961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how Bitcoin will deal with lost tokens? on: June 18, 2021, 12:52:25 PM
That's what's going to make bitcoin prices go up much higher and never go low at a certain point because the limited supply is reduced because of lost coins. I don't think that there's no way to recover those coins but it's not a thing to worry because it will make you coins much more valuable.
962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is buying three bitcoin worth it? on: June 18, 2021, 11:57:56 AM
I though BTC has big room to going up to $250k, but not in this bull cycle or in next year. BTC need more time to go that level price, because the marketcap will reach about $5T, that mean alot of new money should be enter in to this market. Buy 3BTC for long term investment like for 10 years will promising financial freedom, because BTC is digital gold and the price action and the marketcap could be the same like Gold itself in the long run.
The problem is that OP might not have the patience and money to wait for a long time because as OP have state, he/she is taking apart some money from his/her savings to invest in bitcoin, not to mention that volatility might make OP susceptible to panic selling.
963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be the biggest bubble economy in history? on: June 18, 2021, 09:12:57 AM
Unless it really happens then that's when we can really call it the biggest bubble but the problem is that I think it should've popped a long time ago because a bubble can't really sustain millions of demand and the current prices but bitcoin seems to be able to do it  without a problem.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ⚽Ronaldo / Coca-Cola/ Bitcoin ₿ on: June 18, 2021, 08:41:51 AM
Yap it will just be quick pump and dump, the real proof is elon musk.

What did he say about Doge is just temporary effect, so if Ronaldo talked about bitcoin then it will be same thing what we see in Elon musk case.
But it will still make the prices move nonetheless no matter if it's a pump and dump scheme. Also, we don't know how long will Ronaldo's influence will last when it comes to advertising with bitcoin. One thing is for sure though, the power of influencers in the market shouldn't be underestimated.
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we get another golden oppurtunity to buy? on: June 18, 2021, 08:08:10 AM
We will probably get one but I think that it's not really important because I think that anytime is a golden opportunity to buy bitcoin, we sometimes just get lucky when we bought at a really low prices. Just get in the market and let your investment sit there for awhile and wait for the profit.
966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is really the value of Bitcoin? on: June 18, 2021, 07:05:54 AM
There is no true value for bitcoin because it's like a stock or anything that has a market, it constantly grows or not all the time because people are always coming in and coming out of the market. To be honest with you, looking for the absolute is close to impossible if not difficult.
967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chinese Poker (Pusoy) - On what crypto-gambling site can I play this? on: June 18, 2021, 06:33:55 AM
I used to play the game before, it is prevalent in our province and it is still being played now. I mean it is entertaining to play and definitely good playing with your friends and workmates after a hard day's night. Sadly, this card game is not as popular as Texas hold'em Poker and with that this is not really talked about in the cities. So I guess the answer to your question is that there might not be a website that has this kind of game and I don't think it will be popular enough to have its gambling websites.
I won't say that it is not popular because it is a go to game in my country when there's cards besides Tong-its in any events but mostly funeral and gatherings. It's just a matter of what game we have grown with and to say that it's unpopular isn't a valid thing.
968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election | Biden+Harris Vs ?? ?? on: June 18, 2021, 05:52:36 AM
Placing bet for running Presidential race or elections is like jumping to hol without depth, because the prediction dont always be accurate due to it's a political kinds of prediction, any election before am aspirate occupy a position the gravity of the campaign will determine the his winning or not, that's the reason i can't predict for election because it's not a straight forward game, the person you have in mind to be the winner might have loophole ease were
That's the beauty of betting on it, you never know what you will get and that's the definition of betting, you never know what comes out next or if your bet is going to go up. The changes in the candidate and the unpredictability of election is going to add to the fun plus the chances of people backing out.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: June 17, 2021, 11:57:09 AM
They are strong but the problem is that they can't finish strong when it comes to other teams, I have watched their matches against strong teams and they are having a hard time, look at what happened during the Singapore Major, the Chinese team have the last laugh.
I think one of the issue why they cannot end well is how Bulba coaching and picking their heroes. If Bulba sees that their picks are already countered and the opponent knows how to then he should have some plan of picking another heroes that are new to their opponent.

By the way, ESL One Summer 2021 has already started.

--> https://liquipedia.net/dota2/ESL_One/Summer/2021
I don't think that it's the reason, there are some picks that is decent and good but they seem to have a problem with finishing what they started and as I have pointed in the Grand Finals of Singapore Major, they have the lead but they got destroyed 3 straight games.
970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling is the worst piece of shit you can imagine on: June 17, 2021, 09:51:07 AM
Just because you got 3 red tags doesn't mean that you have to shit on bitcoin no matter what, also isn't it a bit stupid of you to speak ill of bitcoin and crypto gambling sites while at the same time you are a scammer? Kind of ironic if I say so myself.

Don't give a shit about 3 fake feedbacks when I have over 3000 real positive ones

https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/viral/

I found one site and one site only at the moment that appears to allow bitcoin cash transaction with a fee of I dunno 0.6$?

Betonline.ag     !

Doesn't change the truth about bitcoin though,

All that it stood for years ago is gone,

It was low transaction fee - no more
It was somewhat anonymous - no more
It represented sovereignty and freedom -  no more
The transactions used to be fast than banking - no more
It says there that you were last seen 9 months ago, and those positives are just transactions, I mean everyone who deals with bitcoin for transaction or has a business in crypto can pretty much catch up to those number. I get your plight though, bitcoin has to compromise if it wants to grow and we aren't in control.

