Hello to all people who has been deceived by technobit.eu

After consultation with my lawyer he suggests the following procedure:
( Applies only to people in the EU, all others... sorry )

First:
Write to technobit.eu a letter with the demand for your goods or at your money within 14 days after receipt of the letter.
This letter you send via registered mail with Advice of delivery to technobit.eu.
Registered mail with Advice of delivery  is important! This is the only way you can later prove that you have put your demands against technobit.eu.
(E-Mail with reading confirmation would also be possible , but we know... e -mails will not be read from technobit.eu)

Second:
Wait for the Advice of delivery. Should not take longer than 1 week.
If the letter is not deliverable , which can be assumed , go immediately with your Advice of delivery and your Invoice to a competent authority (police, courts) and make a complaint about Internet fraud against technobit.eu.

If the letter deliverable, wait 14 days.
If you have not received anything until the expiry of the time limit, then ... see above.
A possible message or E-Mail stating "we will send later" you can safely ignore.

So much only once by this time, everything else at a later time.

For eventually grammatical errors, I do not take any responsibility, english is not my native language.

Hey, Bignellski , I know what I wrote !  Grin  Wink Wink
I only hope. it is somewhat understandable.  Shocked Shocked Shocked
I believe that every Englishman gets a laughing fit because of the grammar and the syntax.  Cheesy
I will easily survive, but our English friends .... I dont know, I'm really not sure.

Technobit.eu will now ship all outstanding orders until this weekend.
Well then we 'll see.

Whoops cut paste was off a bit there and the slow laggy internet caused me to post by accident.

Deleted it.

Here is some more ways to get Technobit to take notice of your complaint.

Marto/Technobit isn't responding to pm, has not logged in here in 3 days, looks like we are fucked. Time to file a claim with the EU customer protection unit, Bulgarian section, www.ecc.bg/submit-a-complaint.htm

Still no BFL refund? What should I do?

Nice guide for what to do if BFL is still not refunding your order. From PuertoLibre

FTC requests anyone who has not yet recieved their refund to contact them and let them know. The (FTC) through the court are currently acting as watchdogs over BFL's refund queue.

Do not contact the former receivership, contact the FTC directly. They will assist in the process of adjusting or receiving your refund(s).

hwong@ftc.gov

TERESA KOSMIDIS, NY Bar # 4533824

LEAH FRAZIER, DC Bar # 492540

Please include details about your order, such as a copy of your receipt/statement stating (or itemizing) the amounts owed and a brief recollection or review of your previous attempts to obtain a refund. (include dates and times)

I also received this mail...do not fall into this trap

how do you know it is a trap? Smiley
Hint: BFL has always been a trap.

any proof or only words? Smiley

Plenty of evidence.

Have you not done your homework?

Update Technobit.eu in order now given the latest round of complaints.

At this point there are a sufficient number of complaints to render Ethics, Communication, Refund, On Time, Quality and PreOrders more in line with BFL and others.

Loshia & Zich Support Technobit... Why do they ignore the plight of Technobit Customers?

There is a real stink from the Technobit thread. Some more angry customers I see. Then they will start promoting a new "project" and try to scam funds from people on BTCJam for 100 BTC for this improbably optimistic heat recovery concept. Looks like the end is near for Technobit. FINALLY.

Hi Dimoza,

You have still not waited long enough.
72 hours shipping is declared on the website, thats correct.
Unfortunately the clock in Bulgaria runs different than anywhere else in the world.
In my opinion, this seems to be a kind of Ponzi scheme.
10 people buy a miner, only one gets a parcel.
The others must wait until another 10 people have ordered something.
Funny Game!

Hi technobit,

HEX4M boards with Coolers, Item No.: 97 was oredered on  7 Feb 2015
Order reference: YKHOBUKVB
Status: Payment accepted

Have no email confirmation received, just PayPal receipt. Money was transfered.
The order successfully displaying in my Order history.

72 hours shipping declared on the website, but still nothing received.

2 days ago I wrote the letter to customer cupport via the website form... still have no answer as well.

Almost 2 weeks are gone. No emails no parcels.

Would be appreciate for comments and email contacting.
thank you.

