941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 22, 2021, 02:31:19 PM
I think that even if it is a charity match, they still have to show everything that they've got because people are expecting that they will be able to make a good show for the audience.
If there isn't a lot of things at stake in a tournament like this charity tournament, it's not necessary to show all the cards up your sleeve, remember that you want to show your best when it matters the most, there are ways to make the game interesting without the worry of showing all you got.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 22, 2021, 01:25:19 PM
What are the pros and cons of it?
- The pros of taxing gambling platforms is that the government is able to get big taxes since gambling industry is a really big industry. Cons would be that there will be fewer businesses that wants to do gambling because they know that the taxes are going to be expensive and the gambling platforms will pass the burden to their clients albeit in a subtle way.
What should be the proper tax percentage for you that they should impose.
- For me, I think a really high percentage is the best thing for taxation of these gambling platforms vecause we all know how much money they make in a single day let alone a holiday.
Will this be a bad thing for gamblers?
- Not necessarilly unless you can feel it's effects being shouldered on you but most of the time, people who play there don't feel it and gambling businesses have a way of making people spend their money anyways.
943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HOLY GRAIL FOR EASY MONEY on: June 22, 2021, 11:39:33 AM
What is binary option exactly? This is the first time that I have heard of this and it is also on the Gambling Discussion board. Also, why the title "Holy Grail for Easy Money"? Is it a guaranteed money maker or you have no losses whatsoever.
944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 22, 2021, 10:45:26 AM
Joining the fun and voted for Donaire. Nonito seems to be the sentimental favorite amongst Filipino and non-Filipino boxing fans here. Maybe it was because he is really that good and has a chance against Inoue who beat a hapless Dasmarinas or he is well love.

But Casimero is also a beast in this division, and he has been calling Inoue since last year, actually they supposed to fight but due to covid and then scheduling conflict the fight didn't materialized.
It's not just the sentimental value that Donaire has with Filipino fans that makes him a favorite pick in this fight, remember that he is a skilled fighter that is raging the ring back then together with Pacquiao and Donaire has the skill to show for, Casimero is a good fighter too but given the achievements that Donaire has, he is absolutely outshoned.
945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Auto Deduct System on: June 22, 2021, 03:51:39 AM
Absolutely , The longer we play is the higher chances of losing that's why disciplined gamblers only Allot specific duration of time for them to stay in betting.
so what more this Automatic deduction when we are playing?
no this is not good for my own interpretation .
Maybe you can use it to your advantage, I mean can see the convenience that this can do and if you can just put a certain amount of funds in the account and then start the auto deduction then probably you will be able to play dice while not being too hands on.
946  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 22, 2021, 03:01:34 AM
~
I had this kind of scheme about a month ago and now that I have enough money, I am slowly branching out towards NFTs and stocks so I can make some more of those passive income that you are mentioning although I want to consider doing some work.
That's on you though, I mean everyone has their own methods to get by in this life. It's good that you are able to branch out of stocks and NFTs especially with NFT because they are a hot item in the cryptospace right now and I think that the earlier you get, the more money you are going to make.
947  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Matic/Polygon coin fake airdrop website. on: June 22, 2021, 12:44:47 AM
Almost got scammed by this very website last night good thing that some of my sober friends was able to stop me from doing the transaction and holy shit, I almost got scammed out of my money.
948  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Expose] Bitraderxpay.ltd Ponzi Project on: June 21, 2021, 05:54:27 AM
Also why does the accused site use the term Bitpay so much? Bitpay is a legitimate company while this one is a copy cat. Overall the site smells like scam and possibly worth reporting to the registrar and see if they get taken down.
The reason why they might be mentioning Bitpay so much is because they want to make their site look credible so they try and hitch on the credibility of Bitpay. This is not an unknown tactics done by scammers so it's easy to spot if they are faking it.
949  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MyCryptoMixer scam exit? on: June 21, 2021, 05:02:03 AM
They have had a few issues in the past. Just check out their thread

There was also one complaint about 13 BTC that was lost in the Mixer, $600K at that time but it eventually got resolved.