972  Economy / Economics / Re: Not just money but oil is most important in the World on: June 17, 2021, 08:15:07 AM
This kind of claims is what makes us people stupid and stubborn in trying to change our way of thinking in terms of energy sources, a lot of renewable energy sources are better than oil but people is still thinking like this then the effort to change is futile.

With the current technology, you can't directly replace oil with renewable energy sources. Take the case of automobiles for example. The EVs are not directly running on electricity. On the other hand, they use batteries to store the electricity, and use these batteries to run the motor. And this means additional expenses. The battery used for Tesla EVs cost around $15,000-$20,000 per piece. Therefore the gasoline run vehicles are at least two to three times cheaper than the EVs. If you ban the gasoline run vehicles all of a sudden, then many of the automobile owners will be unable to afford a vehicle.
I strongly disagree with that one because some European countries have done the initiative of cutting down diesel powered cars and there's one country in the region that is almost free of gas powered cars so I don't think that it's the technology that is the problem. The real problem is the power that oil has that is still strangling over countries and how they continuously suppress technology that will destroy their source of influence, there's a reason why it's called the black gold.

974  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 17, 2021, 05:27:18 AM
For now, I am putting all my money in crypto since I don't have a work yet so I might as well invest on something affordable and can make a lot of money. I plan to increase my passive income becaise I find it hard to work these days with exploitative businesses and toxic work environment and low salary.
975  Economy / Economics / Re: George Soros and Bezos have paid almost zero taxes on: June 17, 2021, 04:52:59 AM
I think the reason for that is that they have a loophole to exploit and they don't exactly lack any money to do those loopholes, remember that charity is a big tax write off for them, it is unfair yes but the problem is that the people who made the laws got bribed into making it possible for the elite to evade taxes legally and it's not easy to remove those laws because these elites are going to fight for it to stay there because they lobbied for it to be built.

The loopholes will be there, because many of the charity donations are just a cover used to bribe politicians. Many of the NGOs, which receive these donations have close associates of various politicians as the board members. In other cases, the bribing is more direct. For example, Hillary Clinton and her husband received a total of $153 million as speaking fees during 2001-16. And a large part of this contribution came from the organizations which received charity donations from the billionaires.

The best example is Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). Originally Bill Gates owned around 10% of the shares of MSFT. He was never taxed for this holding, because he never sold any of the shares recently. Now comes the interesting part. Bill Gates has transferred most of his shares to BMGF, which means that these shares will never ever be taxed. Just from BMGF, the federal government lost around $20 billion in taxes. Now I am not going to deny that the BMGF did a lot of good work in places like Africa and South Asia. But at least a part of the money was used for salaries and for organizing conferences (indirect ways to bribe politicians).
That's why I said that the elites are lobbying, which is just a complicated and fancy term for bribe but it's not just any bribe though, for example, the company wants to do something and the lawmakers don't budge then the company will pull out their factories causing people to be unemployed so it's basically a limbo that both sides fight be on top. At least, Bill has something to show for his donations and charities unlike those with really obscure ones that you aren't sure if there really is a help.
976  Economy / Economics / Re: George Soros and Bezos have paid almost zero taxes on: June 17, 2021, 04:18:41 AM
This is outrages, how can they play the system like that? This is really sad for all the normal worker who have to pay 50% of their income as taxes to the government. These Billionaires can definitely afford to pay taxes. I understand that a wealth tax is a controversial topic, but if you own more than 100 million, than you should definitely give something back to the country you live in. Your wealth is coming from the people who buy your products.
977  Economy / Economics / Re: Is money the root of all evil as the poor to thinks? on: June 17, 2021, 03:05:24 AM
If you let your life revolve only around money and you don't even form social connections anymore and you see people not as a person or a human being but a tool for you to make money, that's when things get hairy for you and the mantra that money is the root of all evil becomes true.
978  Economy / Economics / Re: Own a house or rent one? Quick survey! on: June 17, 2021, 02:28:08 AM
Given the scenario, based on my current situation I prefer and I have to rent an apartment rather than buying one because situations are getting worse and with increased expense due to rise of cost of the essential products and needs it is important to save as well. I am focusing a little bit more on saving nowadays due to the pandemic which is extremely uncertain.
I would love to buy or build a house so that the increasing rental cost does not affects me for lifelong.
Buying a house is the ultimate goal and you can't rent forever, you might be right about the expenses these days but it will only get more expensive as time goes on since real estate is an appreciating asset.
979  Economy / Economics / Re: Bulgaria Government Shocked To Discover It Owns $3 Billion In Bitcoin on: June 16, 2021, 02:58:29 PM
I am right now laughing my ass off because how the hell did the government are oblivious of their own wealth, far as I know, the government wants their hands on everything and they want to monitor everything so yeah this one is kinda ironic if you think about it. But that's a good thing that they have bitcoin because it grows in time and they can use it as additional funds.
980  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: June 16, 2021, 02:24:36 PM
That's true to some degree because a man will not fight back over anything when he has something to protect and he has something to comeback to unlike someone without a money, they will not be scared on what to do next because there's nothing waiting or worth protecting for them.