Another complaint thread:

Write here all what you order at TECHNOBIT and was not delivered to you. Think about a class action. It should punish people who want to enrich the other

I ordered the 5.2 2015th

Lawsuits soon to start by European customers?

Removed Thumbs Up Companies for Lack of Shipping (30 days without a post or units shipped)

Nano Fury Project USB miner Last Post September 23, 2014

Although I'm not exactly happy that I'm no longer in the "thumbs up" category I think being in that new category is a fair status. Or if you decide to add a new category - something like "Retired Projects" or "Projects no longer in development" - you can move the NanoFury one there.

And thanks for keeping that list up to date!

I think retired projects is best. As there are going to be more and more defunct bankrupt or retired projects as we move forward.

Looking at these updates:

BTC Garden... bankrupt or closed shop?
Bitfury no longer sells product?
Asicminer no longer producing / selling?

Comments welcome.

Somethings will be different in 2015.

BTC 99.74300 left

BTC 98.62023 left

BTC 98.60021 left

Funding: 1% funded

Failed to fund the project guess that means you won't continue right?

8 days left.

3 days left.

about 20 hours

0 days left failure.

Nice try Marto.

Here is your new T-shirt

See someone is complaining and started a new Technobit Fucked Us thread.

Why even bother with the charade anymore Marto. Just pack up shop and stop scamming people.

Edit:

Nice to see no hard questions in BTCJam like where are the miners that people ordered or why are you trying to raise 25000 USD for a project you know will not recoup enough electricity to make it viable as the cost of development / hardware is a lot higher than the money saved in electricity of even the most optimal system.

Generally it is suitable for all BGA based ASIC chips. Of course the prototype is with our Minion and Rocker box ASIC based designs.
We can adjust Technobit firmware for any tplink router we just need one device.
We did it in the past for 703

Marto, will this apparatus attach to your existing mining boards such as the HEX4M and harvest heat from the BlackArrow Minion ASICs? Or, is this a completely new technology not dependant on your mining products?

On a separate note and unrelated note, will the cgminer software you have designed for use on the TPLINK MR3020 router work on the MR3040? I recently purchased some additional HEX4Ms and I can find only the MR3040 router in my area. Sorry to pester you with a tech support question in this forum but your response to my question will help authenticate you and showcase your business skills.

Where in the implementation stage are you? Outlining? Prototype? Manufacturing? Marketing / Sales? And how far into whatever stage you are in are you (i.e. 100% complete prototyping, now gathering money to send to assembly house to fill 150 existing orders)? Do you have any prior experience with electrical engineering or inventing?

609  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: Would a group buy of solar panels be allowed in this forum? on: February 16, 2015, 05:40:46 AM
If you'd like I can get you very inexpensive solar panels delivered to your house in Georgia that are fully compliant with all US rules and regulations for grid interconnection complete with a 20 year manufacturers warranty for under $1 a watt. I also accept bitcoin for solar panels. One of the oldest solar pv companies on the east coast http://www.ecologicalsystems.biz/ would be the ones providing the solar panels. Their credentials are impeccable so you don't need to worry about any scams with them.

That's a really good price!

But let's compare it to hosting. You say about $1000 for 1kw system. Georgia gets about 1700 kwh per year, but you'll lost some efficiency for battery, etc., so let's say 1500 kwh, or roughly 2 months of power. You could host the miners at a bitcoin hosting facility for $180 for 2 months, much less if you agree to longer terms.

You need to run the miners for more than 5.5 years without downtime to break even compared to a hosting facility. Good luck with that.

You make some great points. But there are other benefits to consider too. There's a 30% federal tax credit in the US for solar panels as well as a super accelerated depreciation table, if he's able to use these incentives it will improve his ROI substantially. Also the panels and the electricity they produce can always be used for other purposes besides mining.

edit: I also forgot to mention, that once your solar panels have paid for themselves, your energy costs drop to 0, at which point cost per kilowatt hour becomes irrelevant, and your only remaining consideration is the earnings per kilowatt hour produced.

Shows us the spreadsheet for a typical small farm so we can actually see the numbers.

I think you would be hard pressed given current and or future BTC prices to make a reasonable solar only mining operation viable. But show us the numbers to contrary.

Where is this farm going?

Got a notice he was busy moving to another location, boards should have been shipped yesterday but had no update on that which he would give, once shipped.

