Well I have escalated my ticket, I have received replies confirming that funds were 'located' then they had to be added manually by a 'technician', however I am still waiting for MY money to be credited to MY account. Maybe you don't offer phone support quite simply because you are unable to manage a half decent customer service? You have not stopped new registrations but claim 'workload' as an excuse to hold clients' funds. Your support agents ( no matter their 'level') reply once or twice and then disappear. This is what kills crypto, amateurs handling money!
