Is there any way to contact the Devs directly regarding issues with the API?  When I place an Order, it comes back with the Order data and a cutomerorderid.  However when i try and get the status of the order (to see if its been filled) it sometimes comes back with order not found.  Surely if its filled or cancelled it should still exist, just in that state.  If its not fulfilled then it should definitely be there.

Any ideas?  You can message me if you want.

Please make sure that you reported your issue on the official web site: https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Then reply here with your ticket number and our Support Team will take care about it as soon as possible.

Guys despite facing lots of issues I am a bit relieved nonetheless that their representative continues to stay active here. So maybe you can post here your complains here and details, specifically your support id. Hopefully more people from HitBTC will be tasked to solve issues from clients as they are the backbone of success.

They can apologize about their customers experience but the question is are they really taking care of these complains?

No one seems to reply that they have resolved (I can't do the digging for the whole thread looking for people who are helped with hitbtc's support).

Just like this guy

I would depend on the trust rating given to them by two DT's and look at the dates, it was years ago.  Lips sealed

Hi, Guys!
Need some advice!
Gotta withdraw some coins (right now I have'em in BTC) from the exchange. Which one cryptocurrency is fastest to do it? Doge? Eth? Or maybe the same BTC?

With hitbtc you won't be facing any issues with the withdrawal. Everything happens almost in the same time period and the transaction fee too is similar. I haven't experienced with other coins, but with bitcoin the withdrawal is quite fast.

Depends where your coming from.
If it is a"modern" country using SEPA, i would go thru Stamp, Kraken or here in that order.
If you dont have that "privielage" i would HODL. Wink
Oops, absolutly misunderstood, but still never keep any coins anywhere but where you have full control over them.

People are facing huge issues at the exchange and thus their grievances are increasing. ideally if things are right at first place itself than the support requirement would be minimum and only would required for some specific case. But if lot of people do complain or have issues it means thing is not working in the right direction as you would expect.

This is insane. It has astronomical fees. Like this one tons of horrible experience on HitBTC. Then just avoid it as there outside tons of alternative offering quality service.