Believe it?

Doubt it is a move more like an excuse to not resolve deliver yet again.

Both Minersource and Technobit are scammers. Simple as that. Avoid all dealings in the future with Matt or Marto.
I mean I didn't get scammed but it's just a pain in the ass to get this thing setup, definitely the least friendly miner out there. I rather trade the damn thing for an s3 all day.

According to Dogie... Technobit ratings.

Quality 6/10 and minor issues.
Ethics 10/10
Communication 7/10
Ontime 10/10

Obviously he isn't reading posts like yours gentlemen.

Also good to see NO ONE is funding his attempt to recoup heat. Why would he need investors? Hasn't he secured enough money yet selling miners to pay for development? I question anyone who knows Technobit's record and reliability to pull off something that recoups heat for electricity for mining. Steer CLEAR!

I recently received 15 SP20s and I cannot get them all running. Several have the problem of dead or idle boards. Is there a way to wake them up and get them hashing or are they just plain old DOA Huh  Below is an example powered by a dedicated Corsair AX1200:

He still has not retracted it I bet.

Scam artist.

They can be self moderated...
Assuming that you aren't related to bbxx in someway i would implore you to read through the link that i posted and if you have any questions please pm me. If you read through that post it should answer all your questions and it points out how bbxx is contradicting himself by calling me a scammer.

Feel free to continue this issue if you please in the relevant threads. All i did here was post that it is better to use an escrow that is from bitcointalk and not polmine.pl (the polish bitcoin forum) this is primarily because most users here are already comfortable with escrow providers on this forum and that makes it easier for the people making the transaction. Note bbxx said that he accepted escrow so all i was saying was that it would be a good idea to use an escrow agent from here instead of a different site. No where in that post did i challenge bbxx or call him any names.

Regards.

I've read about it in the past, and  has spent for several hours. to understand , that in this case you were scammer.

I'm not afraid  your negative comments and I have  own opinion.
The more you post here, the more I am convinced that I was right.

No problem you're entitled to your own opinion. I don't have any issues with that. Unless someone claims something to be factual when they can't back it up I don't have a problem. That would be like me calling you a scammer even if I don't have any proof. Same thing as what is happening to me here. Bbxx and you are both calling me a scammer with no proof thus lying... Bbxx spent over a month throwing lies at me on the forum in the attempt to make me look guilty but all the people who spent the time actually going through all the information (I understand there is a lot thanks to someone spamming the thread with useless information in the attempt to hide facts) realised that all I had done was upheld the rules that curiousminer had agreed to when he made the purchase. You will also see that bbxx inedvertently slipped up and agreed that his brothers order was compliant with the rules that he agreed to and for that reason I was not obliged to refund him. To this day neither of them have complied with fulfilling the order...

Edit: also the issues with all the people in that list have been sorted. All have been contacted. Refunds or compensation or the issue talked over and resolved. My signature won't be changed unless you formally retract your false claims. You have been given considerate time I will not consider retracting my trust feedback until you have retracted your false claims in your accusation thread and in my trust profile. Your brother was already refunded what he was entitled to.

Just sayin'

BFL scam YES.
KNC scam YES. Many are still waiting.
HF scam YES. Forced Bankruptcy.
CT scam YES. Bankrupt.
Avalon scam YES. Chip scam was most notable and pre mining your equipment was clearly happening.

So... ya be careful out there right?

Right now all you got is Spondoolies Tech or Bitmain Tech selling in quantities to home miners / small miners.

FYI in case you want an update on AMT to post, Joshua Zipkin is trying to file for bankruptcy in the middle of the class action lawsuit (won't happen due to precedents)...or attempting to. His lawyers also want to quit no doubt due to his utter stupidity and inability to listen to his lawyers. I doubt the court will allow it only because he has this money out there.

Minersource site down.

Is it time for the I told you so?

Marto is still online, he's just posted a new BTCJam project yesterday.

https://btcjam.com/listings/35145-mining-equipment-heat-to-power-recuperation-project I'd be interested in technical details, but those percentages are a bit too far fetched even for me.

How many people need to get burned before people stop buying his stuff?

Trail of broken promises gets longer with each "new" offering he is involved with.
