The system is not to be used as a tool of revenge. If someone chooses to use the system poorly against you that is their choice, you in turn might consider leaving a "neutral" explaining their poor judgement - in your opinion. Then excluding them from your network.
That is appropriate.

What you are doing negates the system and I believe your position within it. So by all means leave your tags, you will be quickly excluded by your peers. Then you can continue to misuse the system as it won't have an effect outside of anyone who keeps you on their trust list. If you can't  reasonably handle the responsibility it will be taken from you and you will lose that privilege.

Please read this - LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system

I can do this for you just PM me I don't think there are any fees for me to send you PP F&F so we can do that. I'm also good with EMT so that you have it right away. I'll be around all night so hit me up whenever.
965  Other / Meta / Re: FREE MERIT COME FAST BEFORE I RUN OUT [Happy Holidays] on: December 24, 2019, 02:26:56 AM
Man there are so many people to say things about on this forum... still quite a few you can say nice things about lol.
-clears throat- I have a list and I'll try and keep it chronological

Philipma1957 - Pretty much held my hand and that of many others starting out in mining, also took a mini hit when he helped me and others avoid a scammer through an escrow deal.
NotFuzzyWarm - Funny cantankerous way about him; also extremely helpful while getting started
Kano- Has always answered questions I had regarding mining and transactions, goes above and beyond in helping troubleshoot pool/miner issues.
Allinvain - Old schooler, was a great sounding board for me in late 2017 into 2018. Had no idea how long he had been in the game when I began selling him hardware. Has been a great contact throughout the years.

There are a ton of people I just genuinely enjoy interacting with on a day-to-day basis here. So I can't mention them all but I will drop the 4 below simply for their sheer generosity - giveaways and memorials.

yahoo62278, krogothmanhattan, micgoossens, and BitcoinPenny

No need to merit me, more than happy to just say nice things.  Wink Your a gem yourself Hhampuz.
966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New poker site... for me anyways. Funded my bankroll with BTC on: December 21, 2019, 04:12:39 AM
If I'm correct, this Americas Card Room is not regulated in the US, right?
I would have to double check but I believe it's Costa Rica.

I'm not sure how they can verify the deposit that you would make on the site
They wouldn't reasonably be able to apply that bonus stipulation to the account funding method. All the better to make sure you actually provide them proper information when registering you account, they do ask all the regular verification info - name, address, etc. I think this is just inline to prevent stolen credit cards or "borrowing" from family members. When I funded I chose the dollar amount I wanted and they gave me a price in BTC, didn't seem to far off but I didn't even check against Preev lol.

Yeah the promo was a nice little surprise when I got there. They have a few that seem promising so it was a good time to register I guess. The 200% for a crypto bonus was cool to see, but you have to spend a ton of money to receive your full bonus. I can't remember it's something like 25 spent towards rake to earn 1$ of bonus.
I was going to check with support or find something to see if that means though my crypto deposit earns back 2$ at that rate as opposed to 1; but I doubt it. For me any bonus like this is almost irrelevant, my direct rake payments are small playing micro-stakes poker so I'm unlikely to see much. Either way getting something back is always nice.

There is like 1 or 2 features I might not have found yet or don't exist so that's a bit annoying but I think I can get over it. Might just have to pay more attention
967  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to cash out btc from online work without kyc crap and fees as good as... on: December 20, 2019, 10:14:35 PM
Good point about CB's, as said above not generally an issue with trusted members and a reason the majority of trades are done under Friends and Family. The thing is that with newer accounts it can be a hacked or stolen account so with people that have years of trade history there is reduced risk. It all comes down to the level of risk you are comfortable with, I have put myself out there many times from the time I was a Full member up and have avoided any issues using PP and forum members.

The person I pointed you to generally does a 1:1 trade as well. You being newer though will likely be expected to send your BTC first until you build up a reputation. Just again do your research and make sure you are comfortable before proceeding, if you do proceed.

