No coincidence (my order number is 1110x, so happened to be the very first.... And I guess I have one of the very first Titans as well, so stay tuned... just acting very fast when something new is released, and living in the same time zone as Sweden).
There are probably around 20 orders before you (1108x is the lowest), there are 2 users that I know for sure with lower ones, neither have reported any news so it's a bit strange but congrats on getting the first one and for updating everyone

Elenenene, did you get a tracking number so you knew what day to be home to receive it? No coincidence (my order number is 1110x, so happened to be the very first.... And I guess I have one of the very first Titans as well, so stay tuned... just acting very fast when something new is released, and living in the same time zone as Sweden).
By the way: Sam didn't listen: the Neptune has only one Power-plug (so I will need to solder one additional on top of it, if I want to OC).
Yes. But Track & Trace on UPS page said in first instance: sent from Sweden Thursday-13:00 expected arrival Monday late afternoon. But when I woke up Friday it said: Friday late afternoon : big surprise came at 11:00

Nice!
Thanks for the pics.
They built an aluminum plate to cool the vrms with extra paste.
That definetely can be over-over clocked.

And advanced page: Do I see right? VRMs already running at around 99-100C? Wtf, this is too much. It will soon spit an error. Ericsson vrms are very sensitive.

You'd better find a way to solder on another power connector before you try overclocking. You'll fry your cables and connectors.

Yes indeed, I saw some of them at 106 C. I noticed as well that the aluminum plate isn't touching all the VRM's with the same pressure. Especially the one's at the end of the U-shape (at the out-flow side): some might have a small space of air (the DC/DC numbers 0 and 1 have significant higher temps). I'm thinking, to add extra Fans on both sides blowing below the aluminum plate.

final hashing speed with 5 boxes running? Are the 5 boxes all running stable? Or is it another RMA situation?

Making Apps and Websites for people. I charge reasonable rates ($30-40/hour in BTC).

final hashing speed with 5 boxes running? Are the 5 boxes all running stable? Or is it another RMA situation? Ran them 17 hours. Stable on 3.3 Ths (but between the first 5 min and about 2 hours, it's very jumpy and gives many "Failed to setwork" errors, for some reason this becomes much better when running it longer (then no errors any more) >> so some FW tweaks are still needed).

Those temps are freaky high. What type of fans are used for the miner? Brand, size and CFM. You better modified those box with extra heatsink at the outside before you do a overclock. That GREEDY SAM not COOL anymore save less than 1 yuan for a connector.
