has anyone got any idea when batch 2 will begin to be dispatched , unsurprisingly knc are mute on the matter?
Most likely September 30th (last day of q3) if they still don't use Astro-glide.... anything sooner would be a shocking surprise. eh, Biffa... agreed... Removed my loving response to just let their Karma shine through.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

was thinking about an alternative to the KnC "box" design ... Here's a simple open design, having the boards sitting above the base more than they are now, as well have the base itself raised off what ever its put on with venting underneath ... suggestions ...? http://imgur.com/z1b1dJw

I'm sure everyone would rather of had something like that. I think the only reason we have the "Cubes" is because they needed to be sure they could deliver over 3Th/s, and whatta mess! *I'd like to see a 10Th/s, 15pcb, watercooled box with its own psu's, and wifi ...but I'm guessing they may not sell another unit beyond Batch 3... "Wild guess". They may decide to just produce boards for themselves from now on, filling a few more Boden facilities up...who knows. It may depend on BTC price a bit as well... if the price should suddenly double or something, and stabilize... Hard to guess what they're actual cost of producing a Neppy is, where the cut-off point is for maintaining a profit margin on sales. "How low can they go?"

Next sha256 product will be for the big boys, only. THE MILKYWAY1 PH/s 16nm Technology PSU and WiFi included Price: $2,000,000 Shipping: $185,000 Delivery: 2015/2016 *Non-RefundableThen in 2017 when most of them are being shipped, customers report fires again, but now serious ones (draws again too much power through the only plug available).. *edit: ok it might be called UrAnus, since they named before the bigger one Jupiter and the smaller one Saturn

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

er crap....likely on repeated points to this post to KNC it will just be ignored...I mean KNC has a "no refund" policy so no great loss to them to ignore the above...but with the above GAW Vaultbreaker ...they offer refunds...so whatever you want to say he has put his money where his mouth is ..ie big brass ones...got to respect that anyway Titan (due to no refunds) is likely it for me...i find www.coinbase.com much more 'soothing' lately .... getting tired of the 'mining' drama esp since it is all gonna go 'corporate' anyway Searing

I only see 4/5ths of a single Neptune... you thought you got four Neptunes? Where's the 5th cube? .... or the other 3&1/5ths neptunes? *The pci plug in your pic is dangerous... use the other plug, closest to the psu with shortest length ... no extensions The 16awg wire there at the splice could catch fire. 290 watts is far beyond 16awg's spec limits... and a splice like that is "scary" just sayin' You may even get better hashrate if you are below 3.4th/s by much. "Starving" the cubes at startup results in dead asics/vrm's. Maximizing available current at boot is critical. Good luck. was thinking about an alternative to the KnC "box" design ... I want to make something clear about our VaultBreakers.
There is NO scenario where I will allow KNC to beat us to market. If, by some miracle, they happen to be ready to ship before us. I will use my data center to spin up all your VaultBreakers until they are ready to be shipped (assuming they are shipped units)
Again, there is no way I will allow them to deliver hashing power before we deliver to our customers. This is my commitment to all VB customers. Please spread the word.

http://www.gawminers.com/zencloud/the guy is serious..look at his cloud hashing option on orders vs shipping ...ie you mine from the day you buy it ....if/when you tell him to ship it he is aggressive....calling out knc by name not 'our competitors' again 'big brass ones' Searing

...... but his name is "Josh", and that just scares me the poor unfortunate fellow.....would be hell on KNC right now if they allowed refunds on the first batch Titans esp since NO CLEAR (ie announcement) that the 1st batch will be 400mh like the 2nd batch..still stated at 300mh if I could get a refund and only had 3 choices I would do the following with my 10,131.80 Titan refund as follows: 1) use it all to just buy BTC ( www.coinbase.com..relaxing no drama or BFL/KNC flashbacks after you hit the pre-order button to whomever) 2) Could get 3 of the mini vaults @ 375mh in q3/early q4 so total of 1125mh for an additional $1,253.20 usd and could refund up to 14 days before shipping (shipping is free) again the q3/q4 is an issue but not if you can refund up to 2 weeks before shipping and that is (for the above additional... amount added to the Titan refund...... IF AS THEY CURRENTLY STATE the 1st batch Titan will be 300mh well that is (for your $1,253.20 usd extra) 3.75 times the hash...but again the kicker is being able to refund up to 14 days before shipping heh ...silly newbies....KNC used to do that before moving to the dark side of the asic/ph farm force... 3) Double down and get 2 750 mh units from GAW for 1500mh for $13990.00 usd or 3,585.00 usd more with your mthyical Titan refund or 5x the hashing power of a batch 1 knc Titan again these units come with free shipping to the USA.... But refunds shipping free....cloud hashing for .10kwh plus 10% elec costs and you can cancel anytime and have your miner shipped to you yeah GAW miners is being a bit aggressive it seems (shouts in forum....asic fight asic fight ...'fight club") Searing

This question reduces to how is ltc different than btc. The answer is self evident. well ya btc is better, but if you have the gear or have preordered gear scrypt gear, then might as well just mine as much ltc ya can and wait til it gets back upto .03btc a coin...seems to follow along with btc most of the times...i just got into scyrpt mining myself...tryed the alt coins for a day or so..eh to much up n down with how much ya make so i just switched to ltc n will let'er ride for awhile

Wow. For Titan, That's better than 2 Neptunes bring in per dayATM! 2 Neppies barely make .2 BTC/day, if you are getting 0007 BTC/Mhz/day x 400Mhz(Titan) = .28 BTC/day/Titan. That's 280% more BTC a Titan makes than a Neppie ATM ALSO... Need to clear something up.... Did Kurt ever indicate that B1 Titans were slower than B2 Titans? All standard Titans are to be 400Mhz or better... right? Someone I was speaking to recent thought the latest announcements indicated B1 would be 300Mhz compared to B2(Having changed the board?) being 400Mhz... I read it as ALL Standard Titans are to be 400 or better..... and The intro of"mini was the main theme . thoughts? Here's the clip we were lookin' at: Thoughts? The damned thing reads like B1 is 300 and B2 is 400..... ?
