Last day of the SEA games today and for Indonesians and Filipino users in this forum, we have a great game today. This will serve as the game for the gold medal because both teams have 0 loses and whoever comes out on top of the standings will get the gold medal, no championship game for this format.
Indonesia is fast catching up on the Philippines in this sport and for today's game, i think the latter looks vulnerable as Gilas don't have a solid lineup so what do you think guys?
But I think the Philippines can still win the gold here. I do agree that it might be one of the worst delegates they sent in this game, nevertheless they are still looking good in this Sea games. I agree though that Indonesia is fast catching up as far as basketball is concern in Southeast Asia but then again, Philippines is not sending it's full force here.

Begin learning and researching on which projects will survive this bear market. It is very clear that a bullish argument for good projects with good development teams have been made stronger today. After more dumps on the market are made, the investors will move more to seek value projects for holding than seek projects for short term and midterm trading and speculation.
Much of the projects in the market will never pump and never reach all time high again. However, there might be 5% of altcoin projects that are presently being prepared to create their all time highs when the market recovers. This is a market for investing in good development teams. The time of marketers and shills are over.
I think now is the right time to buy altcoins that have strong fundamentals and are able to survive the current market conditions, and now that many altcoins are down so we should take advantage of this situation to buy some altcoins as a long term investment because I believe in a few months in the future market conditions will recover and altcoin prices will find ath highs again. Unless you think, this is not dip point don't buy at this market price since there is a room for a further drop on prices. The recovery will be slow but steady for many altcoins that have fallen down from the ATH price, the bull market cycle will happen right after the end of the bear market cycle. Since we don't know when the bear cycle ends, it is too early to invest. My suggestion is making investment in small steps and get a better average $ cost. Not sure when is the recovery though, so it won't be steady in my opinion. On the contrary, if bitcoin is to suffer for sure majority of the altcoins too and who knows some of them might not exist in the next bull run. So I will still be very cautious on what altcoins I'm going to invest. And consider to invest what you can afford to lose and then be patience because the recovery might take years.

Breaking news!!! Wimbledon: ATP Tour strips ranking points from Grand Slam over ban for Russians and Belarusianshttps://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/61401519This is a huge surprise, I thought the ATP would cave in and award full points, but it appears not. Of course this means amongst other things that Djokovic loses his 2,000 points from last year, without being able to defend them, and so is very likely to lose his number one ranking. It remains to be seen what will happen on the women's side, but I'd imagine the WTA would follow suit. It would be very strange if the women got points and the men didn't. For betting purposes it's probably irrelevant, all players will still want to win Wimbledon just as much, even with no points to play for. I think it's a good decision. It would really skew the rankings if say Djokovic could score up to 2,000 points whilst his nearest challenger Medvedev was guaranteed 0 points just because of where he was born. I honestly dont blame ATP for doing this,i blame wimbledon for going with the ban and this totally unfair from them. What if it was the otherway around it would never happen. Only sad thing if this is true is that Djokovic losses those 2000 points that will lose him the first place I am actually glad this happened. Wimbledon always gave itself leave to do whatever they please. For instance that stupid rule that you have to play dressed in all white, including sneakers and soles of sneakers. I would love if couple of major players decided to skip it now that it does not bring points. That would give them something to think about in future. I agree with this one, at least the the tennis association has enough of Wimbledon because it's obvious that the ban of Wimbledon has nothing to do with the sports, it's simply geo-politics and the players are a unfair victim. As for the games, it was still Casper Ruud in the Geneva Open. Winning in 3 sets against Sousa, 6-7 , 6-4 , 6-7 and retains his Geneva Open title, while C. Norrie wins in Lyon vs Molcan.

It is time for Game 3 tonight in the Miami Heat - Boston Celtics series. This time Celtics are the home team. Actually it might not matter too much whether any of them play a home or away game at this point. We saw how Celtics crushed Heat in Game 2 which was an away one for them. And I strongly believe that Celtics will win Game 3 as well and bring the series to 2-1. I think Celtics are one step ahead in this series but it can still end by a score like 4-3 at the end. I assume Heat would fight back with all they have got.
True, home court advantage is nothing right now, but the home team is obviously the support of the crowd here. And with the win in Game 2, Celtics has regained their composure going into this critical game. But we can't discount the Heat, still a long series, and as others have said, this could be a Game 7 game as both teams seems to be even. Probably it's a matter of star players bringing their A-game every night.

