Just what I was looking for! Thanks, I passed a small donation your way!
Most programs I have found are not geared towards the day trader type, this is. Looking forward to seeing where this goes, and I will let you know about any bugs I find.
Thank you! Waiting feedback.
Yes, github now supports releases. I think overall it's much safe to use github.
I'll upload v1.08 release to GitHub. But you can use auto update instead of downloading new bin version every time. It is safe because there is RSA2048 checksum verification. And it easy to use.
Hi everybody, I was testing the last beta of QtBitcoinTrader on Bitstamp.
I generated the API on the website, logged in into QtBitcoinTrader, and I started playing around with the rules menu.
So far so good.
Until suddenly an error window appears and tells me I have been disconnected from the server and I must wait 900 seconds (=15 minutes).
Only not it has already been 45 minutes and if I type in my browser the address of Bitstamp all I get is this:
Error 1006
Access denied
What happened?
The owner of this website (bitstamp.net) has banned your IP address ().
CloudFlare Ray ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX • Your IP: XX.XX.XX.XX • Help • Performance & security by CloudFlare
Has any of you had a similar experience? Do I get unbanned by simply waiting or do I have to contact Bitstamp and explain what happened hoping they will reinstate my IP?
Thank you for this information. You need just wait half hour to start work again.
I'll make packages counter to pick ideal interval again and (I have picked interval before Bitstamp released API keys support) then I'll release update.
But you can fix this now by yourself.
Go to the %localappdata%\QtBitcoinTrader folder.
Open end edit Bitstamp_*.ini file.
Find [Network] section.
Change
HttpRequestsInterval=1000
to
HttpRequestsInterval=2000
Also you can try set interval 1300-1700 and check it out.
Smaller interval = faster updates.
