The only cost might be UPS were already paid and you'd lose $120 on throwing that label in the dustbin.

A label is fully refundable up until the time the UPS driver scans the package. There is no excuse for not offering full refunds as promised up until the time the package is picked up.

UPS labels and Fedex and DHL labels are not charged to the customer until they have been scanned by an employee or a machine at a depot.

Anyone you implies otherwise is lying to you.

Not in hosting I don't even have credentials to access hosting site, no compensation of any kind and I've spent (stupid me)  2600 USD for hosting so that it could mine earlier... nice job KnC.

well, it makes sense that that order would be coming online probably tomorrow... relax... but I hear ya... 2600 ouch. Hosting price was outrageous to begin with.... and they had no pool experience, so I opted to host myself, glad I did.

Mine changed from In progress to Shipped after UPS had Scanned (or picked up the order from KNC)

You should have had your Tracking info First.

Tracking info comes in an Email from UPS not KNC. Check your Spam folders for an email from "UPS Quantum View"

Status changed to Shipped approx 1hr ago but no tracking yet. Activity was also in my pool 4 hrs ago with the credentials I supplied in my account info.