Cryptocurrency analyst Benjamin Cowen stated on the InvestAnswers podcast that the most promising altcoins on the first-level blockchains in this market cycle are Ethereum, Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX) and Polkadot (DOT). Source of news in RussianWhat do you think about this? Do you agree with his opinion? I don't know who is Benjamin Cowan is, but it's obvious that the coins he mentioned is solid as we have seen this making a good run specially in the last 2 years. I personally have some of those in the list, specially ADA wherein I was able to get it when it was still very cheap, (less than $1) and I will continue to hold on it regardless if someone says so. Because I believed that one day it will be huge.

I was wrong thinking Miami Heat will have a 2-0 before Game 3. My guess is, that the Heat and Celtics will take their respective home advantage then they will meet at Game 5 with a 2-2 series then that's the time we will have a headache on what team has the upper edge.
The Boston Celtics take that Game 1 loss as a lesson and look at what they did, defeating Miami Heat by a large margin right at their home court. The Celtics will be back at their home and maybe can get a 3-1 lead before returning to the Miami Heat arena.
Yeah, it was a different Celtics that showed in game 2, but the same, they took a good lead. But this time, they didn't let it slip away again. So they steal one game so now they have a homecourt advantage. Possible that they can get a 3-1 lead if the Heat can't adjust on the next game. Butler has been criticized even by the Miami Heat fans, so I expect him to bounce back in game 3. That was a big lead, in fact, Heat has not won a single quarter, they were only able to tie the 4th quarter which was their best quarter. Butler still had a good shooting night though, he scored 29 points but his teammates were not able to contribute well unlike the Celtics where 3 players have 20+ points. But I guess everyone expects Jimmy to have like 40 game performance again which is not going to happen because Marcus Smart is going to make his life miserable inside the court. Herro was a disappointed from the outside, Oladipo as well who I thought could have a breakout game. While Bam can't assert his dominance in the center again. Williams is playing physical and it seems he can't make a decent position to get a offensive rebound.

And I agree that Khachanov is like hot and cold in this season, very inconsistent and so it's kinda disappointing if you have bet on him and suddenly seeing his performance against Molcan in the first set.
Khachanov has always been that inconsistent type of player for me. Even when he is playing great there will come a match where he just disappears. Did not watch him yesterday or had any bets, real life got super busy, but I had a bet on him against Simon in first round. Khachanov to win and under 20,5 @1.8 which passed super easy. That was my first time I saw that market on Sportbet and I hope they will keep it for the future. True, one of the most inconsistent players we have. I'm looking at Geneva Open quarter finals, I have Opelka -1.5 against Griekspoor. First set already and Opelka 4-2, score is 40-15 but Griekspoor is serving. So let's see if he can break and then serve for the match. Also have Casper Ruud to win against Kokkinakis next. Yeah, won my parlay bet here @2.12 with handicap + ML win by Ruud. I have Opelka +2.5 @1.75 against Ruud right now, it was a live betting. The score is tie 4-4 so the first set can go either way. I'll probably skip the other semifinals match though as I can't watch it later. Best of luck to everyone.

I will be going with the Boston Celtics, if Marcus Smarts, and Al Hoford can play that would be a good chance for the Celtics,
Marcus Smart is probable, but Horford is still questionable. I suggest you place your bet before the tip in, or to be safe, bet during the live game so you'll verify if these two will play or not. Celtics are good as a team, but we cannot deny that they lack big time during the first game and that is because Smart and Horford did not play. I'm also thinking of betting on the Celtics in game two or at least the +3.5. It was just a performance by Butler in the first game, but definitely the Celtics saw what happened specially in the 3rd quarter. They had a good lead, but they just let the Heat takes over and they play sluggish in that stretch. And if Smart and Horford are going to play it might be a different outcome in game 2. It was my understanding that Horford wouldn't be playing in Game 2, but may be back for Game 3. I've also read that Marcus Smart will be back for Game 2, but will likely be playing with limited minutes as he is still not 100%. With this information I'm tempted to say Miami will win, but you never know. This is certainly their opportunity to build a lead before the Celtics are back to full strength. So I guess if they can't win tonight, they probably aren't going to win the series. I expect Miami will come out firing and looking to go up 2-0, but if Smart is back then it will be very different from Butler's 40-piece leading them to victory in game 1. And this is what happened here, Smart come back and make it tough for Jimmy Butler. And if could the trend this series, until Jimmy's become aggressive again in game 3. Happy that I bet on my instinct thinking that this will be not be the same Celtics that will appear in game 2. They almost played perfectly. Next game I have Dallas +6.5.

