Sorry but your gonna have to put in some legwork.
Here is a good site for checking out coin profitability based on your hardware. https://whattomine.com/ Punch in your cards and review the list.

On top of that visit the Altcoin Mining section. This is where you will find likeminded miners and previous threads covering some of your questions. IT's been a while for pools, but I did use this one when a while ago for profit switching and payout coin selection. https://miningpoolhub.com

You can also find this Pools child board at the top of the Altcoin mining section.

This will help you to validate your proof.
It didn't need to be validated, someone sent him a PM with the proof as they were attempting to cheat a campaign he was managing. You could always use that in the list of Alts thread or something, maybe it gets tied to others who knows.

Yahoo, good on you. It's always nice to see fresh starts and allowing people to see the result of changing shit behaviors. You are being real generous as I believe you busted a campaign cheater just a couple months back and left them off the list. I'm guessing people should still realize they aren't guaranteed acceptance now, and could always wind up back on the shitlist. I'm sure there are other managers who appreciate you keeping a public listing.

Not that I'm aware. It's usually more an issue just trying to get an order in at a time like this. I think you have to set up notifications on their twitter to get the updates right away. I imagine pricing will go up a few hours before the sale is supposed to start.
1325  Other / Meta / Re: [NSFW] - phisical violence in DT - "not safe for work" content on: September 08, 2019, 12:45:15 AM
So their judgement to hurt some financially is not a consideration?
The trust systems main goal is not to prevent this happening to members?
What a confusing trust system we have.
So for instance if your judgement on homosexuals is that you feel you are tougher than them and could easily beat up one up you should not be trusted to protect others from being scammed?
It can be confusing if you look at the system with tunnel vision, it's easy to miss the big picture. The whole system is opinion based, simple as that. Yes obviously to me and anyone who I would place on my trust list, a person out to do financial harm has no place being included. They also should carry feedback, the actual tool in the system to help identify these issues.
To answer your question, that claim shows extremely poor judgement IMO so they would not be included in my trust list.
1326  Other / Meta / Re: [NSFW] - phisical violence in DT - "not safe for work" content on: September 07, 2019, 09:21:11 PM
We would not likely put him on our trust list . Although that statement does not essentially mean that the person is a financial high risk to other members. Also a dislike for certain practices or people that practice certain behaviors does not mean you will essentially scam.
Trust list is about their judgement, not their likelihood to harm someone financially. It should always comedown to their actions and opinions. I don't go through everyone on my lists posts but this would get someone removed from my list; as it shows poor judgement and thought processes.
1327  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What and why? When your pool begins to fall behind. on: September 07, 2019, 04:23:21 PM
I would like to point 100th to mmpool.org  as I have 1.1 btc in prior credit that would be rewarded to me. If They were to hit a block.
That's where I remembered you mentioning the shares were sitting. Any particular reason you chose ViaBTC over others? Or was it just that you could also point the LTC gear there as well?
I'm curious did you put it all in the steady eanings of their PPS+ at 4% fees or PPLNS at 2% fees.
1328  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What and why? When your pool begins to fall behind. on: September 06, 2019, 06:34:49 PM
I admittedly don't have much skin in the game right now, nor have I for some years, but I'd never consider mining on a manufacturer-operated pool and especially not one Bitmain controlled. I even wrote a provision into my customers' hosting agreement that I reserved the right to block access to pools whose operation was dangerous or detrimental to the network. All my stuff either points at Kano or ckpool. Those guys don't suck.
Wow I wish more hosting centers had thought of that little provision, it would probably be a drastically different landscape. I did at one time suggest to some of the manufacturers that they include an insert with their hardware that would promote the benefits of mining at some of the lesser known pools and prevent their gear from mining and supporting Bitmain. No one ran with it though.

