That remains to be seen though, Perez is proven a valuable player, but added with another great player, I guess they need a good teamwork, just like the Terrence Romeo and Stanley Pringle in Northport back then, they were ineffective together.

Terrence and Stanley tandem didn't materialized due to the fact that they're not being back up that much, though they still getting good spots and trying to be present in each playoffs but without the effort from the managements they're still nothing compared to all star cast opponents.  Moving back to Adam and Perez we have to see first the chemistry and the impact that they'll going to bring to the team and start discussing about them.

I remember this, they didn't materialize as a good combination because I think they play the same, its not that great having them inside at the same time. They didn't have a connection cause each of them is trying to take the spotlight, they are overlapping with each other. I think a good duo plays a different role, sometimes one is a pg, and the other one is a center or a power forward.

Agree with you about adam and perez, I can't comment about it cause I haven't seen them play for a couple of times. Both were good but it doesn't really mean anything yet.

That 3 teams you mentioned are those veterans in terms of winning a title include to that list would be Purefoods who also got a good

present when in terms of competing, though there might be  a good twist after this resume, maybe we will see more good games coming

Yup, the tandem of Perez and Adams is not tested yet but i have read articles saying that those guys have great chemistry during practice, hope that it could be the same during actual games.

Romeo and Pringle tandem failed because the former have attitude problem i think. TR7 back then is not a willing passer, he always intend to score while having the ball not minding his team mates.

Perez-Adams tandem will not be enough to be a competitive one in my opinion. They must've a good back up players in the roster too. Right now their roster isn't playoff contender TBH. They must get a good trades coming from different teams that will fit in their team.

The Romeo-Pringle tandem didn't worked when they are at Global Port (NorthPort now) not only because of their attitudes but because of how they are playing in the court. Both of them are good in isolation. When both of them are in the court, it will be a mess because they will not pass it since they are both iso-players. Now Romeo changed his game style when he went to the SMB. He is still an iso-player but with passing abilities too. Same with Pringle.

With regards to that article, its expected already since the President has brought back Metro Manila and other places into MECQ again after a surge of cases in the MECQ places. The October resume too isn't final since there is still a chance that at that time, the cases are still surging. Until there is no vaccine, there are no certainties into when is the resume of the PBA.

I know for sure that there are some PBA bettors here who are waiting for it to resume. I'm waiting too .

For having a decision that Metro manila will comeback to MECQ theirs no doubt that the decision on not to continue the game is not bad, we all know how dangerous this pandemic is and we cannot afford to have a mass infection for this matter. We all know that we don't have the same capacity on NBA so best to have a game resume when everything is normal than having a bad step while the virus still uncontrolled.

Robert Bolick cleared to train for NorthPort after nine months

Spin.ph sources confirm that the NorthPort star guard has been given the green light to train as the 24-year-old makes his way back from an ACL injury on his right knee.

He has been allowed to participate in non-contact basketball drills, which is certainly a positive for the former Gilas Pilipinas stalwart.

Hopefully he will be 100% healthy when the season resume, Nortthport would be more interesting to watch with him back.

Also like to see  Jonathan Grey.. this young man has been so aggressive, I'm not sure if he is already back from injury.

Direct to the resume? No more meetings or approvals?

The first plan was to conduct a meeting this month if PBA will resume depends on the Metro status.

So now it was changed to a direct plan to resume and October is the target date. The PH economy will rise even without PBA resuming this year. They can sustain their finances and savings this year. Why in the rush? The number of confirmed cases is crazy as hell. If that's their decision, I hope from now on, we might see a slow down of confirmed cases every day.

For as long as the target region is under GCQ or a less strict quarantine status, pro teams can enter in a bubble as approved by the provisions of the Joint Administrative Order signed by the Department of Health, GAB and the Philippine Sports Commission.

Of course, the ball clubs have to seek clearances from the PBA Commissioner's Office and the local government unit who has the jurisdiction over the area.
