New firmware release didn't appear to change the (low) hashing rates with hosted units. Currently at 350 and 480.
I take it you can not ssh into hosted units. Call or email support and ask for a copy of the asic_test (included in 0.96) results and ask them to explain all the faulty cores.

Be cautioned however .....the guy I talked to said stuff would arrive from Brussels tomorrow to the Midwest usa where I live....I really am not sure either about this in hindsight perhaps they don't have a clue about the country....(ie how large usa is) anyway.....it was a 'real person" and they said they looked it up..all I have to go on ..but how good their timeline really is i'll guess we will see on Friday...nice enough fellow thou
Depends how far in the Midwest you are from DHL's Cincinnati hub, from where the stuff will probably land.

heard people have been getting refunds on equip and hosting is that something people are considering or are a lot of you gonna ride it out? (I don't host anything just curious) Searing I assume those are customers that never got units turned on. I received 10 BTC from KNC when they came on late and a free month hosting. One of my units then hashed at 18 GH/s until .95 was released. Yesterday my best unit which was at 540 went to zero gh/s and it took KNC 21 hours to swap out with unit that is hashing at 480. They thought the 96 FW would fix the slow unit but that didn't seem to do the trick. Some of the above details may look bad but if you factor everything in, KNC is rock'n it and I'll give them a chance to fix things.

Are you sure it's not that block finding went down in past two hours?

Are you sure it's not that block finding went down in past two hours? Yeah, I'm pretty sure that my avg rate window on cgminer has absolutely nothing to do with eligus's blockfinding stats, lolz

(I don't host anything just curious) Searing I got tired of the BS and excuses, so I got a refund. CS is, as you said before, fantastic. When I saw shipping going out and hosting getting skipped badly I said enough was enough with this and jumped ship.

With FW 0.96 my numbers have gone from 520,525 and 540 to 450,500 and 520 Ghash. This is quite the decrease in performance. I have been running them for about an hour so it might still be variance, anyone else getting similar results? //DeaDTerra
are those numbers at the pool or reported back form cgminer ? CgMiner //DeaDTerra thanks anyway FeedbackLoop could be right: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=170332.msg3356843#msg3356843e.g. slush found 3 block in less than one hour I got a hold of Marcus and told him about my numbers, I told him to not start investigating it yet and that I would get back to him in 24 hours with my new numbers as it is possible that it is due to the flushwork as you guys said. //DeaDTerra regarding the flushwork thing read this and following post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.msg3294238#msg3294238tl;dr giga semi private pools admin said: "I am seeing higher stale rates from KNC equipment so it looks like they are not flushing work when the stratum server requests but are instead finishing old work and submitting it." so it seems that KnC mod version of cgminer isn't behaving lnormally in such circunstances

Dhl have the most big problems With customs
They did it a lot of times to take money from the buyer
If tell to dhl that you do not want the package let it back to sender
They will give to you without pay anything as taxes Is very awful company

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that my avg rate window on cgminer has absolutely nothing to do with eligus's blockfinding stats, lolz Only that I wasn't talking about Eligius but about new blocks in general... the flushwork thing. Edit: nevermind... you measure your speed in cgminer...

36X Day 2 here just changed status to "Shipped" its a pickup so I guess they have to now ship it to their office where it can be picked up from as I imagine they don't want ppl having around the factory.
just a note my 304x unit just got the tracking number like 2hrs ago it is showing DHL tomorrow (Friday) i'd call if DHL and set things up at least they can give you the DAY it arrives from this number 1-800-225-5345 er again the tracking number shows Brussels calling the number and a live person told me it would arrive tomorrow ..(I was shocked) just so you are warned! anyway the point of this is it took 2 1/2 days to go from Sweden to the Midwest usa...so jump on the DHL tracking when you get the number imho Searing My Mercury is, according to DHL, in Brussels since 1:44AM, processed in Brussels at 11:15AM. Calling I found I can expect delivery tomorrow by end of the business day. DHL instead of UPS, not sure if that's good or bad. Is your Mercury going to the USA? I can't imagine mine getting to me tomorrow from Brussels... http://postimg.org/image/fblcmw481My tracking screen is exactly the same. Same dates and times. This is what the guy said at DHL when I gave him my Brussels tracking number (1-800-225-5345) ...maybe it is scanned in Brussels goes on a plane and is not scanned again till it hits the truck to ship it to me ..no idea..but he said between 10am and 8pm tomorrow Friday 10/17/2013 (maybe Brussels is code for "teleport' Searing DHL will scan at each stop. once it is off the plane, and arrives in OH (hub) it will get scanned. they would have transmitted the customs info electronically and as long as the declared value is under 2K, it will clear automatically (barring any ad hoc checks) now, if it is declared at over 2K, expect to go through form filling out and pay an import fee... I received my unit via UPS and there was no invoice attached to the package, so I'm not sure how they are utilizing DHL, but DHL is better for international shipments, especially from overseas. Do use the auto-notify tool on DHL's website and sign up for email and SMS notifications. sometimes, SMS is the first notification to arrive when there's a status change. website isn't reflective of the status change as fast as SMS notifications from DHL... Hope this helps. any question regarding DHL, please ask me (PM would be good) as I may miss a posted question here...

good news ! maybe I didn't notice before with .95, but the HW error rate is 1.28% according to cgminer after I just upgraded to .96 KnC 0: | 333.4G/276.6Gh/s | A:56589 R:263 HW:700 WU:3895.2/m the first number is declining slowly (started at over 400GH). Maybe once they converge, the HW rate will slow down... will keep an eye on my lonely Saturn...

I've posted about the restart/flushwork thing since... 9th October? Asking for it to be addressed. How about some answers to these questions: 1. How come the sub-standard cgminer from KNC? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.msg3294238#msg3294238 This post suggests the KNC version is not doing a proper work restart. Any reason KNC are spending 9 days releasing firmware updates that doesn't even fix these issues? I'm fairly sure the guys who wrote cgminer could sort this quick fast. So I guess it could now read: Any reason KNC are spending 17 days releasing firmware updates that doesn't even fix these issues?
