Important guys. Who has purchased a miner in European Union? Has anyone cleared customs himself without a customs agents? The gang of import agents and couriers keep telling me that I can't do the procedure myself for items that expensive. I can't find any ference of that on the internet.
It is pretty simple, when you have all the necessary information that Fedex for example should give you. You can ask Bitmain or who ever you are buying from the customs TARIC code. See your country's customs' web page for more info. I've had easy time so far using Finnish Customs' e-services. https://tulli.fi/en/e-services

Now when the Antminer D3 comes out in September, Baikal really has to come down with prices
Hopefully they mean DASH and not DSH (DASHcoin), kinda confusing, they got the picture of the DASH logo tho so.. I don't think it is for the Dashcoin, because a ASIC device for CryptoNight algorithm should be near impossible to be made. DASH and X11 algorithm is a different story, we have already seen plenty of ASIC stuff from for example PinIdea, Baikal, Ibelink....

BITMAIN @BITMAINtech 1h ago We have just launched the #Antminer D3, our first ASIC miner to mine #DASHcoin Order now while stock lasts! https://goo.gl/m6VSqe
By the way, at the product page there is Antminer L3+ in the picture when you download it and look it closely. I guess they don't have a prototype for the D3 yet or they just haven't took a picture of it yet.

I ordered one. One thing for sure though is that the difficulty will be rising A LOT, so doing a profitability calculator at the moment is not that accurate when you think about the possible situation in September.

They told me that the August batch is coming next and to be in contact with them near August.

Boys any update on this? When can I buy 761s, sorry getting greedy and anxious. Need to buy 50 just want to stay away from S9 due to high failure rate
No update, we don't know more than there is public info (code in Github, news, etc. ..) You could ask Canaan directly, but they most likely won't answer a question about product still in development.
Now as there is a long waiting for delivery and varying quality with S9, it is best to go with AvalonMiner 741 or Ebit E9.
Yes. Nothing stops you using different GPUs in the same MB.
C1 has the same hash board form factor, so yeah, it should fit ok.
Canaan actually says that AvalonMiner 741 consumes 1150W power at wall, so you are fine with the APW3++ since the load at 12V rail is less. It can handle the 1200W load at 110V 24h/7/365. It is a server grade PSU.
I don't know your exact setup and USA electricity standards are not my speciality, but you would be better with 220V (two-pole breaker groups).

Not accepting escrow service and fucked up contact plus other info (which kilo17 found out) are not really things that make you trustworthy. I would stay away of this. edit: I'll add this big ass red text here: SCAM ALERT. BE CAREFUL.
SCAM.
Don't waste more of your time on this.
The "more capacity than needed" principle is not the case with server grade psu's. This APW5 can take the rated max. capacity.
I suggest you have a dedicated 230V 16A circuit for it, so only 1x APW5 connected to that circuit.

It is not Bitcoin hardware, start a thread in the altcoin section..

It is always weird when I see a guy who bough miners first and only after then comes the research for knowledge It is a crazy way to go.
