Hi Jonathan,

I hope, that you had a good vacation with your family.
Did you regognized my posts 1 or 2 sites before, as the problem still persists?  (#1435 and #1437)
Some markets on bittrex have wrong candles. Volume isn't correct and most parts of the candles are missing. Most worse market pair is NEO/BTC
http://imgur.com/a/DqIO9

Best wishes

Thanks. I'm still in Ireland until Thursday and have only very limited Internet access as I am in the mountains.

I just checked bittrex and most of the pairs I loaded, including NEO didn't load an order book. Could it be that the API is under such heavy load at the minute that it is not delivering? I will be able to investigate more tomorrow as I will have internet access.

Sorry about that!

Are others having difficulty with bittrex right now?

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hey Guys,

We found a general issue with the demo-market implementation that could cause a crash when running strategies.
This should be fixed now! Updated versions can be found on the website.

  Rene

Hi Rene,

I had pm to you about poloniex loggin issue, until now i can not run tool for poloniex account. Any new for me?
Beside that please update again my api bittrex.
I tried your new release, it dont fix this issue.

Did you find any way for solving the poloniex log in process? I'm still waiting for your reply. And i send pm to you about request add more bittrex api key.
@Jonathan, @Rene

Hi Thang,

If I'm not mistaken you told me that you got it working using a VPS and somehow it might be related to your location and some restrictions. I've no clue why it isn't working? Sorry.

We have other customers from Vietnam and they don't have the issue you have. It seems like you have some particular issue.

If you are who I think you are, I have already contacted you about your third bittrex key. Please send me a mail about this.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

I has been sent email to you, Please check and update me news.

Wam regards.

Hi there,

the problem with Bittrex seem to be originated with high loads on the Bittrex API.
We are working on improving the error messages to be more descriptive.
If you guys still experiencing issues, please let us know Smiley

All the best,

I'm really interested in buying leonardo. I've a couple of questions.
Can you make this work with FireJail?
How much resources would I need in terms of rams and cores to use this?
Are you thinking on adding Gemini exchange and Binance exchange?

Hi Jonathan / Christian

I've posted this in the Slack chat - thought I'd also post it here.

Does Leonardo need any special dependancies to work in linux?

After having limited success with Solus - I've tried it on another distribution to see if that would improve things.

I've started leonardo 3.4.1 on Arch Linux (Antergos) and I can't get past the launch screen.
When I select any market option, the USD/BTC amount and currency pairs do not display anything. They don't load at all.
Therefore you can't login.

The only option that seems to work is 'Demo - BitThumb'.

Code:
uname -a
Linux BitFenix 4.12.4-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Jul 28 18:54:18 UTC 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux

lsb_release -a
LSB Version: 1.4
Distributor ID: Arch
Description: Arch Linux
Release: rolling Codename: ISO-Rolling

Gday guys Smiley
Sorry to be a bit of a downer, but the latest update has me getting lots of random crashes. The last version had a total of 5 crashes since release, the most recent update has crashed more than 5 times already. WIN 10 64 bit, just seems random, but seems to happen when closing trades manually, and switching between exchange tabs. Can i just reinstall previous version over top this install, or must full uninstall, this one and start a completely fresh installation ?

That is a bummer. We'll look into it!

You can just install the last version over the current one.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hey it seems all good, Did a fresh install, and hasn't crashed since.
Been up for a week or so now.Sorry if i gave you a fright Smiley
Awesome work

Hi,  Jonathan, please provide some workaround for always spinning wheel trying  to connect to the market  I am not subscribed to   if accidental   click happened. The always spinning wheel prevents me  from choosing the trade pair on the right market.

Note: sometimes 3.4.1 is crushing when eliminates order/cancel strategy. After this  it does  not show the depth of the market (Bittrex). So the only way to renew  this functionality is uninstall,  delete hidden  folder and install again.

Hello,

I am getting some interesting bugs now and it happens even after I clear all of my leo data in local files. http://imgur.com/a/dXNIx

I'm getting these random buy/sell notches that are not at levels I have bought or sold from on multiple coins. I first noticed it the other night when I made a sell and it was hundreds of dollars lower. I quickly verified on bittrex and the order did go through correctly but leo just displays it oddly.

Hey there Jonathan,

Will there ever be conditional limit orders in the program? For instance, if a coin hits a pre-determined price it will trigger a sale or a buy? Bittrex has that option so your limit order is not on the public books to view until a price triggers the actual order.

It's after midnight here and I'm wrecked so it will be the morning.

Bittrex keeps turning WITHDRAW back on how can I make it stay set to off.?

I go into the API keys settings and turn it off and update keys and shows that it is off then going to any other page and go back in to the API settings and it is back on every time not staying off.

Anyone else having this problem too?

First time when generating API keys on Bittrex I have unchecked the relevant option, so no problem for me with running leonArdo and simultaneous manual withdrawal from that market. As to your problem, I think it is better to ask support, might be some bug with  Bittrex UI.

Anyone else encounter that issue?

I'm interested in purchasing LeonArdo but I'm relatively new to trading and I'm not sure I understand how to operate it properly.

I realise there are tutorials on the site in the forms of video however they don't really elaborate on how to trade and why.

I guess it's outside the scope of the application to teach me how to trade, but does anyone have any pointers to good resources on learning the ropes in relevance to the functionality provided byt his app?

Just added new ETH pairs to Bitstamp.

As their API doesn't support dynamic pairs being added it requires a new download and install to get it.

Zero fees on those pairs until Oct 1st by the way Smiley

Best wishes,
Jonathan
