Hello,
I want to try your demo on MAC... I just installed it and generated new API Keys on Bitfinex extra for the demo....
but when I enter them and start I get the message:

"The secret key you gave is not registered to this product!"

what is the problem here?

thanks

Hi,

just select a *-demo market. You don't need to enter credentials for these Wink

All the best,

How is this bot compared to Gunbot?

That is maybe a question for our users Wink But we just have the best graphical user interface for running bots.
And in December we will launch our new strategy framework which will allow to run also more  strategies like a bollinger band bot.

All the best,

  Rene

I cannot say anything about it because I have never used that bot. But, pretty much, the UIs are "similar", with laonArdo lacking of some strategies with respect to the competitor's product.
Nevertheless, look at the difference in price as well!

This is a really good news for the leonArdo users. Slowly but steadily, the team is delivering an exceptional product which is easy to use and quite neat.
Keep up the good work!

Hello all,

Anyone having trouble running Leonardo with multiple bots (i have 6 running) and being plagued by slowdowns/pauses

Try running Leonardo in "High priority", set in task manager.

All my issues have cleared up, even on Bittrex.

Evening.

My client won't show the following exchanges their currency pairs:
Poloniex, bitrex, huobipro

I'm using Poloniex myself, their returnCurrencies API endpoint does return a boatload of correcJSON for me(https://poloniex.com/public?command=returnCurrencies).
Here's what curls out of it https://pastebin.com/1yStyxNq

I have a problem with ping-pong bot. Sometimes they just stop all on one coin. Buy orders remain, but if they are implemented, then the sale order will not be made. I have to manually restart the bot by pressing stop start. In the older version this did not happen

It could be that the API of the exchange you were trading on went down? Without some more information I can't say right now.

Can you contact us at support@marginsoftware.de with some more info?

Thanks,
Jonathan
Send some info on email, because i cannot work////sometimes bots stops

They are native orders on the Bitfinex exchange.
The Documentation can be found here:

Newcomer Question,
Whats a good stable market to run the bot in with not a lot of big swings?
I am looking at DOGE at the moment and CLAM. They seem pretty stable. Only looking at a stable 2% gain.

Any tips from the pro's?

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't touch Doge, buy wall and sell walls are far too large for your order to get settled, Clam looks good except for its not that stable atm, nice 20% drops every week or so in what looks like a declining market.

In regards to what works, not sure if your going to get many ppl giving advice on the bots usage, rather frustratingly there is a common idea that the strategy wont work if told to others.

Try SALT, BRX

Thnx.

It's good to share trading info with each other if we are using the same bot, imo. Are there only the 5 tutorial videos? I'm looking for a more text based tutorial or wiki on how the use everything in the program.
