Wonder who got that one.  What a winner.
My payouts for all those rounds are noticeably less than I have been getting, so the pool must have been swamped with hashing power at that time .... possibly someone pointing some rented cloud hashing-power towards the pool.
But yes, that was sweet!

Yes I think we have all noticed that nearly 1PH has been jumping in and out of the pool lately but just look at those blocks!
We are at Ten Blocks today already and we have over 10 hours left to go! (and that is after getting 7 blocks yesterday)

What the hell is going on, 246% for the 24 hour luck?

I think something must be broken in the pool back end, this shouldn't be happening. Is slush trying to run some kind of Nigerian scam here?

I feel lucky. I just joined slush and a block was found within a few minutes of hashing.  So far 6 blocks in my first 24 hours so I am feeling pretty good. Hoping for a few more to complete the day!  :-)

Buy a Trezor and Protect all your Crypto Currencies from hackers.

That was a very shortlived Bitcoin rally.  Price is almost back where it was.

That was a very shortlived Bitcoin rally.  Price is almost back where it was.

And the pool luck going down the other side of the hill right now. Daily luck at 86%. Yesterday it was in the 200s.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.

There is NOTHING wrong. Just that you do not have your miners pointed at slush, that's all! (unless of-course there has been another disconnect between the pool front and backends).

Q: I have about £450 GBP to spend on miners ..... was going to get 2x S3, looks like I can get a couple for under £400 ...... would that be my best option? I'm fortunate in that I can run them for 12 hours a day on free electric (work), so power consumption cost are not an issue .....

Thanks

it was the comment that almost gave me a heart attack..

6:27:26, I guess you are right..

Currenty I use this strategy.
2/3 of Hashing power to Slush > electricy (yes in holland energy is expensive..)

1/3 for benefits/investments. Wanted to try out CKpool/Eligius with 1/3 of HP, but i don't know how steady they with payout. Meaning.. the payout system.
24TH @ slush gives me around 0.073 per block. Anyone experience with CKpool/Eligius?
