I'm not aware of any reason for a delay. I will look into it and let you know if I find anything. Waiting for my fidor-fidor deposit since 8hours now.

It looks like there is an issue with the Fidor API. We have contacted them about it and are waiting to hear back. I'll let you know when I have more information.

Does anyone know, how to get via API the € balance without the amount in open orders ? URL: https://api.kraken.com/0/private/Balance only gives the total amounts of each asset, regardless if they are in orders or not. URL: https://api.kraken.com/0/private/TradeBalance I don't really get what this is good for. I just get the total amount in one specified asset, so e.g. all my € plus all my BTC converted into €. That's also not what I need...

Are you asking about this (message deleted)? any news on BTC withdrawals? Withdrawals are not currently available
Withdrawals have been temporarily disabled for this asset. Please check back later.
If so, the message just means withdrawals are unavailable temporarily and usually when you try back a short time later it goes through. I think people tend to interpret it as saying that we've taken withdrawals offline due to some problem and they might not be available for a long time, but that's not the intention. I'll see about getting a better message for this.

You would need to use https://api.kraken.com/0/private/OpenOrders and calculate the value of all the unexecuted orders, and subtract that from your balance from https://api.kraken.com/0/private/Balance. I took you to be asking for a more direct method than this, but this is the only way at the present time.

I deposited via SWIFT according to the instructions on Kraken deposit page, with account reference number, on January 28, 2015. On February 6, Friday, I got a response from Kraken support stating that they will look into it and get back to me no later than Monday. I sent 3 more emails to them between said Monday and today, Friday, provided a copy of my payment order, but received no response since. What's going on? Thanks.

Support replied: PayCash has confirmed that it has been processed and sent to the bank account you specified. You should be receiving the funds by middle of next week, if not today already. If your service worked as advertised, I would have quickly bought btc at 220, now it's 240 and I have to watch it rise until my money, which was sent over two weeks ago, gets processed. This is the opposite of "fast turnarounds on deposits" that's advertised on your front page. It's 4000 dollars. It hurts. Edit: deposit was credited. thank you!
