Looks like we had a sequence (~3) of invalid blocks caused by some bug. I'm investigating this now.

I don't think that their orphaned block was caused by any bugs because it looked just fine, but arrived 17 seconds later.

Deepbit and/or Tycho,
I really wish you guys would keep up on the luck stat's meter.  Of course I don't blame you for not putting it back up with this rotten luck.  But I still refer to it allot.
Thanks,
Sam

I like it also.

I also liked the "Difficulty history" on the right hand side which stopped being updated a long time ago... which is a shame
because it showed "luck" over a longer period of time with each diff change.
Update diff history plx!

Hodling since 2011.®

Looks like we are experiencing a DDOS attack on our servers at this moment.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

f2 is not available at this moment, f1 will work for ~40% of users.
Working on this issue.

If your miner is running but website is not loading: don't worry, all shares are accounted and regular autopayment will work too.

that is the case for me. nice work deepbit. i even got an automatic payout too so that is working also.

I had to ipconfig /flushdns on one machine though.. and then restart miners.. which then connected.
That seemed to help but unsure if was the true solution.

I am sure it will be a bit bumpy until the dd0s is over but things are going fine.

I do not use backup pools. Before when I did I just ended up seeing the backup pool dos'd at the same
time and I would rush around changing things.. and it was a pain in the rear.  Like if deepbit was getting
dos'd, btcguild was often a target also. Now I let it ride with deepbit who can handle things pretty
darn well.

BTC Guild had a similar outage, though I'm not sure how long it affected OzCoin/Deepbit.  My miners are telling me BTC Guild was down for roughly 30 minutes, but it seemed to happen after both Deepbit and OzCoin's reports (~7:30 PDT).

So what happened here? Deepbit luck starts to get better and we get dos'd?
And since the person dos'ing deepbit gets off their butt to do it they decide to nail everyone else?

I have to wonder what large pool ends up not getting dos'd eh? tin foil hat time here.
