@hitbtc: After making few succesfull deposit and withdrawls (not big sums), on last pending withdraws I got the red cross so they failed and I receive "Currency operations are not available" without any information, I cannot even move funds from "Main account" to "Trading account". I have created already the ticket id #251169 - please help me fix this. It is urgent!

As soon as I knew about HITBTC exchange, there was no need in multiwallets. I am working at the stock exchange for more than six months, no problems arose. Minimal commissions, transaction speed is fantastic. There is rather good affiliate program, I'm happy with it.

Good to see some positive reviews too else their are quote a few threads where people are facing some or other issue with this exchange and thus people are scared to open the account in this exchange as they fear that they may lose their coins or cannot withdraw etc on time.

As to me, Hitbtc is really most advanced exchange. The best of the best.
There are some problems, but all exchanges have them.

Yes thats the fact. Of course hitbtc has problems, but so does every other exchange in crypto unfortunately

I am very disappointed with hitbtc, it has been 3 months deposit dimcoin until now not into the wallet hitbtc. the hitbtc support team only promised to process my deposit transactions but it turns out they only give sweet promises. just this time I use hitbtc bursa, hitbtc support team is very bad

An API question.

On the trading screen it always says

Fee 0.1%
Rebate 0.01%

whatever the symbol being traded.  In the API for a symbol though you get

Which should i use when calculating trades?
