Feels like this thread needs a little balance.

We placed a large order in December.

Shipping to Canada from Bulgaria has been a challenge but Martin tried multiple couriers at our request to try and speed up the process - irrespective of the increased cost at times.

Any issues we have had have always been dealt with in a fair manner - i admit it can take a little time sometimes. 

In my experience of the Bitcoin hardware industry Martin provides a good service. I'm sure there is room for improvement but overall i'm happy and will be using Technobit again in the near future.

I have paid 581€ for order BJJNEKBIM (january shipment!) by bank wire on 30-12-3013 from account number NL89RABO0368044971.

Will you include a replacement for the broken HEX16a2 from order WVEFURYEA? I will gladly ship the broken miner back to you if you provide a shipping address.

Please please please let me know something!!! The site still says awaiting payment and I  would really like to know what you want me to do with the broken miner.

If you have not received money I need to put claim with my bank before the end of the month

I agree they probably try their best but I have now been waiting a month to get a bank transfer confirmed and I have a miner that broke ~10 days after delivery I am being very polite and marto asked for a screenshot of my internet banking and I sent it, nothing since then. It's just frustrating that people who complain loudly seem to get more customer service then people who stay polite and wait for their response . This is starting to cost me real mining time .

OK this is starting to get ridiculous I have one broken miner and 581€ for another order that were sent to you over a month ago and you have not even confirmed receiving the money!!!!

I went trough all bank statments since 30-12-13 till now again.
There is no incoming payment either with your order ref or Your Name that is given with the order.
This is checked and double checked at least 5 times

Yes it is possible to start 2 or 3 copies of HEXminer and to run 3 different boards as an example to mine in 3 different pools.

Hi,

My boards arrived today, ordered 13-12-2013 (january delivery) shipped 31-1-2014, and delivered directly to home door 7-2-2014.

For tracking I found that if you took DPD tracking code from speedy and entered it to trackitonline.ru you could follow delivery reasonably well.

Sadly I am unable to test units until 14-2-2014

Thanks for your reply. My bank has confirmed to me that the payment has been made. Can I send you a statement from my bank with all the details of the payment??? How can I prove to you that I have paid? And what should I do with the broken miner?

BTW what do you want me to do with the hex16a2 from my previous order that broke after less than a week without overclocking? Do you want me to return it and send me a new one or if you prefer you can give me a discount on my next order maybe!

BTW if you would have told me that your bank said they hadn't received anything after I asked the first time I would not have asked 4 more times. Just a tip to save you time with other customers.

Oh btw i took the fan off the broken miner to test it see if anything was wrong with it but its the miner (when i first found out it was broken) and now I can't find it (too much hardware in small room) is it ok if I ship it back to you without the fan?? I am glad customs did not look at this. USD 9.20 is way too low ... in Germany you have to pay about 100-150 eur if you cheat at customs and get caught.

The 10 USD per board is my suggestion  

My second order HEX16C use UPS as carrier & i didn't find any invoices but marto declares the miner as SAMPLES And again no import tax  
Since the miner come with no case, then there is no problem declaring it as SAMPLES(which should be free) 

Low prices = No import TAX = Quick custom clear

If you are a German or EU member you should not worry at all, because this is treated as domestic shipment inside EU . That might be an issue for EU to None EU shipment though
