Oh those articles again!  Written so objectively by people who could have no possible agenda whatsoever  

Thanks to user dnale0r for compiling much of this information in a very accessible manner and to Tone Vays and Riccardo Spagni for their discussions and helping to raise awareness about DASH’s origins.

Instead of regurgitating the same old trollero FUD, why don't you try doing your own research?  Oh, you're probably on payroll.... well I hope they're paying you enough to compensate for what you're missing out on by not buying Dash  

You don't have the knowledge and intelligence required to rebut the factually verifiable claims in the Bitcoin Magazine articles.

So you deflect and wave your hands around, changing the subject to irrelevant side show distractions such as the identity of the author, conspiracy theories about a possible agenda, and lazy characterizations of the well-researched material as "regurgitation" and "FUD."

I've done my own research and can say Bitcoin Magazine articles are 100% correct.

But you'd rather shill with an appeal to FOMO than actually get your hands dirty discussing the content of the articles.

Anything to prevent noobs from learning about Dash's massive Instamine, Howey Test results (Dash = illegal security), and centralized governance.  

That fact that ICO's with pre public sales are selling out in minutes, with wallets that can be traced to have holdings of up to 25% of all tokens, kind of kills the weight of your instamine argument. The top 10 holders on the bitcoin rich list control 4.5% = 3.2 billion roughly. Any big player can come in and accumulate a large chunk of a market. .  History is proving the instamine argument is invalid.

I bought around 8usd. I wonder if I should secure some.

That really is a question only you can answer for yourself.

If you do not have a running masternode where the collateral of 1000 Dash needs to stay intact and you feel an urgent need to secure some
of your profits then you could convert a certain % of your funds (say 20%) into profit taking. If you do that you will also have to accept that
you could be missing out on a possibly higher total profit, when Dash Evolution hits mainnet in less then a year.

What I did is I set a trailing stop. So if it goes big up without too much retrace it will move my SL higher. And if it goes down i will take a nice profit.
Sure dash CAN/MAY go 300, 400, maybe more, but I need to take some profit.

with masternode you will get about 7 Dash every month.

Sure, but that wouldn't have helped user zirt here, as he/she had 50 Dash. Zirt could possibly have bought into a shared masternode service for some small payouts each month, but then there is the problem of not holding your own coins.

Personal insults?  Come on iCEy, you're doing yourself an injustice there.  You and I both know that the content of those articles has been discussed and debunked ad nauseum right here in this very thread.  Just because you and your pals keep presenting them as some kind of ongoing issues that Dash people are desperate to cover up, that does not make it so, and your repeated attempts to scare noobs away from Dash using tired old accusations that have been explained and debunked time and time again are not only getting very boring but also more and more obvious as the only scam on this thread.  If I had listened to your FUD instead of buying Dash all those years ago I would be baying for your blood by now.  I dread to think how many newbies you've scammed out of the financial freedom and happiness that Dash could have given them.

Dash Announces New Blockchain Research Lab at Arizona State University


Dash has funded the creation of a blockchain research lab in Arizona.

In partnership with the Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering at Arizona State University, Dash is sponsoring the creation of a new blockchain research lab. If you have substantial amount of coins I would really advise to use HW wallet (apps) or use "Electrum Dash + HW wallet" combination, so that your private keys would never touch any online machine or stored in any kind of internal software db. Electrum Dash works with Ledger and Trezor.

There were some other sites which tried to look like "official" but they had some weird binaries (probably malware) in downloads instead, that's why we created Electrum Dash subdomain on dash.org with latest stable binaries as a quick patch - https://electrum.dash.org/ BUT they are NOT signed (afaik), a proper release process is yet to be established, so use with caution if you plan to store coins without HW wallet there.

Dash just jumped to #6 #5 in market cap, I could see it taking #3 in the future.  Its funny I had been thinking about dash and watching it and just recently moved a portion of my portfolio into it when it was at $200.  That has been my best decision at a week later dash has rose 40%, the only alt that has actually gained value for me.
