Same here, but the confirmation should have nothing to do with fixing it. "Confirmed" just means it is 100 blocks old.

btw, Payout notification emails are empty. At least the plain text version of it. Been wondering what these empty emails are.. then changed configuration to see html version of it.

In my case it got fixed 'post mortem', and the reward reflected this.  Happy End  Smiley (but why did we need to go through 'hoops' to get there....)

EDIT - Solved.

Removed WinUSB, installed the default serial drivers and used BFGMiner.

Thanks to all that tried to help!

G'day All,

I'm having a bit of a technical issue, and I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I'm trying to use CGMiner v3.9.0 with an AMU on a Windows 7 64bit machine. Everything seems fine on the hardware side of things - I can start CGMiner in benchmark mode and see the device hashing away happily.

This is the string I'm using to try and connect:

cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u [username].[workername] -p [workerpassword]

When I try to run cgminer and connect to the pool, I get an error as follows (debug output trimmed - let me know if the untrimmed output would assist):

As a matter of interest I've also tried connecting to BitMinter with the same result, and I'm not running a firewall.

I'm going quietly nuts trying to get this thing to work, and any assistance at all would be much appreciated!

I should have earned .016+ BTC and got nothing for it instead as well.  This is my second day and I've paid out a lot for mining rental equipment so this is a real BLACK mark on this pool, in my eyes.  Angry

I am mining here for more then half year. One day we have a luck (15 block founded) one day not (3-5 block founded). At the end it is all about luck. Wait and watch your average earning for week or month. I always get best results with this pool. Other pools don't give me this earning like here.

*smirk* there are soo many reasons why you might not have received your $10, the most obvious being that you paid for renting mining equipment.

alternatively:
1) pool luck - its not uncommon to go 24hrs without the pool solving a block some days, and other days solving 10 blocks
2) your machines not properly connecting to the pool - whats the reported hashrate?
3) payout is delayed for 120 blocks if i recall (~20hrs) so whatever you earned may be 'pending' still
4) the first bit of time on the pool will have very low rewards until the PPLNS system reaches its peak for your system. (I think this takes 10 blocks?)

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Those rental contacts are absurd. $120 for an hour at 60 Gh/s which equates to maybe, just maybe $9 worth of bitcoin. Just craziness... And people pay it!

adam234912, what other miners are you running from your computer? Are you using CGMiner as a stand alone or selected in Easy Miner?

I've literally just gotten it working!

Apparently the WinUSB drivers that I installed using Zadig were not playing well.

I uninstalled the WinUSB drivers and installed the standard serial driver (Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge), tried BFGMiner instead of CGMiner, and all of a sudden I'm picking up the pool and hashing happily.

Many thanks for your interest and for trying to help!

There is a new issue that I have not seen before at this level - the "confirmed reward" is stuck at a value appropriate for Slush block 21304, however there have been 4 additional blocks confirmed since, which would have crossed the reward payout threshold.
In the past there have been some short delays of minutes between block confirmation time and update of the 'confirmed reward' on the 'My Account' page, but I can't remember it ever taking so long.

Is someone asleep 'at the helm' of Ship Slush?

No but 21310 I got 0 for some reason. The pool has been strange lately and I am considering joining Eligius.

I had not noticed until you mentioned it, but I'm seeing the same:  my unconfirmed rewards in the Statistics page currently total 0.00257088, while the unconfirmed reward in My Account shows 0.00444093, so nothing has been added since 21304 (277495) as you say.

Are people getting reward payouts, if the confirmations are 'stuck'?
I'll probably move my miners somewhere else, until the 'fog clears'....
