my google 2FA account got corrupted and i cant log into hitbtc, are there any options? i e-mailed them over a week ago and didn't even get a receipt response  still having this problem What about your 2fa code? You didn't kept it? If you have it you can access your 2fa on hitbtc again by just entering it in your phone or in another's phone google authenticator. Or is it also not working? I changed phones, I imported my new private 2fa key to my new phone, it doesn't work. Every other 2fa code I imported worked fine. I've tried everything, not sure how to reach support at this point. |

so my tether deposit will add to my balance or another thing ??
Does it shows pending on your status or transaction history? If yes, then most likely they would credit it soon. Just like what happen on my eth transaction.It still keeps on loading up and stuck for how many hours already.I didn't notice the announcement that they are having maintenance on ETH wallet which they don't really accept withdrawal or deposit which causes for me to be caught in the middle and now I'm just waiting on what would happen next.  if u mean " Latest transactions " no, I don't see it on there but I see my transaction in omniexplorer.info and it confrimed Have you tried to access the site again this time?I have the same situation with carlfebz2 which my eth deposits been stucked because of the maintenance but it is already credited into my account. Im sure you can able to see balance because everything went fine for now when im using the site as of this moment.They load up fast and they already fixed the load up issues last night as i have emailed their support regarding on the situation. |

I have some tokens left in my account as there are limits set for selling and buying tokens on hitbtc with the result, I have over $10 worth tokens which I can't withdraw nor trade. Kindly change this feature as on all exchanges even minute amounts can be sold.

10 BTG just disappeared from my account 3 days ago while i've tried to transfer them from trading to main account. My BTG balance still 0. Ticket# 50789, unanswered for 3 days. Transfer 6dccc1aa-542a-42df-bed9-a2476485667b. Avoid trading at this exchange, your money can stuck at limbo during internal transfer, your withdraval can stuck for weeks, and you won't get any support from them. Alot of people have issues with withdrawals/lost balance last days, check their reddit and even their trollbox for evidence.

I lost my BTC as well four days ago trying to move it from Trading to Main account. Seeing this company's history of losing/stealing their clients' money I am afraid we will not see our funds again. |

Hello if there is an admin here,the forum are full of unsolved questions and i also create support ticket to ask about bitcoin diamond but no admin would even want to reply.this is really concerning me.admins just stop responding on the forum and support ticket is silence since 19 november.can you please solve the members problem and make announcement.i am a little bit panic.if you don't give the hard fork coin you need to make announcement because i want to move my BTC to other exchange.you are losing your member if you keep silence.

I have not received my beatcoins for 4 days already! It's just awful! Nowhere is no one responding. 4 days of support on the site is silent, on the official forum are silent, in the facebook silent!
