Anybody give some idea? it show me 0 hash after i connect everything
Looks like the ribbon cables are plugged into the controller the wrong way round. |

Hi everyone,
I've been lying low for while plus been busy with normal work etc, etc.
I see that nothing has changed here and KNC seem to be getting worse with their customer relations. Oh well what else is new...
Why I'm here is because I did receive tacking number for my Titan and UPS have called me to pay for customs, taxes and fees which amounts to a wopping $1320
Now what I'm thinking is if I ask KNC to re-invoice me for the Titan to a lower amount so I can reduce the Tax that I have to pay.
What do you guys think? You think KNC would comply and help me out?
I think this would be fair especially because the value of a 400MH/s Titan is now $6995 which works out to appoximately $17.49 per MH/s
So for a 300MH/s Titan 300 x 17.49 = $5247 which would reduce the Customs tax bill by a few hundred dollars
Am I making sense, you think KNC would do this?

What is your approximate order number? my order number: 1930X, paid on 19th March I have tracking number but hasn't arrived as yet, it will probably be next week. |

no screen sessions support makes me hard to find out the problem spending almost 8 hours with 5 titans and none of them is running properly atm  |

I'm struggeling too but the new firmware v1.02 helped. After the upgrade and a reset to factory defaults, setting diff pool side to 10240 got me (more or less) stable a 300-324Mh/s per tit (I have 2) at the pool. |

For those who have both BFL and KnCMiner experience. Which company is worse? Can you even compare the two?
KnCminer had and still has huge margins for the Titan that they refuse to even give a fifth cube or ship within a week of getting their chips.
And their whole datacenter made them wealthier than anyone ever has been in the bitcoin scene.
While both have had issues, I don't believe KNC is worse than BFL. It's also a very subjective topic. |

no, i found it is about ribbon cables slot, some of them are working i changed about 10 cubes on those two slot and all of them shown 50mhz even those cubes are working on other ribbon cables |

You didn't hear? Those bonus miners were just a joke. They are never coming. You can just forget about receiving that. It's just like how "Plan B, Hash While you Wait" disappeared. KnC is going to argue the contract was for 1 Neptune and they are not obligated to give the 'bonus' they once contemplated. |

Just received my Titan : PSU : corsair AX 1500i cannot run it above 250 Mhz (def : 300) because the PSU shutdown in protection mode. at 250 Mhz, this shit draw 1100 watts the hashrate vary between 150 & 250 mh/s some times it stop mining, I just need to reboot it. If anyone doubts KNC does not care about selling miners...just note they have not changed prices on their miners in 3 months that should tell you how much they give a frack look at www.kncminer.com forums....the Titan owners are freaking out ..they come with NO y connectors (thus unworkable reboot constant) the firmware update they just did ...did not fix zip quite the read it is another frankenjupiter DIY kit ....the same ...parts don't work hell their only advice on power supplies is TWO 850w power supplies recommended (for 1100 watt unit what gives) if I get 1/2 my investment back not counting electric I will be thrilled) oh by the way...drop a line to www.coindesk.com they seem very interested in this TITANIC disaster esp the fire hazard no refunds etc add your 2c worth ..if I can't get ROI at least we can get coindesk and others to give them some deservedly bad press...and it don't take a lot of work ..just do as I do point the newsies at coindesk to the www.kncminer.com forums for all the hub bub and your own experiences with KNC BFL is dead long live the new scam king KNC an't much but what the heck at least they were sympathetic expect a coindesk article soon imho |
