly correct me if I'm wrong) I'm not sure if you just missed including your suggestion or that is already your suggestion and your point is that you want bitcoin to remain as it is today and don't want massive adoption because you think it'll lose value like gold? For me, it's more of an opinion than a suggestion that's why others are having a hard time understanding where your suggestion is.

But the point is, bitcoin is still different from gold. Even if Bitcoin becomes more popular, it does not mean that it will lose its value since there is still a limited supply of bitcoin. In fact, I also doubt that gold will lose its value if it becomes more accessible to people. Also, bitcoin is starting to be more recognized and adopted as time passes by since people are seeing what bitcoin can do, so I doubt they will lose interest in bitcoin just because a lot of people know about it.

838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yes, there is a strip club that accepts bitcoin. on: July 02, 2020, 02:25:45 PM
Get yourself down there, nutildah. What are Filipino girls like, are they hot? I’ve never been but Macau is on my bucket list. I love casinos & Macau looks amazing.
Don't expect much about the girls there (not that I'm saying they are not hot), but since it's just a small strip club and ain't luxurious, don't expect girls to be as hot as a model. But overall, Filipinas can be hot, it depends on your taste.

I don't know a thing about this and honestly, I am shocked.

I am from the same country and I think it is time to visit Angeles City, well, after this pandemic that is, to be safe. Not for the purpose of pleasuring myself but to find out if people are really using Bitcoin in that place. I think they are using coins.ph in this club since it is one of the most popular here in the country. I guess I might even see the OP how he "make it rain Satoshis".  Grin
I think they don't accept bitcoin anymore since OP posted this last 2017 because I feel that crypto payment offers would only last if it is being used by a lot of customers. But since it's rare for a customer that would pay bitcoin just to have fun in a strip club, maybe they already disregarded this offer. Well, I also have no idea about this but I tried searching for this place and it's kinda hard to find an answer if they are still accepting bitcoin or not.
839  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Created an app to promote ₿itcoin on: July 02, 2020, 01:33:49 PM
That's nice of you OP.  Regardless if others find it specifically useful or not, it's still great that you got the initiative to make an app regarding bitcoin. What matters is that you are willing to do this just to promote bitcoin even if there is no assurance if people would like it or not.

However, I have to agree with what others say. It's better to give it a little entertainment and use your creativity on improving the app. It would be too boring if people would just keep on reading information about crypto, so perhaps give it a little twist. I have no idea about things like this since I rarely download learning apps, still, good luck on this!
840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think players can play properly against a recovered Covid-19 opponent? on: July 02, 2020, 08:42:12 AM
As far as I know, before they can say that you fully recovered from the virus, they will repeatedly test you to make sure that you are already negative from the virus. So I think it's already fine and safe playing with other players. But of course, since they just recovered from the virus, they also need to take enough rest to make sure their body can handle playing, so it depends on when did they recover.

I think instead of worrying about playing with recovered patients, the organizers should worry to keep everyone in the event safe to prevent reinfection or new more cases.
