Is it true Eric that the interest rate for the Wallet will be lowered to 3% from the current 6% on January 4?

I guess the reason but it would be nice to hear a justification from the company if it's true and possible of course.

Where did you see this reported?  Usually Eric shares that type of information here first.  That would be a bummer if it was true.

Really, you and the people after you couldn't look just 6 posts prior? Same thread even.

1942  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you think coming up with new gambling site is risky? on: December 28, 2015, 09:21:33 AM
A great way to reduce risk is to use the MoneyPot platform. You can quickly set up a new site, backed by over 100 BTC of investor funds (at the moment) and you get guaranteed returns on all player bets through your site, win or lose.

haha although you are trying to advertise your business but it is really very true indeed. although winnings will be lower as mp takes a porportion of it, but the benefits they bring is quite huge. many ppl r interested in reasonable size of bankroll so new startup is very quite to achieve that on its own.

Not trying to advertise it so much as post honest information. I wouldn't suggest it if I didn't stand behind it 100%, and I'd have said the same thing regardless, Smiley. Far too many sites pop up and crash in a short period due to insufficient bankrolls or other complications.
1943  Economy / Gambling / Re: which Dice site you recommend for gambling? on: December 28, 2015, 09:00:12 AM
I would vote for BetterBets. It's got the best rakeback and promos going on!
It was put up for auction i guess ? couldn't find the thread but I don't think it is going good or else there isn't a reason for someone to sell a business which took months of efforts and abundant money for promotion's and giveaways.

As of right now, it looks like the team will be keeping it (as stated in their thread). And people sell successful businesses all the time.

We will be rewarding players for reaching wagered milestones. We will not be offering a promo system for app owners. App owners already have incentive for promoting their apps, as app owners are paid every time a bet is placed on their site.

As for featured list:
The featured list will stay. We will be updating it and removing sites with low volume and putting sites with greater volume on it. Criteria for making the featured list will be released following New Years as well. We will be building a directory for all apps in addition to the featured list however. The featured list is just a way for sites to gain more exposure.

I see ranlo and dogedigital postings and moneypot postings

and again I have to say that I am very interested to know who is behind this answer under moneypot? before I will give my 2 satoshi

with Ryan it was easy to know that we are talking to him

Happy Holidays

Technically, "Moneypot" is a shared, official account. So it depends on who responds. But the responses can all be taken as being official -- in most cases, we've discussed things as a group before answering anything.

The tentative date for the beta is January 3rd   Is there a time that is convenient for everyone?   I would like to get as many people as possible in the game.  Our rewards system will be giving much larger than normal prizes to all of the testers.  Thanks.

Any time? Tongue. I'll come help throw some support your way.
1948  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from the new 🌟🌟MoneyPot🌟🌟 staff on: December 28, 2015, 04:37:49 AM
Great to see MoneyPot rocking again. Might want to start make an app myself again soon Tongue

If you do, please reach out to us and keep in touch! Would love to see a beta, Smiley.
1949  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from the new 🌟🌟MoneyPot🌟🌟 staff on: December 27, 2015, 06:27:20 PM
We are pleased to announce we have already passed 1 million bets (1.1 million actually  Wink)! We are also nearing 275 BTC wagered. Our bankroll has yielded 9BTC in profit for investors.

After New Years we will be presenting a new promo system. Bets placed now WILL count towards the new system! This is our way of saying thank you to players. Please note that we will be paying for our promo system, and it will not affect investors in the bankroll.

Is this promo system available for every one or just app owners? Speaking of, id like to see some promo intended for app owners, i know, my app may not count for it, but it will be a good inscentive for app owners to promote their app.. And since you guys where talking about featured list, Why cant we just remove that, And put up a solo page for all apps that are atleast domain verified.. You can have it as a leaderboard, or simple directory like dicesites.com.

Just my lil tiny satoshi,
uni

I actually tossed out the idea of a dicesites-like directory but more detailed for MP, so we're on the same page, Smiley.

As for the promo, it's not based on sites, but the network as a whole -- so your site is already included by default! Smiley

Thanks to Ranlo for quick response to my questions.

Please give Ranlo a stakebox to test and review.

NP! And thanks for the vote, Smiley.
1951  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ₪ Realest way to make money! ► No investment required ► $200+ a week! ₪ on: December 27, 2015, 05:12:20 AM
From the reviews by those 2 vouches the book seem interesting but can anybody certify that the price tag is right?

I really can't answer that question myself. Prices are all subjective and I only do objective reviews/vouches.
1952  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ₪ Realest way to make money! ► No investment required ► $200+ a week! ₪ on: December 27, 2015, 04:37:07 AM
AFAIK the OP has given vouch copies to all 3 people who requested after me...

And no i'm not an alt of robertt.

Confirming he did.

So after looking over it, it's not something new to me, though I do think it could be helpful for people that aren't familiar with the way this works. What I can say is that it's definitely not illegal/immoral, and it's something that, with persistence, will absolutely work. Author explains things pretty well, and even includes a lot of personal ideas along the way to help out.

I'm also willing to vouch if desired, with an honest review.