Now I am not discouraging you from using the mixer but use it with care.
That's still a problem though, if they are having some problems with their mixer, then it will still make their reputation questionable for some of the onlookers. Even if you use it with care, there are things out on the website that aren't definitely not within our reach.
950  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ChangeNOW is a SCAM exchange that has been illegally holding my 1.38M Zilliqa on: June 21, 2021, 04:20:54 AM
Too bad that you only have known that ChangeNOW is a scam website after you got scammed by them. I think there are some users who have pointed out this problem, that the forum isn't quite far reaching on the Internet yet because there are people that are still getting scammed by flagged websites but that's not our problem though, if we did some research on the site or atleast Google search their name, pretty sure that the forum will appear on results.
951  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (Warning) MicroStrategy Fake Giveaway on: June 20, 2021, 05:09:35 AM
Nothing new here but I still find it hard to understand how they are able to get victims with this stupid and obvious scam, no matter how long I live, I don't think that I will be able to see the real reason that people fall for this. Also, they even use Michael Saylor isn't really a famous personality besides being a businessman so I don't think this scam is going to get a lot of people.
952  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🕵️‍♂️Student Coin Team are Scammers in Disguise, Refused Paying Hunters Reward on: June 19, 2021, 01:36:50 PM
You won't trust them again if they did something bad to you and I am pretty sure that not everyone could've seen it coming because there weren't any active accusations about Student Coin before they did the dirty deed. That's why a lot of people have been staying away from Bounties lately, there is only a few good left bounty campaign anymore.

Before joining any bounty, it is the responsibility of the participants to find out the details of that bounty project. Because, most of the bounties fail and without paying the bounty hunters, those projects remain in the market without any hassle.

The bounties that a reputed manager brings are little more guaranteed to get paid for those bounties payment. So these things should be kept in mind before joining any bounty.
The problem with that though is that not everyone has the time to research plus most bounties look promising and legitimate at first so it's really hard to find if it is a legitimate bountry or not.
953  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🕵️‍♂️Student Coin Team are Scammers in Disguise, Refused Paying Hunters Reward on: June 19, 2021, 10:29:43 AM
I participated in student coin bounty and they really disappointed they scammed bounty hunters by not paying the amount which they promised to pay us. We bounty hunters did our work by marketing for the coin and they ended up paying hunters little amount which is very bad. For the team to scam bounty hunters definitely I don't really trust the team and I don't trust the project so everyone have to be careful with the coin.
You won't trust them again if they did something bad to you and I am pretty sure that not everyone could've seen it coming because there weren't any active accusations about Student Coin before they did the dirty deed. 954  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mining plants in China are shutting down. How will this be reflected on Btc on: June 19, 2021, 09:41:44 AM
China is probably seeking to promote its own home grown alternatives to BTC where it has so far failed to corner as a market or in mining.  I believe they are incorrect to think they can do better but who will argue with the Red Army so let them try, the dynamics are natural not dictated.   Less miners in China is probably a positive for the world and Bitcoin, perhaps China will inadvertently advance crypto by their attempts but the first moment I hear they intend anything new as a centralized politically controlled system I will know enough.
They are pushing for their CBDC which is the Digital Yuan which is I think is the main reason why they are cracking down on cryptocurrency and the mining of it, they don't like competition which is integral in my opinion to the growth of a digital currency.
955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have concluded that all governments together can't stop bitcoin on: June 19, 2021, 08:25:48 AM
It's not that worthy stopping bitcoin so I am pretty sure that every government stopping it is impossible also worth saying that  the people will always find a way to access bitcoin if they are being prohibited accessing it.
Not all Government are basically against Bitcoin. Some country have already legalized Bitcoin as a digital currency, while some government officials are investing secretly in Bitcoin. I think is high time, most country accept Bitcoin for good, and besides, crypto is a decentralized payment system so it impossible to stop using Bitcoin.
That's already given, that's why I didn't mention it, OP is talking about the hypothetical stuff so you really have tto exaggerate a bit and you can't seem to do that. These are what if situation that is being talked about and they concluded that it can't be done.

957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Musk say's he'll re-invest in BTC when +50% of ASIC miners are GREEN on: June 19, 2021, 04:52:05 AM
I think he is talking about the big mining that should convert to green energy and also, it's a bit stupid on his side though, it came out as a manipulation to be honest which isn't what you should do when you are trying to manipulate the market, better hold on to your bitcoins because I am sure that the price will pump again.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Paraguay Next Month, the domino effect is unstoppable on: June 19, 2021, 04:00:45 AM
Thank you for the links, I make sure to read them all and also I don't think dumbass is a harsh word, we got so sensitive with things that a simple banter or insult is harsh already? I have a lot of harsher words than that and I don't want to be PC if I can help it because being PC is fascism with words.
959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Paraguay Next Month, the domino effect is unstoppable on: June 19, 2021, 03:28:07 AM
Dumbass, try to put some news that proves your title, this is a clickbait thread because there is no evidence supporting your claim of Paraguay adopting bitcoin next month and the domino effect you are talking about is a bullshit.
960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much power does Elon still have over the crypto markets? on: June 18, 2021, 01:54:39 PM
As much influence and bitcoin that he has, I am pretty sure that is how much his power over crypto market is and I don't think that he won't relinquish any of that power anytime soon. And to everyone who hates him, think of stuff that you can do while he manipulates the market, you can still make some money out of it.