Makes it hard to not be on a no variance pool. Personally I am think of taking off all next year I need a vacation. Tired of all the drama. Worry about a lot of shit and I do not earn a ton of money doing this.
You are actually one of the people I thought about, I remember you used to spread the hash and rentals on a few pools. I haven't grown insane but I'm doing okay for being strictly out of my house. I'm just at the point where I want to accumulate the BTC, and variance can be a bitch. Assuming of course your on the unlucky side of things.
I say you make it about 2 weeks before you'd have another project on the go, lol. Especially if a bunch of new gear launched.
1329  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Poolin.com Bitcoin Mining - FPPS on: September 05, 2019, 08:22:32 PM
That's a pretty neat to see, could save a few headaches even setting up a small farm for a new pool. Do you have any plans to add in support for MicroBT products - Whatsminer models? It would definitely be more useful than keeping Ebit on there.
1330  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / What and why? When your pool begins to fall behind. on: September 05, 2019, 08:17:01 PM
So for a few years now there have been the massive (I call them corporate) pools operating. They often ran with a PPS method and catered to people who wanted to see instant rewards and/or daily payouts. Short story is they kept more of your BTC for this. Time kept moving along and with it the Network Difficulty has risen as well. This puts some of the smaller pools and their miners in a spot; it starts small but gets worse with every increase in the Diff. You eventually fall behind and are no longer expecting to find a block within the 2016 blocks of that period.

There are lots of miners who have left shares on now dead or dying pools. When did you make the decision to either jump ship or hold your breath and why? I think the cutoff right now is a ~38 PH pool for you to expect 1 block in 2016.

While I love the idea of a bunch of smaller pools operating on the fringes, I just don't think it will viably survive into the future, especially with more mid size pools popping up providing other options to the Bitmain pools. Final thought if you were on a smaller pool if there seemed to be a movement towards consolidating into pool X, would you or would you just move into one of the large pools?

For me personally I've hit that point I told myself I would begin to make decisions. I believe I am slowly going to begin migrating some of my hashrate. I do still believe that at some point the hashrate may climb back into the safe zone, but I want to hedge my BTC earnings out a bit while Diff is still climbing slowly.
1331  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: <$0.05 Power on Natural Gas on: September 05, 2019, 07:44:25 PM
I did remember it coming up in the past, with NotFuzzyWarm generally doling out a good deal of useful information. Here's a couple of the topics from the past few years.

Free natural gas, is it worth it to use a Natural gas generator? Wonder if this ever got off the ground?
My Plan I don't think this ever went anywhere as they stopped signing in.

Either way it seems like a good investment for the right situation. The previous examples in 2017 and 2018 had a longer run time with a bit of certainty - Block reward. Now it's a little more precarious and the backup plan for revenue has to be a more solid concept as it may become Plan A sooner. I'm not sure what that would be but maybe building near a plant that you know could benefit from in house power generation. If the mining end falls short, it could be sold off as a cost saving measure possibly.
1332  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs on: September 05, 2019, 05:51:26 PM
they were very good from dec 2017 to august 2019. but  something occurred in august 2019.

I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary. They just have nothing to say. The supply has been sold for the next 3 months, they have already answered a few times in telegram that all hosting was sold as well. They did mention that they would update it with a pin once there is more available. I can't see it now on mobile but I thought they also pinned the available firmware versions.

Pretty sure they just set the channel up to support itself until they have something sales wise to mention. I do know that the responses have been slow but a few people on Kano pool have received short basic responses for machines they have hosted. I had a laugh when last week I got a bunch of emails when they updated the system with delivered for my February orders.
1333  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: M20S Overclock on: September 01, 2019, 08:53:28 PM
If you have the P20 it's rated to 3350V. Not positive what the other models are rated for, I think it's labelled the P21.

Not sure how you plan on overclocking the machine, it doesn't have firmware with additional power modes as far as I know. I'm still looking for a LP version
1334  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos vs Roger Ver (1:0) on: August 30, 2019, 07:17:54 AM
Well that makes 2 Roger Ver videos I've watched in 2 days, and they just feel like watching one of those Cringy scenes from "The Office"; Prison Mike style.  Wink

I've always found it amusing how Roger Ver, who styles himself some "high-powered CEO", seems to get so worked up about little old me, a 4chan troll at heart who admits to having essentially zero personal ambition.

