Really? Just asking, last time I checked at least avatrade and plus500 just offered CFDs, which is an investing game tracking prices, similar to gambling. |

Well, from what I have googled, the differences between CFDs and futures in this regard are negligible. Both trade with some derived price of the commodity, instead of the commodity itself. It may sound pompous (deliberately!), but I consider myself too sane for that:-) |

withdraw disabled they say at start of tyhis update that withdraw will be disabled for 2 or 3 hours after the site come back ....
But suggest to don't run on it and let other people test the new bug before go ....

Kraken is on again, I'm in... Yes they're a back, but am I the only one seeing wrong prices? ETC costs 18 grands Maybe it is the result of us pushing them to open the exchange too early. I think this first day is the most dangerous time frame for possible hacker attacks. Beware. why do you use unlicensed exchangers if you don't like the stress?  let's not forget that Kraken is based in USA and they have NO financial license. They are not a registered MSB in any state. Kraken and many other shit exchangers do not offer any protection. Pausing trading while we investigate.

Congrats on the upgrade to the trading engine!
NOW, let's talk about IDENTITY VERIFICATION for NEW users.
Yes, I realize the Kraken status update states that ID verification for new users is the lowest priority
right now but could the system at the very least be set to RE-enable the 'Get Verified' FEATURE?!
Then us new users could at least submit our ID paperwork into the system and wait in what will likely be a VERY long
line for a long time; we all realize that there likely have been record signups in the last few months.
But please do not assume we will be satisfied with instructions to 'try' creating a new user with a new email address,
that will NOT work, many posters here have already tried that dozens of times to no avail. It is OBVIOUS that with so
many technical issues lately core to the platform, ID verification of new users has been put on the back burner and that
indeed makes sense, but please just ADMIT that the 'Get Verified' FEATURE has been temporarily TURNED OFF, deliberately,
which is TOTALLY fine and understandable!
It's NOT a 'bug', the feature was turned off and/or disabled, the page itself states, this 'feature' is 'currently unavailable', the site
did not encounter an error, it's just that the feature is OFF.
Please turn it back ON so that new users like me can at least submit the ID paperwork and get the process started.
At this point it's been an entire month since I signed up with my email address and I cannot even set my real name to my account or do anything. Meanwhile the crypto universe turns and major things are happening, if this goes on for much longer I will just realize that I cannot use this exchange and move on. Maybe you guys care, maybe you don't, ok, whatever, but at least enable the feature for us.

I placed some orders and they were instant. I cannot believe it! However, now the system hung or something. It froze as before. Let's see what happens next. If Kraken works as fast as I experienced, wow... it will be a game changer.

Was wondering the same, been trying to cancel my orders and I think it is because they paused trading: Update - Order book data is not being displayed properly. Pausing trading while we investigate.
