Anyone is facing this weird thing or I missed something? My account balance has been credited with Lumen (XLM) today but I have never used it and never generated an address to deposit either. The ledger is showing "transfer". Beside this XLM balance there is a * symbol.
EDIT: @not.you do you know how come we got credited some XLM?

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Wait, what? Do you tell us to spam your website by creating new accounts continuously until we get an account whose get verified tab is available? I just can't believe this is your solution.
I was plannin to open a Kraken account for some time, I decided finally and I did it today. And then I see "verification is currently unavailable" warning on the screen. I can go to Bitfinex and create a new account but I like Kraken, please don't lose your new customers by not fixing this verification problem for newcomers.
I still can't understand one thing, if I see this "verification is currently unavailable" warning on my account, then do I have to open a new account? Isn't there another way? Won't you fix this problem? Please be more specific. We can't keep creating accounts until we get one without that warning, this is really not logical and fair.

Unfortunately, our developers are currently working hard on the trading engine bugs so we'll let everyone know when we've come up with a solution to the verification issues. I'm not able to log onto my Kraken account for some reason At first, I kept getting invalid login but I tried to reset my password after Now it just says "Account temporarily disabled" and I'm not able to access my account at all! I sent a ticket to support (#1363977) but I'm not sure what else to do at this point

Hi AIConsciousness. Now that Stellar Lumens have been distributed, this is our developer's priority. We'll let you know once this has been resolved. Thanks for posting! Now that many of us were given a sprinkling of stellar lumen can the minimum trade amount on that be lowered? A minimum of 300 with a value of .61 USD means a minimum trade amount of around $183 which seems a bit high to me. You can certainly create orders on other pairs that are a lot lower value than that.

My experience: On 29/12/2017 I order a sepa founding for kraken My bank confirmed the transaction but kraken Support on 7/01/2018 write me they see my deposit But need 24-48h for founding on my account And sign the ticket "solved". On 14/01/2018 kraken write me on another ticket They dont see my deposit. On 7th they see and on 14th dont? I lose my money, i dont understandt whats the problem, Support don t help me! Very very very bad esperience

The upgrade looks successful,at least at this first days. Quick responce on putting orders,quick canselation if needed. Do you planning to do and a software update or even change it and make something new,more easy to navigate etc?

I've had a withdrawal of ETH "ON HOLD" for over 24 effing hours now!
I've sent a support request - no human response. The withdrawal address that I am using has been used many times before but I can't even cancel the withdrawal to try another address.
I also get nonsense messages when I try to withdraw LTC. Something about not being available to Tier 4 verification.
WTF IS GOING ON? You are denying me access to my funds and are therefore preventing me from investing in other tokens and I am losing profits.

Hi Kraken are con-artists. I'm sorry that your account was hacked but we would have no way of knowing how a hacker got your information. We have not had any data breaches, so this would be something that's happened to you specifically. If you have any specific questions about your Kraken account, I would suggest asking in the ticket that you have opened. They can also make suggestions on how to get your Kraken account back and how to secure it in the future.

More than two weeks ago I requested Tier 3 verification from Kraken but haven't heard a word from them.
Anyone have any advice/ideas on getting them to act on my request? At Tier 2, I can withdraw $0 fiat (despite what it says on their tiers page) and very little crypto.

I am increasingly concerned. I've attempted several times to get USD wired out of Kraken over the past 8 days, and the wire requests have "Failed" or stay as "Pending", without reason given. I am tier 4. I have submitted at least two support requests with zero response (one was sent 7 days ago). I know Kraken was working hard last week fixing their new trading engine. But the failure to wire money both BEFORE that shutdown period as well as afterward is starting to get concerning. Anyone else having trouble with fiat withdrawals?