Looks like hyperzanda is gone now.  Sad
Anyone know if twitch.tv is coming back online?
Or the hyperpoker wallet?   Sad

Twitch.TV is run by Ignatius. I'm not 100% sure. His HYPER wallet has crashed a couple times lately and required resyncing.

The HYPERpoker wallet was up again not too long ago (a few weeks?) but had little to no action while online, sadly. I'm not sure who runs that one.

Our cold address:
1CwcVUK7DKKB6KCCxBbjGh2fJScGmbCX5

Our hot wallet contains an ample amount of Bitcoin to ensure speedy withdrawals.

Sorry I dont want to be a jerk on this especially when people are having holidays but there are 98 btc currently at investment and your cold wallet has less than that. Also to ensure safety for withdrawal you need to have maybe atleast 10 % more of the investment amount at the cold wallet

Investment = Cold Wallet + Hot Wallet

Investment = Cold Wallet + Hot Wallet

Not everything from hot wallet comes from investment, in some sites the deposits of player will stay in the hot wallet too for some period of time help to faster the withdrawal process so some big or decent amount of withdrawal doesnt need to be always comes from the cold wallet instead

If we had everything in a cold wallet withdrawals would need to be manually processed. Right now the cold wallet represents a little over 100% of our liabilities to players/investors.

To add on, basically, there's a trade-off in regards to security. If everything's in the cold wallet, everything is secure but now the funds take time to transfer. If everything's in the hot wallet, now everyone could do a bank run at the same time without affecting anything, but all funds are at risk. Our plan is to constantly watch and analyze the situation and continually work towards a solid median between the two (hot/cold) to ensure timely withdrawals and utmost security.

Hey there! Long time supporter here.  I made the videos. Put me in the drawing but I'm also going to give my vote to Ranlo for sure.

SO many nice folks on here deserving this unit.

Here's another vote for Ranlo.

Thanks, guys! Smiley. If I win, I'll also be doing a review of it here and on CryptoPlace to help gain more awareness (and will have its primary focus on HYPER, of course).

I would not mind having you being part or leading the development forward. I think you are reputed enough to be part of the team and have been around for a while also. So if it comes to it, my vote is for you as well.
Will be interesting to see what waits ahead, the coin has been around for a long time and has always been reliable. We cant throw that away.

To clarify, the voting is for the StakeBox, not for developing. I'm personally not a developer (sadly, though I am actively working on strengthening my knowledge in that area so one day!). That said, I do help in many other areas, like helping keep the game servers active and bringing in new people.
1958  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from the new 🌟🌟MoneyPot🌟🌟 staff on: December 25, 2015, 04:10:11 PM
Reading through this, want to hit on everything (hopefully I don't miss anything).

Regarding the featured list and such, as stated previously, step one was to get things running exactly as they were. That's now done. Step two is to alter existing systems to better match our direction going forward (i.e., featured apps).

@JPR, regarding the developer issue, what happened? As far as I'm aware (based on BB + Ryan) no changes occurred that should affect any apps, so anything that was working before should be just as well after?

@NLNico, regarding the reset of stats, Ryan had basically wiped the entire database to start anew. That question would need to be directed towards him.

@MillionsBTC, we are going to be publishing a formal guideline set explaining how the new featured apps will work, detailing requirements and the like.
1959  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from the new 🌟🌟MoneyPot🌟🌟 staff on: December 25, 2015, 02:42:03 AM
Thanks to everyone who has given us some trust during the transition and after. We are going to push to really raise the bar, and are looking forward to building relationships with you, the community of both players and investors, going forward into the near year and beyond!

I dont see this anywhere so I will ask it here, what percentage of commission are you guys as moneypot's owner will be charging for the investor? will you keep the 10 % profit commission upon divesting or will you be charging according to the wagered amount of each bet like the last system?

Thanks for the question!

At this point in time, site commission works the same as it did in the past. Advanced notice and consideration will be given should this be changed at a later date.
1960  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Overcharged - Get UNLIMITED FREE Smartphone Batteries! Only $5! on: December 25, 2015, 02:26:52 AM
After reading your post, this must be not legal because nothing is free.
I don't recommend using this method(even though i don't know what the method is) but this can not be legal, unlimited free batteries.

I wish I could talk about this more without giving it away haha!
Hopefully one of the purchasers can leave a review because in my mind, this is legal and you are always in the right with this method, but then again I'm the seller. A third-party voice would be much appreciated for those of you who have purhcased!
u said u gave many vouch copy's to trusted members on here.
Can u give any link or something of a review they gave?

If u can, then I might be interested.

The point I was trying to make was that I've given vouch copies of other stuff to trusted members but they never actually leave a vouch which is why I don't offer vouch copies anymore. There was one buyer so far but he has not posted a review unfortunately Sad

Sounds like you just give them to random people and not reputable, long-time community members.

That said, I don't have any interest in this personally but I'd be willing to vouch my opinions on it. I actually have an idea of what the method is already. But keep in mind that if I vouch, I do so honestly -- if it's shady, I have no issues stating such.