You will have to do some digging g and see what option is in your best interest good luck.
968  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to cash out btc from online work without kyc crap and fees as good as... on: December 20, 2019, 09:20:32 PM
In that case you might do well in the Currency exchange section as mentioned. There are a few long time traders there that deal in Euros for PP, the only reason I don't trade with one anymore is the fees transferring to CAD became to high. Here is a link to someone I've dealt with previously and have been a consistent buyer for years, so they may be a steady trading partner for you depending on your volume. I always suggest performing your own due diligence. There are others I've just never dealt with them.
[HAVE] $570 and 180 EUR Paypal [WANT] BTC ETH (1:1 green trusted Legendary user)

Edit: Yes with bisq take it slow, I've heard good things but that was after taking time to build up trades and paying attention - should always be done. I've just never gotten around to testing it myself.
969  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Innosilicon T2T-30T + Bitmain PSU on: December 20, 2019, 09:12:44 PM
I can't be positive but I don't see it working out; if it does not easily anyways. Pretty sure all the built in PSU units are installed and have regulators setup inline to provide proper supply voltage to different components like the controller and the hashboards. Not to mention you will need to modify your PSU's just to try and make the connections "within" the miner. You should look into ordering a replacement PSU if yours is dead.

It's not as easy as before when units all had a mix of 6-pin connectors and you could just swap out any old PSU rated high enough.
970  Economy / Reputation / Re: Fortunejack problem on: December 20, 2019, 09:07:56 PM
I'd say you are handling it well. The amount doesn't matter and I agree, it's about the bet and the game itself. I've only toyed around with these games a little testing out emerging sites for fun, so I'm not well versed in all the ins and outs. I might have held off on bringing this here until I saw the final resolution - a few days from now when the developers respond. To each there own, I just prefer to come back and document the whole process. I also wouldn't have mentioned the forum just to see what the final resolution is before they are aware there will be a community discussion about it; just my way. It is annoying for them to brush it off then actually look into it after a "threat of community discussion".

Sounds like you will get the same resolution as before if assuming there wasn't an oversight on your part. Annoying they haven't fixed this issue after the last time you reported it. Am I right in assuming that the multiplier you set includes the number 1.2 and not up to it so only 1.19 would be safe?
971  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to cash out btc from online work without kyc crap and fees as good as... on: December 20, 2019, 08:54:51 PM
What country are you in? That does make a difference on what services are available to you, as well as if you should take any other precautions in setting up trades. Atm's will likely take a larger cut than you are comfortable, I've heard good things about bisq once you've been there a while you tend to build up a good group of traders. I've used the Currency Exchange section mentioned on the forum to build up a mini network of people I am comfortable trading with in my country. I am also lucky at the moment as we have a buy/sell service provider that doesn't require KYC for under 1000 CAD - I love it they are great when I need to move some right then and there pays out in a day or so usually direct to bank or utility bill if I want  Wink
972  Economy / Gambling discussion / New poker site... for me anyways. Funded my bankroll with BTC on: December 20, 2019, 08:39:09 PM
So I have to admit I'm fairly pumped after yesterday. I've been playing poker casually without any real investment apart from some time, and a couple drinks for fun going on a couple of years now. Bare minimum of talent and probably more than a few notes from other players that would describe me as a donk for some of my absolute shit bluffs over the years... there have been more than a few... dozen, maybe more lol. That was fine with me if anything might have been helpful as I've begun putting in some effort at playing a better game all around.

Where I originally played was an easy choice I wanted to be able to fund the site easily in Canada, and then have the option to play on my phone from time to time when I traveled; not much of a concern anymore. Funny enough it was my second choice that got my money as they were the only place I could fund a bankroll probably a bank issue. So for years now I've paid an extra 1.50  + a percentage, and then get burned on the conversion from CAD to USD.

Well no more my friends. Yesterday I signed up on Americas Card Room, and was funding my account in no time. I sent payment and when I was ready to play an hour or so later there it was in all it's glory. Long story short I chose to gamble as an adult, sent my funds without having to use a 3rd party payment processor, and paid .04$ CAD to do so. I don't know how I missed this for so long but it's not something I looked into that much I tend to get comfortable and not shop around to much.

The other bonus is that at least with gambling for myself. I want to do that in a FIAT denomination. I was super happy to be able to buy in with BTC and follow a USD bankroll. I look forward to also being able to withdraw in BTC down the road if/when I build it up enough to bring home some of the winnings. Again that's something the payment processor before took a cut from. Side note night one went really well - I play microstakes tourneys so nothing amazing but 2 entered and a 1st and 2nd finish.

