Important announcement regarding upcoming Bitcoin Cash fork Bitcoin Cash will go through a hard fork at approximately 4:40 PM,15th of November, 2018 as part of a planned protocol upgrade. However, this upgrade has been surrounded by uncertainty, and unlike previous ones it may lead to two or more “Bitcoin Cash” currencies. For now, these are expected to be BCHABC (Bitcoin Cash ABC) and BCHSV (Bitcoin Cash Satoshi Vision), each championed by a different faction of the BCH network. A third one may even emerge in case enough nodes reject both proposals and keep running the existing version. At this point, Cloudbet’s intention is to support BCHABC. Hence, we recommend that players who wish to guarantee coins also in BCHSV (or any other resulting network) withdraw their BCH funds before the upcoming fork, and deposit them into wallets/services that have announced support to both chains. An updated list of such services can be found here. For added security, we also advise all Bitcoin Cash holders to avoid transacting in BCH (both ABC and SV) during the first few hours following the fork until a form of replay protection is implemented on one or both networks, as transactions may be initially vulnerable to replay attacks. Security is paramount to Cloudbet, so players can rest assured we are closely following all developments regarding the fork, and we will post updates as the fork unfolds. |

The vast majority of our withdrawals are processed instantly, which is why I make it my mission to track down the root cause for any delay that's been reported to us on bitcointalk. I'll be staying in contact with the player above and updating them with information as our teams investigate the issue.
As you can see from our OP on this thread, we've been around for 5 years now and have always looked to put our players first and correct any issues as soon as possible when they are reported. I can understand that you might be hesitant to promote a service when seeing a report of delays, and I hope we can earn your trust over time with our responses to any issues raised.

Morning all, I'm just updating the spreadsheet for entries now. A good suggestion because many users have this problem so they need to post this if some one is not claiming then its going to be for next person in list hopefully Cloudbet will no mind about this.
Lol that's a bit selfish, they won fair and square, no one would want to let go of their prize simply because of EU regulations. Maybe CloudBet can spin the slots themselves and send whatever the outcome is to the winners? But that might be a bit unfair as it's not provable. But then again, since people in the UK might legally not be able to use their website, I don't think CloudBet would want to run any risks by letting them gamble. So it has to be some sort of reward that doesn't involve them gambling I guess. The best of both worlds in my opinion would be letting people choose to either pick a very small flat weekly reward, or take the free spins if they're feeling risky. That's a good call! What I can try to do is discuss with our casino teams the 'cost' of a free spin, and see if I can assign some BTC value to them so that winners can choose between bonuses and the value. I can’t set up an account to claim free spins as I’m in the UK with work for 12 months.

Wow, that was a pretty high scoring week! Congrats to our 6 winners this week: DeathAngel, exsith, Kriptopsina, LFC_Bitcoin, maximhkn, and pa1nxgod! This is from live support: Matthew: We strive to process Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash withdrawals as soon as possible. In most cases, withdrawals are instant, but as a general rule, you should expect this process to take up to 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends. Why withdrawal taking so long at this time? Cloudbet is not like that before. What happened? - Really sorry to hear you have encountered a delay, I've just checked and I can't see any withdrawals from you in the manual queue. Has this been resolved? If not please let me know and I'll chase it for you now. I did receive a similar report over the weekend so i've already got our payment teams investigating the cause of the delays, I'll report back with any info I'm allowed to share asap. @4x4et - That seems pretty unlikely considering the fact that we credited players with fork funds to celebrate the last one! @LTU_btc - Still waiting for an update I'm afraid, but I have been told that this is a high priority investigation for this week, so hopefully I'll have some information for you soon. I didn't read the rules with much scrutiny so I probably missed that "only original content" thing, otherwise I'd open up paint and some meme generator to explain these ideas. I'm still here! I think there is a 20x rollover requirement for the bonus funds from free spins (that's usually the standard). If so that would mean you have to continue to gamble the 0.0164 up to 0.328 (0.0164 x 20) in order to meet the requirements for withdrawal, I believe slots are the best way to go, but don't quote me on that one! I'm currently in discussions with the payment team about bonus funds and free spins, and will be seeking sign off to lower the rollover requirement in future promotions |
