Lucko, aurel57 Yes there has been issues, can't be disputed (especially right now   ), but on re-calculation of rewards they have mostly been correct. i can only go by my experience and my rewards correlate to what i was getting before the hack minus small change (difficulty?) just too many variable to calculate accurately a reward for a single round. i just know 2 rounds of equal length can/probably produce 2 different rewards.

Mining with slush for 3 months, I have earned about 7 coins - if I could guarantee this find 3 months ago (which I can't, I know) would I have been better solo mining? I would have had the 25 coins to myself yes?

Yes and no. It is a butterfly effect. If you would be solo mining everything would be different so you wouldn't find this block this way(but I'm not saying that you wouldn't find it a different way or some other block or maybe even 2, 3, 4,... or non) . But if you would you would get 25+fees... But with all the errors this can be a error also...
