Greetings, I hope you can help me solve this problem since the only way I can solve it is by restarting the platform.

could not connect to ethash pool PhoenixMiner -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999. An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full
the error appears every 20 hours and the only thing I can do is restart
Sorry my bad english
more information is required, which operating system, how much memory is in the system, is the amount of virtual memory increased, how many video cards are running, all the contents of the batch file
no more information is required.it is not related with virtual memory or bat file. this error maybe is virus or bug when you run 2 bat files at the same time. ports are not closing after devfee mining then it connects 2nd devfee then 3rd then 4th finally it runs out then you get this error.

I can run 2, 3, 4 instances of phönixminer at the same rig. So i think you make a mistake.

You say it is the port, but you say you have disabled your firewall, so how it can be the ports?  Huh

i think it is your virtual memory, but without any information about your system or how much cards and so on.

so it is maybe virus need install windows. it is not virtal memory, even you do 100gb memory with 9cards it is not fixed.for 9 cards 100gb virtual more than enough.

Hello. How can I set OC in Ethos ? I want to disable auto-tune and set my own OC settings !
I don`t use ./phoenixminer to start miner ... I use only local.conf file

globalminer phoenixminer
stratumproxy enabled
proxywallet 0xf1396cbxxxxxxxxxx
proxypool1 eth.2miners.com:2020
poolpass1 x

And OC strings are good ?

cor xxxx xxxx
mem xxxx xxxx
dpm xxxx xxxx

cor (rig id) oc oc oc oc

with rig id = 6 digit hexidecimal number of rig (get either from rig or from web page monitor)
oc = core you want for 570/580 1150 is a good start
same with mem (rig id) and the oc for each card seperated by space.  i would start with say 2100 for 570/580.

Dpm isnt really used but set it to 5 for each card

also vlt (rig id) 851 851 875

for vlt settings above = 0.851v

hope it helps.

Thanks for your answer ! I know about rig ID, etc and how to OC in Ethos... but I dont know how to disable auto-tune . I ask that because Ethos don`t come with Phoenixminer had to be implemented. Miner work fine but I don`t like auto-tune because I have low hashrate ( with auto-tune ) .

i found it it is damn virus. I think i got this virus because once i downloaded accidently from phoenixminer.org site i thought it is developers. DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM PHOENIXMINER.ORG IT IS VIRUS. IT NAMED BROKER IN THE FILE LOCATION INTEL CORPARATION.it hides itself like intel driver. safe mode delete all nvpn.exe and nvpn named. also go to users/appdata/intel corparation delete the webroker nvpn all. also delete from starup.

Using rx580 cclock 1160 and mclock 2150 what I've always used
Win 10 13 gpus
On eth not riceve errors
Use bat file
the problem may appear to be a beta of 5.3b

5.3b with ethermine it works but with my pool it doesn't want to know Carnus (v1.11.19)
most likely cause of errors in the pool
I have a similar situation on the pool cruxpool, however, in my example, connections to this one domain name led to connections to different IP addresses. When the connection was with one address there were errors, and when i connected to another server with the same domain name there were no errors. Try to reconnect several times by pressing the R key after errors appear, and then remember the IP address at which there will be no errors, if it does not help, change the pool until it is fixed

Hello duplj30!

I work at Cruxpool and I'd like to investigate your connection issue with you. Could you contact me in DM so we look into it together?

Have an amazing day!

Hi!
I want to buy ASIC under Ethereum.
I only mined on the GPU.
Question does ASIC already have the program sewn in?
Or will Phoenix need to be specially configured for ASIC? Huh
 Thanks!

ASICs usually have linux based OS and you just need to do basic setup

Hi All,

Anyone currently using RX 6800 with Phoenix miner what Hash rate are you getting and what are your settings granted there is no available bios mode yet.

Thanks in advance.

Optimized 63-65 Mhs @ 150W with my RX6800 but not realy stable. I´ve got some invalid shares ....
Not optimized and adjusted yet!

@developer, how is the current status?

Hello guys... I need some help here.

I switched my gpus (gtx 1070 8gb) to ETH after a long time, and what I see is some strange behavior. It seems that hashrate is low, and memory overclock doesn't have any effect.
What I was able to google out is that apparently when there is more than 50% of 1070's gpu memory utilized it starts to behave strangely. When I try mining ETC everything is normal (sure ETC have DAG size much lower, after fork).
So mining ETC I am able to get 33 MHs at 90W with underclock and undervolt core and overclocked memory as much as possible, while
mining ETH I get 28 MHs at 115W (overclocked nd undervolted core, little overclock on memory) ... you see my despair Cheesy ... also mining ETH overclockin core have positive effect on hashrate, while overclocking memory doesn't have any impact - which is not normal for ethash.

It happens the same on windows or linux (hive os), the same on all miners (lol miner, phoenix miner, t-rex miner ...)

I was not able to find any solution to this.
So is there any workaround this issue?
Thanks for your help Wink Cheers

It is, unfortunately, normal behaviour for Nvidia 10x0 series. Growing DAG is significantly reducing hashrate. Nothing to be done here, except increasing core frequency/voltage until it's unstable or too hot... Good hashrates are basically gone on these cards. Even 1080 Ti was doing 57 MH/s with eth pill and now it's down to 45-47. What I did was reducing memory OC but increased core clocks a little (1920) to find sweet spot between hashrate/temps/power comsumption.
Coming back to lower DAG size will bring hashrates back to normal, hence if you want to see numbers higher the only solution is to mine ETC or other ethash coins with small DAG.
