Sorry bud, too many people complained about UPS.
dude, it is not about UPS service itself, but about very bad(cheap) packaging. - heavy heatsinks are mounted without any support - thin single layer cheap card box - no polystyrene or bubble foil inside - no additional package protection (another layer inside etc) box/package itself is great for clothes or some dry food - but for expensive and precise IT equipment? no. I work in international IT company and we are receiving dozens of boxes filled with data center HW (switches, routers, servers, storage etc - cost thousands of dollars like Jupiter) and ALL is about packaging. Please visit sometimes any IT shop and ask guys to show you how servers are packed. Doesn't matter if you are sending via UPS, DHL or any other major delivery companies - they are using same VANs, procedures and processes.. Switch to another company can't change anything.

My overnight shipping is going to take 5 days from Sweden to Texas now that they have switched to DHL. I would have preferred broken box and fans. It never ends.
There was never overnight shipping even with UPS. Sorry, my mistake.

Sorry bud, too many people complained about UPS. Most complaints I read focused on poor packaging. What will we (the customers) say if the fans still fall off but it takes 3 extra days? KnC sold UPS but delivers via whatever whenever. (insert Jim Lahey fecal reference here)

So 350 from yesterday and 455 from today would leave some 200 more to be shipped tomorrow?
"We are still targeting to have more made each day and shipped so we can reduce the delay that our customers have been facing" sounds to me that there are more than aprox 200 left for tomorrow

Hash Rate's going to be crazy! NOt sure whats going on. Pools are reporting massive increases in hashrate. BTCguild is ~700TH, eligius 360 TH back to 250, ghash.io is nearly 500TH. Those are huge increases in just a few days. And yet overall network hashrate seems down.

Thank you KnC for fixing the issue with my hosted miner. I can now report that I am very happily hashing away at an acceptable rate and the folks at KnC have made me whole.
Brief shipping delays aside, KnC has acted in a completely professional manner and have exceeded my expectations. Even in dealing with rude and pushy customers.

Well I'm not exactly sure how well DHL is gonna work in the states..if I want to pick it up...I have to drive to drive to the capital like 200 miles away..or wait for the guy with the truck to deliver it...if he can't deliver it goes back in the truck back to the capital ...rinse wash repeat....so I guess I sit at home from 10am to 8pm and wait the day of.....(yeah people used to local UPS are gonna scream at this)..those two choices....at least on this international package ...and my town here is 60,000 folks so then again if you are in Texas in the sticks someplace call them up and figure this out when and where they will ship it...at least the day of...in my case it is between 10am and 8pm ...and they can use 3rd party drivers
pretty rinky dink at least in the states (again I've never even seen a DHL truck in this country in the Midwest ever)
anyway here is the number for the states 1-800-225-5354 they can look this stuff up and maybe you can have it dumped off at a neighbor or some such......give them your tracking number and they will tell you the DAY they estimate it will arrive at least.. ..an't much but better then me thinking it was Monday and missing the guy coming on Friday (tomorrow) ...In my case they will have it here in like 2 1/2 days more or less..so it comes tomorrow..thats good ..the staying awake waiting for the truck (I work nites) not so much....
hope there is no fog or some weather related delay for the plane etc..truck crashes (shudder....scared my little self I did)
so anyway call DHL customer service and they will at least let you know the day it will arrive...all I got but it beats driving 400 miles round trip for them to hold it at the capital
I expect a rapid change in the states back to UPS imho can't see this holding up if it is common no DHL in towns 60,000 or below...weird
Also they do have what is called DHL AUTHORIZED SHIPPING CENTERS. when you google search (I have 1/2 dozen in town here) ....in the states according to the DHL guy..this is to ship stuff OUT..they do NOT use these little mom/pop packaging shipping locations to leave stuff OFF.......again confusing ...so stuff coming from overseas it is the main branch to pick up from at the capital 400 miles away or you wait for the nice man with the truck or get something arranged with DHL with a neighbor....use the number figure it out ahead of time....I almost just assumed I could pick it up at one of these places..the only thing that saved me was there were 3 so I had to call and they had no idea what I was talking about picking something up from DHL...would have been bad..googling this in a town with only one of these shipping centers and finding out the miner was bouncing its way back to the capital for direct pickup before returning to KNC...(shudder)
anyway experiences may vary depending upon location....but i'd definitely call if you have a DHL order and it is uncommonly rare like in my area of the states....
also my 304x order shipped late yesterday...and will be here Friday...so hop on it ......if you are around my number in the knc order que this stuff may show up on Friday
sheesh....
hope it helps...could be worse at least the town is big enough they drive a DHL truck down here once a day....heck of a way to run a shipping business imho....

Can't say I remove browser cache files very often for firefox. Just clear the history? Who wants to volunteer to flash this firmware? I did the deed on .92 and .93 for folks. A bit hesitant to do .96 as i've had great luck with .95.
