If you also include the intermediaries and government agencies, then I don't think you can "directly" pay everything with BTCitcoin, but if you ever decide to do such a thing, make sure to have a lawyer who knows the rules for both sides!

AFAIK, most BTMs come with a feature to generate and print out a paper wallet for you, so in most cases, you don't even need to have/bring your BTCitcoin wallet with you

In addition to manually typing the alphanumeric characters and the generated paper wallet, usually, there's also a way to scan QR codes.

It's worth noting that at the bottom of this page, they've also listed the links to their apps.

You can narrow it down by city, an address, or just simply click the location/GPS icon.

If the issue with MM is the fact that they're using "Infura nodes by default", then there's still a way for affected users to use MM by "connecting it to their own node".

Only if it allows us to register multiple U2F keys or devices... I know a few platforms that have a limit of 1 and if you somehow lose both your device and the backup codes ^{[or the recovery seed for Trezor]}, then you'd probably lose access "from your side ^{[in other words, more work for the recovery team]}"!
