I have been trying to contact support since Jan 3 regarding a EUR wire that was sent from Kraken to my bank and rejected due to a sudden change in their 'crypto policies'. I provided full SWIFT details of the return, however they have simply ignored my support requests except for one Mario almost 1 week ago who wrote to say they needed more details to which I provided the SWIFT details
Do they have any other form of contact other than the useless support site? Phone number? A real office?

This sounds to me like nothing more than an excuse. I have given EVA (support) all the information as requested. She replied only that an Account Access specialists would look into the matter, nothing about any merged tickets and no replies whatsoever since then. Instead of excuses and more useless forms, why not just have someone get off his lazy behind and solve the matter?!?!

Update--another wire attempt, this time out to a different US bank account and smaller in size, has now FAILED. Again, I have no knowledge as to why it has failed or what I can do about it. And no human email contact with Kraken support, nor support ticket requests, has been responded to. Please, Kraken, let us know what is up...

I've had 5 failed USD withdrawals from Kraken since 12/30, 0 successful USD withdrawals. I was told by support that there is a technical issue verifying account info through their funding partner. Doesn't really help much, since I'd really like my USD. I have another withdrawal in queue. It's not just you.

Its been 4 days since the day I sent my support ticket but no one replied yet. Its stressful to see my balance appear in my wallet upon checking the explorer but not on the kraken dashboard. Not acceptable. I tried checking whether they are also active on facebook but also not. They even pinned a message telling us to send a support ticket on the kraken support.
