@Indymoney I'm also watching the live match on TV. West Indies has been a disappointment in the last match and now. I don't know how they performed well in the first test maybe they were just lucky Even if rain washes out two days of the game, clearly Windies are going to lose this match.

I am also watching the match and as expected the West Indies team failed to take the pressure of runs on the board. Look like West Indies team will need the help of rain to safe this test match. After winning the first test match,  West Indies disappointed in the later matches.

Chase gone second victim of Broad now West Indies in deep touble 78/5 Holder and Blackwood last hope for them if they want to alive in this match after these two only Dorwich then bowlers.

The way west indies are losing the wickets, england have a very good chance of enforcing a follow on. This match could end up on the 3rd day, if that happens.

West Indies is struggling because they have too many issues outside ground and Board completely fail to settle things on merit many good players already playing only leagues as they are not interested to paly for their country so its really biggest issue for them now just imagine Roach is first bowler in 26 years who completed 200 test wickets its really matter of shame for them as once this was land of pace bowlers.

Its just 32 runs, I do not think that would be a problem for West Indies. They still have few wickets in hand. they only need to stick to the pitch and they will easily overcome the follow on.

England bowled 47 overs and we are yet to see Ben Stokes and Dom Bess bowl in this match, they have many option for bowling in this match and i do not think that England will enforce a follow on and all they need is to score a few runs more quick runs and then put West Indies back in the last two days.

Yesterday i was surprised to see a huge man on the West Indies side and his name is Rahkeem Cornwall and i was really surprised to see someone of his size in an international team who is 6.5 and weighing over 300 pounds and he was strategically placed in slips but dropped a catch and the butter hands of Ben Stokes continues as he is missing catches every match.

There is a very good news for the Pakistani cricket team that Mohammad Amir available to join Pakistan squad in England. This will really strengthen the Pakistani team. However he will have to undergo the covid-19 test twice before he is clear to play in the England series.

Ben Stokes is not 100% fit to ball and definitely can't ball long spell according to English camp (reason: stiffness/niggle during 2nd test). Its safe to assume that  English camp don't want to take any risk.

IMO if there is 200 runs lead then England should enforce the follow on.

Unless the bowlers bat like how Broad performed earlier, I don't really see any hope for West Indies in this match even if Hodler and Dowrich establish a big partnership. The West Indian bowlers are not known for their batting skills.

Everyone saw this coming ever since West Indies collapsed in the 2nd test. My head says England will win, but my heart wants West Indies to pull off something spectacular.

Unless the bowlers bat like how Broad performed earlier, I don't really see any hope for West Indies in this match even if Hodler and Dowrich establish a big partnership. The West Indian bowlers are not known for their batting skills.

West Indies have avoided the follow-on and that is the only good thing in todays play so far for west indies. England are now 172 runs ahead. They will want to score up to 400 as soon as possible to give themselves a full chance to win this match even if the rain hits in patches in remaining days.

197 all out. This match proves how inconsistent West Indies are. They had a golden opportunity to end the series with a win or draw in the 2nd test, but messed up royally giving the English side the win that they deserve.

I think England will aim at scoring 280 and declaring in order to provide a 450 run lead which should put them in the clear quite easily. If anyone bet on West Indies, they must be feeling disappointed right about now.

Stuart Broad performed with both the bat and ball. He (along with James Anderson) just proved again why both of them are indispensable to the England bowling attack. On the other hand the two over-hyped players (Jofra Archer, and to an extent Chris Woakes) once again disappointed the fans. I said this before. The decision to drop Broad from the first test was the one of the most idiotic ones I had seen, and it made no sense.

England have taken a very good 1st innings lead and this would put lot of pressure on West Indies from now on. Their chances of drawing the test match is also slim unless rain could help them from here. England would give them a target of around 400 probably and would ensure WI gets minimum 1.5 days for their last innings.

Right now, England is leading by 182 runs. May be in the second session they can add another 200 or so and then they can declare the innings. But it may be a bit risky and the England captain may decide to bat till the end of the day and get the lead to 450-500. Then Broad/Anderson will get 180 overs to get West Indies out, provided that there are no more rain interruptions and bad light.
