order ref ?
I'll quote my own message again so you get my story (and see that I understand the december shipments)
Order JTVEEGAXQ

Hi Marto,

I've read all your posts and the newsletter about shipments, but I have a question and I hope you can answer

OSPRSHZDH   2013-11-28   1 426,50€   PayPal   Payment accepted
LKUPFIGKK   2013-11-20   1 029,30€   PayPal   Payment accepted
JTVEEGAXQ   2013-11-15   357,30€   PayPal   Payment accepted

The one from 15-11 is a hex16a2 (batch 2 end of nov shipment!) and a USB miner (2nd week dec shipment)
The one from 20-11 is more hex16a2 (1/2 week dec shipment) and more USB miners (2nd week dec shipment)
The one from 28-11 is even more hex16a2 (december shipment)

So I won't complain about the 2nd and 3rd order as you've clearly said they'll be shipped before Christmas.

However, the 1st order contains a hex16a2 from the 2nd batch which should've been shipped long ago now...

Only thing I can think of is that because of that single USB miner in that order, it's not shipped yet.

If this is the case, could you please just send the board and move the USB miner to the 2nd order? (with the other miners)
I've paid shipping costs for each order so it shouldn't matter.

I hope you have time to reply to this so I know what I'm up to.

Thanks Smiley

Hi Marto,

the website still states that they can be chained and only one USB cable can be used. You might want to correct that.

Bye
Michael :-)

Christmas is coming and my inbox is empty from Technobit! What is the situation about shipping? I hope it will be send as soon as possible, because every day without mining , it is lost money.
Thank you!

Some advancement:

"Your order with the reference MIWHIUTDK is currently in transit..

You can track your package using the following link:"

There was no link, but who cares.

Same here. My first 2 orders are shipped, I have DPD shipment number.
Order dates 15-11 and 20-11, both orders contained HEX16A2 and USB miners.
With a little luck they'll arrive before x-mas Smiley

DPD is a very fast courier company! In Europe they deliver the packages under 1-5 days. Maybe next week will arrive.

I made an order for these and some nano's in mid nov. Expected shipping was 2nd week dec, they went out yesterday which although technically is third week of dec is second working week. Look forward to getting my grubby mitts on them Smiley

Edit: Marto Some of the Nano's are for resale, as manufacturer i take it these is no issue if end users return to you for replacement should the need arise? (i.e standard failure , not been OC'd/ droped in coffee etc)

Hi Martin,

I want to give you an info: after your kind reply, when you said to me to look in my mailbox, I saw that there wasn't nothing inside inbox, BUT looking for something, I found three technobit emails (responses to my old questions) inside SPAM folder.
Look! because, I don't know why, but GMAIL mark Technobit emails like SPAM.

SOME INFORMATION ON TRACKING ID's

2 days ago I got mails from technobit about 2 (out of 3) orders were shipped. So I logged in, found the tracking ID's on my orders and head to the DPD site (because I chose DPD shipment method)
But both tracking ID's didn't work. So I tried next day, still nothing. Today, still nothing.

Then I found this on the DPD site:
View online de status of your parcel shipment with the 14-digit parcel labelnumber. If you do not have a parcel labelnumber, please contact the sender of the parcel.

HOWEVER! Both tracking numbers from my orders have 11 digits. So I was like... hmm... who's shipping my packages.

UPS uses 25 digit tracking ID's
DHL uses (max) 10 digit tracking ID's

So no luck... Then I remembered I read somewhere in one of the technobit related threads an issue with Speedy.
So I went to the Bulgarian Speedy website, and TADAA, the tracking numbers work!
And after looking up the ID's from the Technobit site, the Speedy site gave me DPD numbers as well. And hey, those numbers work on the DPD site Smiley

So it seems Technobit hands them over to Speedy, and Speedy hands them over to DPD (or something like that).
Downside is that both sites still state the package hasn't left Bulgaria yet Sad

Anyway, I thought this information might be useful for some people here.

I had no tracking number at all when my order went to "shipped", selected DPD shipping at checkout, but it came with Speedy stickers all over the box.

Please state the date of your order that will help people know where they are in the order queue.
