14nm preorders for everyone! @perezoso, i would say that i'm fine until when the connection, the reference, is safe. For example there was the BD of John in one of the edits you did, and the link was an external website that claimed to be a person finder or something. How can one possibly be sure of such informations to be correct? That's the point i don't want to risk other. Another example, the list of domains. It's nice and neat, yes, but domains can be registered from multiple people with the same name, and websites like domaintools that i supposed you used only uses the name & surname, and not the registration address, to match similar results (now, this is not a good example because one could have checked, but again, how can you make sure that you are connected the right johns?). I hope that you see my problems with that content. It's just that from my point of view if something isn't almost mathematically sure, it's not worth writing about it. Keep up with the good collection of datas, it looks like that you are doing a great job

Holy crap... so when I spoke to Rodrigo... was it Edward?
I don't know, and Rodriguez is a common middle name. (obviously). When did you spoke with Rodrigo? And why? If you don't mind to share, off course. http://4x.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMining/comments/1r8pkf/just_got_an_update_from_hashfast_on_expected_and/daimon_34 2 points 1 month ago
Ok I just got Rodrigo on the phone at Hashfast at 415 990 5064 and it sounds like we know more than them. Same phone number that Abram James Kottmeier (a.k.a. James Johnston) has been using for years.

Always about Edward, one might find this interesting: Pre-tweet from Senior de Casto Two things: Senior, as in spanish for Mister, and de Casto and not deCastro. You might also have noted that one of our recent suckpoppets, santaMuerte (holy death, always spanish), has written Edward's name in at least three different ways. It's either a message, a way to fool us, or the guys is dyslexic, i don't know.

Ok, the outsourced guy - nice trolling Rodrigo did not answer questions like an outsourced person (like Eugene now). Rodrigo wen t and asked his boss (Erin?) a question while I was on phone... said they were in a meeting. I would expect that they will postpone dealing with you as long as they possibly can. You have an extremely strong case for getting your BTC back and they would almost certainly lose the case if you did take them to court, but until all of Batch 1 ships or gets refunded they aren't going to want to create the precedent of giving a Bitcoin refund to anyone. Most intelligent and insightful post of today.

Ok, sorry. Speaking of Erin - any idea of who Erin is?
Asking for help from Bruno if he can. For example, every other person associated with hashfast that wrote on their blog has their full name and surname, not Erin, that is called "Erin HashFast" on their blog. http://hashfast.com/author/erin/It's not on linkedin, either. It looks like some kind of fake account with no real person behind it, or someone that cared about his privacy - an investor maybe? Took me 30 seconds (maybe 45): http://workpetaluma.com/people/erin/Hello! Working out of two fantastic co-working spaces; WORK in Petaluma and NextSpace Potrero Hill. Should you wish for any information regarding Bitcoins, Bitcoin Mining or the best in ASIC chip development – Please feel free to reach out!

Keep up with the good collection of datas, it looks like that you are doing a great job Well, I was just beginning there, Cedivad. You might have had a little patience for me to develop the page, I was dropping a new edit about every 45 seconds. But I think that, regardless, your approach will be more conservative than mine. That's fine. I'm in the non-profit world and have been in the business of sometimes publishing unfriendly material toward companies for more than 15 years. I've gotten a few letters from lawyers claiming defamation, libel, etc. Every time, those letters have failed to name any specific errors. I have responded by saying that if they would be so kind as to specifically identify the information that is erroneous, that I will be happy to remove it. I have never once heard back from one of those lawyers again, after inviting them to specify the information that is defamatory or libelous. They come and threaten sometimes, but as long as what you say is right, there's nothing they can do.

Thanks, but you could have taken even less if you scrolled the page What do you think about Erin Havard vs Erin Mae? One is used on the video, the other one on the gmail address and in another occasion a really friendly user pm-ed me about. But as long as what you say is right, there's nothing they can do. That's the point, if you make even a single mistake, you risk the whole case against HF, imho. Bruno, yes, you are right, but i wasn't talking about it. I was talking about HF_CL and santaMourte both: using distorted names to refer to Edward using some spanish word and/or dialect Btw, this is the complete name from the SEC fillings, with the full and complete names of the people you would want to sue: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1584096/000158409613000002/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

When you do a BTC transfer,
Are individual Bitcoins tracked and referenced with their individual hash numbers?
If there is a way to track down your individual BTC by their hashes, you could level the playing field by asking HashFast to prove they actually converted the BTC to Fiat (at which date and what rate).
If they can't prove they actually converted it, then your assets should be returned.

If you guys have the transaction ID maybe bitpay could be subpoenaed to get that information, at least with the transactions that were done with them

Mae could be a middle name. And check the tats. Same lady almost surely. Phinnaeus, I can't believe you missed this one: https://myspace.com/prisonpenpalexchangesNow, I don't want to jump to any conclusions here... but weightlifter, prison-esque looking tats, a company called Prison Penpal Exchanges, affiliation with porn and, apparently, gay prostitution websites. And those unknown court cases. I wouldn't blame somebody if they began to suspect that Long Dong might have spent some time in state custody. You know, this is where we need the real press. Somebody from a respectable publication (not some pure bitcoin website) to take some of this stuff, call up Eduardo, and start asking questions - for publication.

the main question is not what we will get. The question is whether anything will get back.
What is the last date for an refund request?
|
each time you send a transaction don't forget to use a new address, each time you receive one also!

Preorders are just a gamble really. Unless from a proven company like KNC.
After I got burned on my 15btc investment into a 4 month late Avalon unit that was it for me. You guys should give up on preorders too. It's way too risky when you only have about a 3 months window to get a ROI.

glendali, apart from the fact that blaming userselves doesn't help, i would have never ordered without this: https://hashfast.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Project-Status-Report-Tapeout_08292013.jpg(and i'm quite sure that there was another one were Uniquify was confident that they would have had the chips ready in October, but i was never able to find it a second time. It disappeared after that i ordered. However i think to have a pretty good memory. If someones has this same memory and maybe knows were to look - thanks).

Guys/Gals...don't forget (if you have access to one) to also fax in your notification of breach of contract/order cancellation/full BTC refund. They list two numbers...both indicate they belong to scamfast. I faxed mine to the 415 number and it appeared to go through successfully. If you don't know already, these numbers (also listed in their refund & release form they emailed yesterday) are:
1-888-508-0811 1-415-481-0888

It's either a message, a way to fool us, or the guys is dyslexic, i don't know. I'm afraid that's probably just somebody without the slightest clue about the Spanish language. It's "Señor" too. Pretty sure that his proper given name was Eduardo L. Rodriguez De Castro. Or, rendered in the French style, last name first and in caps: RODRIGUEZ DE CASTRO, Eduardo L. In the US of A, he seems to have used his maternal surname (De Castro), sometimes (improperly, in Spanish) condensed to "deCastro", or "Decastro". He has also sometimes Anglicized his given name to "Edward". In a Spanish-speaking country, his primary surname, and the name he would be alphabetized under, is Rodriguez. (His father's first surname.) And it's really confusing, because there are other ways that you, women especially, can get the "de" in their second surname. I should say that none of this with Eduardo is necessarily shady. There can be problems properly "translating" names. Whoever is Santa Muerte is familiar with recent Mexican cultural trends.

KnC were a gamble as well, and even the neptune is a gamble.
