I ordered in 4th of December 2x3 boards. Between two orders is 1-2 hour. First: SNOUOBCFN is with DPD economy shipment, the other is: VUMCRQDKX . Please merge this two order to one with DPD shipment.Thank you
I have a question: I ordered it 04-12-2013 and my question is when will be ship?
There is any solution to refund? In case yes, Get I my money back in BTC or USD?

Your order is produced with batch of other late hex16a boards.
We were waiting to get more of the chips that customers for this order did sent us.
It is in production now. So all hex16a (Avalon 1 gen) will be shipped out soon

We shipped out today most of early December Hex16a2 (c) and Hex16b orders.
Unfortunately we were not able to shipout all of the December orders yet.
We'll continue shipping on 30-th of December , but most probably there still be some late December orders that will be left for shipping in the 1-st week of January.
Hex16A ( avalon gen1) We did send out part of the last batch orders. There are some orders that will be out in the 1-st week of January too.
Nanofuries We send some orders today  and due to some production delays , there are still orders that are late.
We are scheduling production in the first days of January
All customers with faulty units Just return them to sending addres and We'll send you replacement/repaired unit .

If "December Shipment" order is not shipped in December then what compensation will be offered for the late shipment?

Based on December shipment the board were close to ROI, January shipment there is no chance.

Realistically December 30th shipment still sucks, but at least you technically did what you said you'd do.  January shipment is just not the product that was ordered.

My order is also 2013-12-04 but I have not got any emails with shipnumber It is outrageous . He wrote "We shipped out today most of early December Hex16a2 (coffee) and Hex16b orders." . I think 2013-12-04 is early december.... Dont you think? I am interested in to the compensation as well.

Sorry I see that you got one of first 10 samples made on eurocircuts fast(2 day) boards.
Actually these are not supposed to be sent to customers.
The production one have excess termo paste too, we believe better more than less.
Also the hexagon risers are not standard .
In terms of speed it is the same you just got a test board.
We can exchange it for you if you wish.

Hi Marto, What were the design differences between this test board on the production run? Did you add any diodes into the power circuit? I've noticed that when powering via PC molex and and having the pc usb connection, when the PC is turned off the usb still seems to be drawing current and feeding it back (through the molex?), actually causing ALL the fans in the computer to spin. CPU Fan, 120mm cooling fans, HEx16A2 fans and all.

I'm sure that this behaviour is due to the 'on-off charging' feature my mobo has, but I'm wondering if there should be a diode to prevent this flow back out of the molex, was this issue addressed later?

A few hour ago my HEX16A2 arrived by UPS courier. 1 day late because custom officer work half day only on 26 december, so my package stay 1 night in airport.