I think it's important to constantly shed light on the businesses that still actively accept and help BTC grow.
973  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Thinking of continuing my "a week to learn" topic with whitepapers on: December 19, 2019, 11:31:00 PM
I think you should go for it regardless of anyone showing interest.
It's still a concept that a lot of people haven't invested the time learning about - myself included. A refined version that could serve as a nice starting point is good for any system really. I admittedly have read up a little on it but eventually just felt I couldn't be bothered at the moment so I wouldn't mind seeing something short I could look over for the main concepts and then dig in further from there as I choose.
974  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [FREE] Free FreeBitcoins.com Stickers! Free International & Domestic Shipping! on: December 19, 2019, 10:24:17 PM
Your stickers were one of the three today!
I'm really interested to see how long it takes to make it to you.  I put three stamps on it. Tongue
Christmas time will probably mess with it a little, but letter size stuff usually gets to me in about 2 weeks, rural adds a day minimum. Parcels are a whole other ball of wax usually twice as long. I think I'm most excited about the business card now, lol.
975  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [FREE] Free FreeBitcoins.com Stickers! Free International & Domestic Shipping! on: December 19, 2019, 10:19:09 PM
Awesome I'll keep an eye out for everything. Thanks again, and I'll find some cool spots to spread them around.
976  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [FREE] Free FreeBitcoins.com Stickers! Free International & Domestic Shipping! on: December 19, 2019, 08:22:46 PM
Hey super cool. I'll PM you my shipping info if there are still some available. Depending on what you can spare I can put some up near/around a couple of BTC ATM's that I pass by every couple of weeks. I will also be going to another local meetup in mid to late January and I'm sure they would put one up in their BTC meetup location - Permanent store/BTC clubhouse semi-weekly meetups held there. Likely a good place for a big one.

If there are any leftover I'll toss them up at ski hills I visit - Gotta love Chair lifts. A couple weeks ago and I could have popped one up in Sunshine Village.
977  Economy / Reputation / Re: This counts as "SPAM", right? on: December 19, 2019, 08:14:56 PM
You have completely valid points. I was just playing devils advocate there, in a broader sense where some of these behaviors can be acceptable. They seem to have taken it to far, and Mods would likely act in some way. So report away, this would be a nice case for a Mod to PM the user explaining their violations and how to avoid a temp ban or something. The plagiarism you have found could be worth feedback on their profile regarding their services, if you feel confident enough they copied the work. It's not forum related but ties into the services they offer on forum.

Did you already report some and get any action?
978  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: "HCP's (at least) one month long experiment of the Arakne Trading Bot"™ on: December 19, 2019, 08:09:53 PM
That sucks, I was hoping to see a decent comeback especially given the moves we've seen happen since then. I'm only weighing in on this experience but it looks like this is what the testing phase should look like. that's the time for tweaking. I'm still rooting for your gamble here that you come out ahead or at least closer to even, but it's gotta take a shot for that to happen.
979  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Unofficial Quadriga Cx Thread on: December 16, 2019, 02:52:40 AM
It's creepy but perhaps not unreasonable. India is infamous for its fake birth/death/marriage certificate racquets, and the circumstances of his death are extremely suspicious. Gets married, sets up a will, then up and goes to India to open an orphanage while suffering from Crohn’s? He has the foresight to plan for his personal affairs after death, but does nothing to secure the exchange's funds?
Quadriga's clients are out $200 million. They don't believe this story, and who could blame them? Confirming that he's actually dead seems like an easy way to nip this issue in the bud.
Yeah I remember a lot of talk of this when he first died, but I guess I figured they would have verified the corpse as it arrived in Canada. Just seems like something you do regardless when a dead body comes back in the country before just being like "okay he gone." either way I guess you might as well grasp at straws because there doesn't seem to be much left to be found, and I doubt they will be able to win the argument for all of the wife's inheritance/wealth.
I cannae believe someone isn't taking bets on whether the body turns out to be real or not. You could win back the property of yours that he burnt if you guessed it right.
Might just not be looking hard enough lol.
980  Economy / Reputation / Re: This counts as "SPAM", right? on: December 15, 2019, 10:55:17 AM
Unpopular opinion here but where they are posting and how they are posting appear to be completely relevant and on topic. The topics are each services looking for someone  - John applies leaves their deets and moves onto applying for the next position. He isn't exactly advertising a service he is applying, in a somewhat annoying manner. It really reminds me of years ago when I was on the job search hard. I was sending out 3 or 4 resumes a week with a few words changed in my cover letter catering to each company.

If these were discussion threads that he was dropping in on and posting similar to this with only a small change to promote himself then that would fit the spam and off-topic rules I believe.
Whether or not they actually make the qualifications for the job is up to whoever hires them really. I would say that they could also be in the Netherlands and be native to a foreign country if they relocated internationally. Again could just be applying for jobs they are underqualified for, which also has no bearing on forum rules.

They should create a Services[ANN] thread for them selves and just reference it when applying for any position.