As I have said previously, this could be the capitulation if we reaches $20k at this down turn. Yeah, it will be hard and nasty for the majority and we really don't know if this will happen or not. So for now, we have somewhat in the $30k'ish again. And maybe we won't see that day, but who knows, there are a lot of things happening globally that might affect the price negatively. But for now, if we goes above $30k, it is a good sign that the market selling pressure is over.
I do not believe that anything that big will happen because of this situation. Sure, 20k could happen but then it will go back up, there are too many walls to break to get there as well, I mean billions of dollars. This is why I highly suggest considering the current situation a lot better. Do not lose hope that quickly just because it didn't go the way you hoped it would, this is the market we are in and sometimes crashes happen. Luna deal will be blown over soon and the market will get back to where it was (luna won't). Just calm down, hold, and wait for the bull market to come back which always does and will come back again in the near future. While we know that a recovery will happen at some point in the future, the problem for a great deal of people is how long this will take? Which unfortunately it is something that we do not know, meaning that if the recovery takes too long I will not be surprised if many people begin to sell their coins as they find other assets from which to make money or they simply leave this market while disappointed about what happened, delaying the recovery even further and forcing us to go through another crypto winter. People are taking a great deal now that the market is on the 7th straight week at red candle (and it's a record if I'm not mistaken). So we should learn to accept this so that we will not be disappointed. And yeah, this is the sign of a crypto winter and the recovery might take some time, what I mean is that we might see another dip in the next 4 months.

Please I ask the forum do you think Bitcoin can be installed as a means of legal tender in advance county like CHINA, USA , ENGLAND, JAPAN etc... Seeing it's getting close to it's mining 21million limit
I thought Japan did make it legal tender way back in 2017? Anyhow, it could be treated as a commodity or asset and it's really up to those nations that will adopt how will they define bitcoin. So there is already one nation which is El Salvador who treated bitcoin as legal tender so that will be a good 'experiment' and see how bitcoin as payment method or any other uses as regular fiat.

Am still new in this space both in cryptocurrency and in this forum and seeing what is happening even to stable coins lately make me decide to put all my investment funds into Bitcoin since Bitcoin has never crashed or a billion coins getting minted out of no we're and dump into the market just like Luna tereUSTD did, so for your peace of mind I advise newbies to rely only on highly decentralized crypto Bitcoin. Until you learn enough to decide which risk to take and which not to.
Well good decision on your end, hopefully though, the money you put into bitcoin will not be withdraw in short amount of time because maybe instead of gaining some, you will lose short term. As for the Terra, well it's shitcoin anyways so we really don't trust those kind of projects long term and it really damage crypto space in this worsening situation after the covid-19 ripple effect globally.

I'm no really sure if there is alternative because I never tried to used others except USDT. So my vote goes to that stable coin. Yeah, I know it has it's own issues before but so far it remain as the only stable coins that might have corned the market since it's inception. And hopefully it will not have the same problem as Luna because that will be a disaster and it could even have a huge impact, bigger than Luna effect.

^^ Yeah, I did check and there are odds actually for some games this Sea games.
Now it's basketball that I'm seeing, Malaysia vs Cambodia, and Malaysia establishing a huge lead against Cambodia by 20 points. So most likely it will be the handicap or the Over and Under score but I will skip this one though.

Horford did not win as well, actually, Celtics had a good start until they loss their defense in the 2nd half, particularly in the 3rd quarter. It was a good game though because Celtics aren't giving up, so I believe this series will be long, probably game 7. I hope Horford and Marcus will get back sooner to make this happened. You notice already how weak there defense during 2nd half and that's because they have limited players capable of covering main players for there rest. Tatum and Brown both play more than 43 mins just to keep up woth the heat unlike when the 2 injured players is available because they can rotate and get the work done properly. I notice too how tight Tucker defending Tatum even on just a free throw rebound. It seems Tucker got this special assignment from coach eric. Yeah, Tucker defending Tatum. While Butler is free to roam, no one can stop him not even Tatum and Brown, Pritchard? too small, Butler just shooting over him. And then Butler also can take Tatum in the defensive end. But we will like a series wherein both are healthy. So the Celtics need the services of Horford and specially Marcus Smart who will be defending Butler so that is a good matchup to watch.