I believe you should change your title to "totalitarian censorship promoting tyrant". While ambitious I feel it falls well within the troll wheelhouse. It might even make him feel better he is deeply concerned this will taint or misinform people about the history of Bitcoin.
1335  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Whatsminer M20S 65 TH model on: August 30, 2019, 04:43:37 AM
Just giving this a bump. Price reduced to 4050 USD, payable in BTC or LTC.
1336  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Gear Pricing just becomes more irrational then ever on: August 29, 2019, 10:18:36 PM
When did you order them. The discussion here pretty much surrounds what you can currently get, you tend to pop in with half the information. 6140 sounds like a number you might have paid in June.

In regards to the no trumptax, you either aren't having them delivered to the US, or you have made a poor choice in publicly stating you are attempting to circumvent tariffs. Especially considering a few members seem to have been able to dig up most of your personal information that is public.

Considering timing the 1066 is a great product to look at.

These do look like a nice option pricewise. I'm hoping there is a LPM that improves efficiency or that the current numbers are on the high side. Either way it's a piece that would work for me if they are available at the end of October.
1337  Economy / Reputation / Re: What should i do? on: August 29, 2019, 07:50:28 AM
There are plenty trusted people on the forum who have never done any money operation or have never did any exchange.

Here's the thing, the person who's feedback I originally saw, does plenty on the forum involving money. Everyone else you are complaining about doesn't show as negative for me. It does appear that you are throwing a tantrum, and that's all anyone will see as they review this. You need to chill out, there is no reason to continue trying to sling mud at people.

Your claim is that these were examples of what you could do. The wording you used makes it sound as if these works were your own, but you have also said somewhere english isn't your first language. Either way it doesn't look good for a couple of reasons; and none of it has to do with whether you were selling the art or accepting tips after the fact. It comes down to building a reputation for work you say you can produce, by showing examples of others work. There have been a ton of scams built on a false reputation, WoodCollector comes to mind.

If you change your attitude and maybe shift directions on how you proceed you could still possibly come out of this clean in the future. There is an eerily similar case that I just recently read up on. It is less likely every time you start slinging insults around.

Best advice I can give you. Build a portfolio of self portraits from photos or whatever use those to demonstrate your abilities. Shouldn't be any issue with displaying that work.
1338  Economy / Reputation / Re: What should i do? on: August 29, 2019, 07:06:45 AM
I'm not looking into the feedback here, just the auction, as they are 2 separate issues. You should honor your auction for a couple reasons. It's received valid bids and interest. It doesn't look good if you plan on trying to continue to hold auctions if you cancel it because of your feedback. The people bidding on your item know enough to do their research and due diligence, so leave it up to them to decide if they continue in the auction, so far you're the person to bring this up.

I would also say if you are worried you won't receive the amount you want for this item because of the feedback issue, you should set minimum bid amounts at the beginning of the next one.

Edit: You should also stop multi-posting and making accusations. The people bidding on your item wouldn't resort to trying to suppress the price by leaving you negative feedback.
1339  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone ever used QuoteColo for mining hosting? on: August 29, 2019, 04:29:47 AM
Never heard of them myself. Weird you can't find much about them considering they are apparently a fairly large international company. Not sure what the waitlist is like but if you are looking for hosting in Canada I always point people to CryptoBoreas - Canadian Bitcoin Mining Hosting (As low as $70 CAD per 1 KwH). They are established and have a great reputation. I've never hosted with them but have made some hardware sales to Allinvain.
1340  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Looking for some used S9 miners ( preferably located in Canada ) on: August 29, 2019, 04:17:48 AM
For some located specifically in Canada, you may want to reach out to Allinvain for a while they had a lot of units available from their hosting customers. Here was a thread they had, it's kind of old but they might have what your looking for.

Then there's this post from @offordscott a broker, you need to scroll down a ways but there are 80 S9i's in Canada.
