Ive been using hitcbtc for more almost a year and haven't had big issue ever since. Site maintenance currently ongoing just take longer than usual. |

The only exchanger where I am having problem to withdrawal!!! I am really disappointed! they accept really fast the deposit and then when you need to withdrawal you have to wait days (if it is fast!) Your exchanger are making lose money to people while you are earning!  HITBTC=SCAM |

I also got a problem with HitBTC... Background knowledge: I was an active Steemit user and had some SBD in my account. I decided to trade with it on HitBTC. SBD offers instant transactions without fees. The deposit went fast & smooth, but the withdrawal brought me some trouble... On the 7th of December, I initiated my withdrawal of 16.616 SBD (worth about $150). On the 8th of December, I still hadn't received my money. I submitted a support ticket. On the 11th of December, I finally received an answer on my Support Ticket: It would be solved soon. On the 15th of December, I still haven't received my SBD. This is complete garbage. I now asked them to cancel my withdrawal and just put the SBD back into my account, so I can turn them into BTC and withdraw the BTC. I hope they will pay out. I don't have a lot of hope  |

I'm not depositing any funds now to HitBTC since I see lots of complaints lately. It is a shame, I liked them because they didn't require ID verification for crypto trading.
But, because of these problems, I am considering transferring to another exchange that has good support.