Medvedev was playing Gasquet today and lost in 2 sets, 2-6 and 5-7 in a tie break at the Geneva Open.
Dissapointing for Medvedev who would have wanted more game time to get up to speed for Roland Garros next week. It also doesnt bode well for his chances there especially when Djokovic is in seemingly top form and the threat of Alcaraz and possibly Tsitsipas. Maybe depending on the draw he can grow into the tournament?
He admitted though after the game that he doesn't feel confident on clay surface. So for sure he will not be one of the favorite come Roland Garros. And he just come from a hernia operation so maybe that's another reason why he is not on top form. Anyhow, lots of tennis games, maybe will try my luck in ATP Lyon Open. It's already in round of 16 so the game is becoming more interesting to watch. Norrie no.1 seed has booked his place in the quarter final against Baez, as has de Minaur who faces Watanuki. de Minaur has been performing well lately. Couple of interesting matches today, Carreno Busta the second seed plays Coria and Khachanov, seeded 5 plays Molcan, both seeds should win their matches. They are obviously both favoirites, I have gone with Kachanov @1.5 to win. I agree, Carreno-Busta and Khachanov should be the easy favorites so the chances to win is good for both. I have both of them in a handicap parlay, -3.5 for Busta and then -1.5 Khachanov for 2.38. Just minimum bet for this one as I'm preparing to bet more on RG. Goodluck. Edit: Busta lost ot Coria 7-5, 6-3 so my parlay is lost already. Nevertheless, Khachanov lost the first set 6-2 as well and trailing the second set.

It's shocking to see how Luna turned out to be a worthless token within a week. It was reported that dozens of people committed suicide over the past week due to this horrible price incident. So let hear from the experts in the forum. Do you think Luna can still recover from this price menace? If yes, for how long do you think it will take Luna to recover? And if you think it will not recover, what is your advice to the investors? Over to you guys.
I doubt that it will recover soon, history tells us that if a altcoin (shitcoin) reputation has been damage, either by rug pull, a lawsuit by SEC (you can make an argument against XRP) or any other things, it will be hard to recover. And as we can see in Luna's case, this seems to be pre-meditated and might have been plan after all, just saying. So can you trust the person behind all of this or their projects in the future?

I have heard that the interest of a wide audience (especially young people) is declining even for events like the Olympics, I would like to know how things are with such local competitions. Maybe the situation is reversed here? After all, it is unlikely that Vietnam can dominate so much anywhere else, so those competitions where the athletes of your country are very successful should be more attractive.
Good question. I think for locals, it's more of just a way to let say get a scholarship in school if you are really good in sports and maybe you can represent your country in this kind of events which I think it big in Southeast Asia. And who knows, they can eventually conquer the Olympics. So I wouldn't say that it is declining for young people, but this could be a way for them to get out of poverty. Some countries in SEA doesn't have Olympic medals yet, so it they win in SEA games and then by chance won the first gold medal in Olympics it will be a huge honor for them and the government will shower them with money. Just like what the recent Olympic champion Diaz brought to the Philippines, winning it's first Gold medal, returning to the country as hero and then given huge sums of money by the Philippine government. that's where olympic medalist usually starts their journey. it is indeed high honour for these athletes to snatch gold esp in olympics because most asean countries have very low to none of these olympic gold. so if anyone got it, it is already a big deal for the country, hence, giving all the possible cash rewards and other benefits to show support to the athlete. good thing that this pandemic has not affected the scheduling of this event. we may be continuously seeing sports events going back to normal again. Right, many athletes started their dream in local events and then around their neighbors with this SEA games and eventually go to greater heights in the Olympics. Sports is slowly going back to normal now, we've seen other big events also unfolding this year and it's good that despite the pandemic in Asia, the organizers pushed this one as schedule and congrats to the host nation. Watch the opening ceremony and it is splendid.

Or maybe we can conclude that every crypto has some sort of correlation to each other? as much as we correlate stocks and other financial markets to bitcoin?
I know a lot of people really lost their money here, but this just proved again that shitcoin will be shitcoins and there's no such thing as stable coins, the chance to fail and go down hard is always there for this so called pegged or tied to USD.
