I am trying to mine ppc with my miner, so I edited my Hexminer.ini added the details for the pool exactly same way there is there already btc guild and eligious, from where I have been mining pretty well, anyway after all details inserted I make save close ini start miner and my details are not there. So I open my hexminer.ini and the details I saver aren't there either

Obviously I am doing something wrong, but what I haven't got a clue. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Have you tried to write it directly in hexminer? If you close hexminer settings will save automaticly.

I haven't tried that yet, but won't that remove the setting I already have there?

I want to keep the settings for the other pools as well you see, coz next step will be connect a backup pool in case main pool goes down.

Sorry I am noob regarding this Hexminer, I'm ok with GPUs but this I am learning still.

It didn't work, I added the pool address etc, but when I press start the miner hangs *not responding* and can't do anything.

It works fine with btc guild, so guess I will stick to it instead.

I messed up everything now I can't even mine anymore, I am getting a error saying "warning proxy getwork_listener.render_POST # Authorization required"

Any idea what did I mess up now?

All was working fine before i tried to add ppc pool, so I deleted and downloaded all again start from scratch but still getting same error :-(

That was normal message. Check again the username & password.
Did you test again with btcguild or still in PPC pool?
I just edit HEXMiner.ini file & save it. It work fine, so i wonder why your saving not working.
Some making a mistake by saving to txt file. To avoid this just set the windows setting to open .ini file using notepad.

You can write on HEXMINER too, but username & password won't save unless you start the miner

I got it working with btc guild again, but ppc simply just don't work for me. I got on the miner these letters between work age and speed "NAN", after that not even btc guild was working, I was getting same error. So I deleted everything, made new download, inserted my worker name and started mining again at btc no problem. I can't afford to have down time like this, so think will give it a miss until my new miner arrives then will try agin this one with ppc.

I ordered and paid on 2013-12-07 (Order ID FESYNGABJ) and asked for a refund on 2013-12-10 due to a mistaken order.
