I have brought, and 3 days was soon here from Germany to Hungary. This is great but i have one problem with this.

I have brought a newer USB wifi for the RPI, i have replaced a nano usb wifi with a Tplink: http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/?categoryid=240&model=TL-WN822N . I had to install new driver for that and now works all great. I have many problem with the nano wifi, i think its soon broke.

We placed a large order in December.

Shipping to Canada from Bulgaria has been a challenge but Martin tried multiple couriers at our request to try and speed up the process - irrespective of the increased cost at times.

Any issues we have had have always been dealt with in a fair manner - i admit it can take a little time sometimes.  Grin

In my experience of the Bitcoin hardware industry Martin provides a good service. I'm sure there is room for improvement but overall i'm happy and will be using Technobit again in the near future.

I agree they probably try their best but I have now been waiting a month to get a bank transfer confirmed and I have a miner that broke ~10 days after delivery I am being very polite and marto asked for a screenshot of my internet banking and I sent it, nothing since then. It's just frustrating that people who complain loudly seem to get more customer service then people who stay polite and wait for their response Sad. This is starting to cost me real mining time Sad.

I'm in the UK, SouthernGentUK, and it took up to 7 days for my orders to be delivered after their order system changed from "payment accepted" to "shipped". I've had three shipments and none came with any tracking number it was blank on the e-mail.

I'm in the UK, SouthernGentUK, and it took up to 7 days for my orders to be delivered after their order system changed from "payment accepted" to "shipped". I've had three shipments and none came with any tracking number it was blank on the e-mail.

Thanks, I sometimes think it is better not to have tracking (if tracking is substandard).
Am not actually in the UK anymore, its just a distraction  Grin I'll get around to changing it one day, but it's been with me for 10+ years on the net and its hard to let go  Cry

I simply do not UNDERSTAND your problem LOSHIA, you didn't waited for any of this so either you put yourself on our shoes and feel the same frustration we have been going through or GET THE FUCK OUT.

I finally got a call from my customs department and they said that my package of 7 Hex16a has been placed on hold as the package is around 5-6Kgs and has a bill of $10 for USB equipment. They opened the package said how come all these boards are only $10?HuhHuh??

NOW THEY WANT ME TO COME DOWN THERE AND GET IT PASSED BY EXPLAINING THEM HOW ITS ONLY $10, I told this to my friend who orders stuff online and gets it cleared from customs and he said that you just got fucked and now you need to settle this by bribing in there dept which will cost more (around $30-60). will go there tommrw or day after tmmrw.

Thanks MARTIN, do us a favor and try to bill it around $50-$100 for the next customers shipping if they are these many components and weigh around 4 kgs or more.
